I've been coming here since it opened as Pizza Lounge. They have always had spectacular customer service and delicious pizza, salads and chicken wings. Tonight I had an especially great experience. I had used Yelp's 24eat app to order a pizza, but when I arrived they hadn't received the order and were closing. I apologized and told them I'd thought they were open longer, and that I would take a pre-made slice of pizza to go. Instead, this happened: they apologized for not receiving the order, tried to recover it with their tablet, then opened the kitchen and made me my order on the spot. I got my crispy, perfectly cooked pizza and chicken wings in maybe 10 minutes flat and they didn't make me feel awkward at all. This is a nice location if you're right at main beach. It's convenient to stop and get some pizza if you're there. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here otherwise. The food is average for a by-the-slice pizza place. What's nice is the portions are pretty big! They cut one giant slice into two pieces so I'm glad I only ordered one. What a waste of a good location! This place has had the same flyers with false advertising. Once you show them coupon/deal, they claim it is an old ad. Yet these flyers are sitting at their location and also right by the entrance and never replaced. If you have to do do all that just to get people to give you business, then you must not have that much faith in the service/ quality you provide. The first time we went we ordered personal pizzas and they would not honor coupons that they have right outside and inside on their counter. Flyers have no date of expiration. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. We decided to try them again, once again they did not want to honor the coupon. These same coupons are still there 2 weeks later. At this point, it is clear that they operate on false advertisement. This time, we ordered an x-large pizza and the cheese did not stay on and it was beyond greasy. It pass hour and half still didn't receive it then I called again girl on the phone extremely she was rude she said we are busy just wait and hang up the phone. They didn't look at the notes that I added. Why have a space for notes or comments if you aren't going to look to see what the customer is requesting. Wanted to make some changes to the Supreme pizza but the changes didn't get honored. The taste of the pizza was blah. Crust was bland and the sauce not very flavorful and I wanted to add topping that didn't get added. it took about 45 minutes which I guess it ok, it might have been a busy night with everyone else in Laguna wanting pizza as well. No Plates, no napkins, no crushed red pepper and no Parmesan. Hello I am in a hotel room. Wont go back. Do not order online. Do not bother with this restaurant. The owner apparently didn't pay his internet fee and so the restaurant does not receive their orders. Meanwhile at their phone number they only tell you to order online in an outgoing recorded message. When you order the money does go through but when you go to pick up your pizza there isn't one and you are stuck. Meanwhile, trying to get a refund with the help of the corporate office, the owner doesn't respond and resolve is left up to the owner. This company should be shut down. Total fraud. They must have a bunch of idiots working here. I placed a phone order and wanted a small without cheese. The person taking my order had a hard time with this concept. Thought my order was good confirmed it and everything. I get there and it's a medium. The lady said they don't do small . I look at the wall and see a bunch of small boxes. I look at the menu and see they have personal pizza. It doesn't take a person with a college degree to know that personal pizza equates to small. Went in to grab dinner and ordered a pepperoni pizza and a meat lovers pizza. We were instead given a combo and a meat lovers pizza. We went to the counter and the girl working the register was on her phone, handling food without gloves on, dismissive, and argued with us saying that we had been given a pepperoni pizza. The last time I checked, pepperoni pizzas do not have olives or green peppers. We were denied the food that we paid for and do not recommend that anybody comes to this location until they fix these issues. read more

The pizza was Amazing. I shared a slice with my two year old son and he gobbled it right up and so did it. The crust was perfect. The sauce was incredible and the slice was served at the perfect hot temperature. It tastes just as good as the very best slice of pizza from New York City. As a door dash driver I always pick up orders here to deliver to the laguna locals. You know it's good when the locals always order I love this place. I got to sit out side and watch the sunset and I could actually see an ocean view from my seat. I was dancing and feeling happy to the wonderful Italian music while I sipped on my delicious cold lemonade slushee. It was a wonderful moment with my son that I'll always cherish. I could swear I've reviewed this place already (with a glowing 5), having raved about their scrumptious pizzas for a great price. We take advantage of its prime location and stop by here before heading to the nearby beach playground for our kiddies. This time we avoided the indoor crowd by sitting on their comfy cushions outside. One of the servers even came outside to give us our order (slices of Californian, Hawaiian, and Mushroom Pesto, all terrific). Just a minute later he even brought out napkins and parmesan seasoning, and played with out 18-month-old, which brought smiles to our little one's face. My only complaint is the pizza crust wasn't as toasty as usual this one time around (out of about 10 visits). They're always super quick to oven-heat up the pizzas that are pre-cooked and on display in the front, after which the pizzas taste amazingly fresh. read more

Low quality ingredients and high prices. We ordered a margarita. The pizza was overloaded with tomatoes of a really poor quality, clearly from a cheap market and not organic. You'd expect better when you pay $25 for a pie. Even worse the center piece of the tomatoes was left in all the pieces, making them inedible. It ruined the pizza and when we gave them feedback, they denied any fault and blamed it on the fact we didn't ask for less tomatoes. read more
