I was in a pinch and found Pinnacle through Yelp. We have a condo in SF, the kitchen faucet was leaking all over. These guys came out quickly, replaced the unit, and were super responsive. Sharing videos etc. More recently I called them to look at a toilet that was supposed to be fixed by another plumber in December. Not only did they find the problem, but he did additional due diligence to find a cheaper replacement without missing on quality (Toto toilet). It's hard to find qualified technicians that you can trust. I would recommend Pinnacle over any of the plumbers in the bay. Luis from Pinnacle Plumbing was a superhero yesterday! My basement hose bib failed and would not shut off (!), so the main water supply had to be shut off to stop it. Main water supply shut off? On a Saturday afternoon? Yikes!!!- who to call? I opened a yelp project ticket cause I didn't feel like calling around to tons of businesses who are not open on the weekend- (which is understandable)- or businesses who might not even want the job. I uploaded a picture and stated it was an emergency and sent my request off to the Yelp plumbing universe! When you do this, you get immediate responses but only Luis's reply really understood the urgency- (others asking me what does your schedule look like next week?). He stated via text message (based on my photo), a reasonable estimate range.
