    Crab Burger with Truffle Fries
    Stefan D.

Went here with my coworkers for a team lunch. Although it was quite packed, my server was able to seat me pretty quickly. I ordered the crab slider with truffle fries. The crab cake was well seasoned and the truffle fries were crispy. The buns were a bit dry however, maybe it wasn't toasted prior or possibly just left out a little too long. Overall, food was pretty good and I'd definitely come back

Excellent today..service not to my liking..had to get up and get my own Togo containers...(only gave me a box for pizza) had to ask for water a couple times..he did give us refills on his own in addition..borrowed salt from people next to us..asked for bag...we had a Thai Pie, a beet salad...absolutely delicious, brussel sprouts, chicken wings ...all was super amazing...average noise ..people watching a game...really nice place!

Brunch at Pitch looks amazing! Despite the awesome breakfast items, the only thing breakfasty I can get at Pitch is the bloody mary. It was very bold, and very strong, I loved it! I couldn't help but get the 2 for$15 deal with the thai pie pizza and brussels and my friends got the pizza and truffle fries. You can never go wrong with the fries and pizza. I also got the tiger blood cocktail, that was fantastic! Always great food and great service.

Went to Pitch yesterday for my first time with my boyfriend as a hangover meal and it hit the spot. We ordered the pistachio Brussels, Caesar salad and truffle fries. I really enjoyed them, the caesar could have had more dressing in my opinion but it was still tasty. We each got a slice of pizza, mine was pepperoni, bacon and jalapeños and it was sooooo good. My boyfriend got the basil chicken pesto and he enjoyed it as well. The server was so friendly and knew the menu really well. It was also such a cute vibe in there, very relaxing for a hangover meal lol. We will be coming back!

Creamy Broccoli Soup -- delicious but very rich
    Linden D.

FOOD : I got the brunch veggie omelette and still can't get over the fact i paid $20 for an omelette... heavens. As far as this gourmet omelette went, it wasn't anything that blew my mind or made me feel $20 spent was 'worth it.' It tasted good, i liked the veggie selection they had in it, it didn't taste undercooked or off in any way -- it was unspectacular but I do think it should've came with a side of it was going to be that price point. Would order again if I go back with someone who is paying for my meal My friends got the best salad and said it was delicious, and it definitely looked great! Easy to split the salad with someone else at the table as the portion size is really large. They also got meatballs and pizza and said "it hit the spot!" I also sampled the creamy broccoli soup -- veryyyyy rich and nostalgic and if I were a dairy person I probably would've gotten it. The flavor was on point and really rich, i don't think I could've eaten a lot of it without feeling yucky after but it did taste good going down! SERVICE : The service was lovely -- prompt, kind, helpful, and even let me sample the soup of the day before I made my decision! We had a great waitress and she took care of our party of 8 with such grace.

Buffalo chicken slider, keep in mind you only got one!
    JR T.

Joke - buffalo slider, yes one slider, 1 scrawny chicken tender on a bun, it was basically a lettuce, tomato and pickle sandwich- really embarrassing. Service at bar marginal at best. Chopped salad, one not a "chopped" salad with bits of rotten lettuce throughout. This is why people have pulled back restaurant spending - no effort and marginal at best food.

$20 worth of Mac and Cheese balls...
    Katie N.

If you want okay food for an upscale restaurant price, this is your place. I've been to Pitch many times, and I always leave thinking the same thing: that was ridiculously expensive for the value. We had two friends request we meet them for dinner at Pitch last night. We started with the onion rings and mac and cheese balls special as appetizers. The cut on the onion rings was annoyingly thick, and the coating fell off as soon as you bit into it, giving you straight onion. But the real downfall was the mac and cheese balls. I want you to picture in your mind what $20 of mac and cheese balls looks like. Are you picturing TWO mac and cheese balls? Because that's what you get here. On top of the small portion, the mac and cheese inside was largely flavorless and could have used a good dose of salt. I ordered two slices of pizza, both were pretty good and had decent toppings, but they are definitely on the small side. One member of our party didn't get her meal until 15 minutes after everyone else did, which was frustrating. In addition, there was a point in our meal when three employees were surrounding our table and having a lengthy conversation about who was going to take which tables. It was actually laughably odd. Overall, I rolled my eyes when the bill came for another lackluster meal.

Cozy ambiance. Service was great. However food was mid tier. Our server brought everything out quickly. The chicken sandwhich was disappointing, a bit flavorless. The pizza was good though!

Pitch Your Own San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, fennel sausage
    Victoria W.

Arrived hungry after a soccer match, seated quickly but a friendly face. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful, though a little forgetful as we had to ask for refills and ranch sauce multiple times. We ordered our pies and the Marsala came out almost immediately, it seemed as if it was actually someone else's order. My one regret with the Marsala was that I didn't ask to add a protein, pancetta would have really complicated the flavors. The Thai Pie had fantastic flavors with a nice little kick that made my lips burn nicely. The Pitch Your Own was soggy, but the flavor was spot on. We absolutely loved the truffle fries, the sauces were a great addition, the favorite was the garlic aioli, coming in a close second was the pesto aioli. We sat inside, but they had multiple seating options available and I can really see spending an evening drinking my way through the margarita menu while enjoying their patio and pizza pies in my future. I will definitely be back.

First, before we even entered, the building just gave such a cute summer vibes (even though it's February). We didn't make a reservation, but only had to wait 20 minutes for a table. We got their truffle fries immediately since I've seen so many good things about it - and it was well worth the hype. The thin fries with the sauces are to die for. For our main meals, we got the buffalo chicken salad and the pappardelle - both were huge portions that were well-made. I was very satisfied with the overall experience!

