Ordered from the menu for pick up. The Cajun Seafood deluxe and it did not disappoint! Fresh and flavorful. Seafood items were good sized and didn't scrimp on amounts. Wife had the build your own pepperoni and it was hot and tasty. We were staying at Parkside RV less than a mile and ordered ahead and 15 mins later picked up. Why hasn't every pizza place on the planet thought of this?! I ordered my usual-spicy sauce, pepperoni, Italian sausage and ham for the meats. I went on some kinda promotional night for schools so the line was long but it moved steadily. The servers were very nice, and we only waited maybe 5 min for the pizza to bake. The pizza is one size and you can get up to 7 toppings I believe for only $9. They're big for a "personal" sized pizza so it's worth the money. Very cute place for kids, they are excited about dressing their pizzas. Took a star off just because the overall flavor seemed a tad bland, a little salt or flavoring on the crust would've nailed it. Finally tried this place while running an errand nearby. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed by all the staff. One of the servers asked if I've ever been there before. She was so helpful in guiding me on which pizzas are popular and what I possibly was looking to try. I don't like being overwhelmed by all the options but she made me feel at ease. I love how polite they are in addressing my name when asking what I wanted as toppings. I ordered a meatball marinara pasta bowl and a lenten feast pizza. At the end of my order, another server was there to put on the finishing touches like garlic butter and other seasonings. As far as taste of food, I think it's pretty subpar. I felt both meals lacked an intense flavor that I was longing for. I was also expecting my pasta bowl to be covered in cheese. The pasta was very dry. I think I would only come back here with the kids because they love pizza and this would be right up their alley!!! read more

I've been to other, similar "make your own" pizza places first time eating here. We ordered the Swamp Daddy pizza to share, substituting Alfredo sauce in place of the red sauce it normally comes with, and OMG it was good! Swamp Daddy is their best selling pizza and I can see why. With Mozzarella, gouda, crab, crawfish, shrimp, tasso, andoullie, smoked Cajun sausage, green and yellow onions, and bell pepper, the flavor practically explodes in your mouth. The food was worse than the service. (And the service was 1 star) To be fair to them I didn't have the pizza. I was in the mood for wings so I had to seek them out close to where I was. This is an excerpt of my phoned in order (after they answered the phone on my 9th attempt to call) Me: "Hi, I'd like to order some wings to be picked up." Them: "...uhhh" Me: "Hello, can I order some wings to carry out?" Them: "..............." Me: "Hello? Can I get 15 wings to be picked up?" Them ".......you want wings!?" Me: "Yes! Can I get 15 hot wings to pick up?" Them: "What you want? 5 wings?" Me: "No...I need 15 hot wings." Them: "...uhhhhh..............." Me: "Hello?" Them: "Ok, 15 wings pickup" *clicking of phone being hung up* This review will largely fall on deaf ears because the residents of this region put forth ZERO expectations of customer service. The fine, useful, and intelligent people of "Acadiana" view and value professionalism the same way they do decent roads... as a luxury they've contented themselves to live without long ago. So this is intended to inform travelers passing through this area that may be tempted to pause in Broussard to abate their hunger. On to the food.... An order of 15 wings will result in the actual purchase of 12 wings. But don't fret! Those limp, soggy, breaded wings are warmed in an oven and drizzled with a little generic, vaguely spicy sauce (which in no way resembles buffalo sauce). You can then dip them into a room temperature packet of Paul Newman's Blue Cheese dressing. In an attempt to save your business (and also your immortal souls) I will impart some wisdom that I attained by the age of 6... 1) Learn to speak on the phone. Listen to what is being said and respond. When responding, speak like a fully developed human and don't just allow your confused reply to dribble out of your mouth. 2) Learn to count to at least 15. Presumably you had to graduate the 6th grade to be allowed to work here (And the only tested standard for graduating the 6th grade in Louisiana is being able to count to twenty) this should be attainable with a little extra practice at home. 3) Learn that Wings are deep fried, not baked, so they are crispy. 4) Learn that Wings are not breaded. When sauce is applied to a breaded wing it becomes a gooey pile of slop. 5) Learn that when wings are retrieved from the fryer, they are tossed in sauce until coated. Not just dressed with a drizzle out of a squeeze bottle over the top. I have no faith that you can meet these standards so my best advice would be to remove them from the menu. These wings are an abomination that made Baby Jesus weep. If he had foreseen the sin that are these wings he would not have sacrificed himself to save humanity. For if this is the standard of wings we deem acceptable, our specie does not deserve to endure. Parking is ample. read more