    Tagliatalle Bolognese
    Malika C.

I would say the rating of closer to a 3.5 is probably accurate. I tried the bolognese and it was tasty, but definitely felt like it was lacking any real seasoning. It was crying out for some salt and pepper. It wasn't bad by any means but just left me wanting a little more flavor to it to really wow me. I think for the price I wouldn't get this again, but I'd be willing to try something else on the menu and see how it goes.

Meat lover one (can't recall the name, maybe the Mia) and GF crust. Yum!

The coal fired pizzas were unbelievable and came in gluten free form too! Our server Grace was friendly, welcoming and lovely as well as spot on with her recs. She didn't rush us to order and checked on us regularly but without creating pressure. We were able to talk business and catch up personally as well! The sizes of the pizzas were large and cooked perfectly. We got the BBP - bourbon bacon, artichoke, and a bourbon homey drizzle made the flavors of the smoky bacon and tangy bourbon outstanding! The meat one was so good and our GF coworkers loved it! We also started with the stuffed goat cheese peppadews with arugula and the perfect amount of balsamic glaze that made this starter put of this world! Highly recommend and wish we had a relaxed and comfortable bar vibe like this in my neighborhood. Roomy inside for large groups, this place impressed! Oh and the drinks were excellent even the non-alcoholic ones. Much appreciated! I can't wait to go back and try more spectacular pizzas!

We usually love it here but tonight we had soggy pizza in fairness we did not send it back as we were with our grandchildren and kind of in a hurry as we wanted to avoid any melt down situations. The pizza just did not sit right with any of us and when we got home we actually just chucked the pizza. I'm sure we will be back but will definitely be sending back anything that is undercooked and soggy. Everyone enjoyed the wings and salad they would have gotten 4 1/2 stars!

If you get a choice of spots to sit, I would request not to sit on west side of restaurant where there is a long bench seat and tables lined up. It felt pretty close together, a little too cozy for me. The table next to us was in our conversation too often and we could definitely hear their conversation just fine. I'm also not sure what our "Universal Service Fee" was for, but wasn't an outrageous fee. We paid cash trying to avoid the extra fees. In all, it's a good spot as long as you get to chat with your party and not have unintended visitors from neighboring tables.

Gilberts you've been knocked down to number 2. I love the calamari and the dips they came with. It has the perfect chew and wasn't overcooked. The ambience of 402 is nice and seems upscale but at the same time casual. I like that because we weren't dressed up. Noodles & Greens is a "ghost kitchen" out of Firebirds (only available via delivery on GrubHub,…read moreDoorDash, etc) I wanted something a bit lighter one day when I was sick and didn't want to leave the house or cook, so I found something that kind of sounded ok on DoorDash, and that's how I came upon Noodles & Greens. I ordered the Creamy Tomato Sauce Combo for my pasta and added grilled chicken for a bit of heartiness. It was super dry when it arrived, and I'm not sure if they just don't use a lot of the sauce or if it soaked into the noodles on the way or what. The chicken on top was fine but the lack of sauce was not my favorite. For the "combo" side, I did a Caesar salad and that was luckily without issues. It was equal size to the pasta entree I got, so that was nice to see they didn't skimp on the salad. I also grabbed a few more sides in case I was hungry later or my main entree wasn't great (which was the case). I got the Killer Mac (in a child size so I didn't waste too much food). It definitely tasted like a fancy version of Kraft Mac and cheese, which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you like that. This child size was also the same size as the adult sized entree I got. My child size macaroni came with a side of fries (in case I felt up to eating them) and those were actually pretty tasty, but it's hard to mess up fries. I also got a juice box which was probably the best part of the meal. I think when I saw this was run out of Firebirds, I expected a little higher quality, but unfortunately that wasn't the case for the entire order.

So no dine-in experience here--just you, your couch, and some takeout containers. The first time I ordered, I tried the Killer Mac--once plain and once with grilled chicken. It was good, but I think I was expecting more. At first glance, the mac and cheese looked dry, but the cheese sauce had actually settled at the bottom. A quick stir helped bring it all together. The dish itself was solid, just a little underwhelming. The sauce was thinner than I'd hoped, and for something with "killer" in the name, I expected a bolder, more flavorful punch. That said, the BBQ Salmon Salad more than redeemed the experience. It was absolutely loaded with toppings--tomatoes, bacon, sliced hard-boiled egg, charred corn salsa, and cheese--with a BBQ-glazed salmon filet that was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's now my go-to when I'm craving a salad that actually feels like a full, satisfying meal. Since this is delivery-only, I can't speak to the Noodles and Greens restaurant space itself, but having eaten at Firebirds in the past, I know the environment is clean and the service is great. Noodles and Greens is a good option for when you're looking for something a little different from the usual takeout--fresh, hearty salads or comforting pasta dishes without leaving home. Just maybe skip the Killer Mac and go straight for that salmon.

The décor is modern and inviting, with lots of plants and beautiful gold accents. For drinks, we tried the Donatella, which is made with gin, grapefruit, honey, and lemon. We also had the Pomegranate Mule, which was light and refreshing. For my entrée, I ordered the Braised Short Rib Marsala, served with beech mushrooms, snap peas, heirloom carrots, and black truffle risotto. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan, which came with crushed tomato sauce, aged provolone, mozzarella, Parmesan, and rigatoni. Both meals were delicious and full of flavor. My short rib was tender, although a few pieces had a bit more fat than I would have preferred. The prices were on the higher side, but when the food quality is this good, it's hard to complain.
