Spacious enough to sit and enjoy
Cesar C.

Under new management this local favorite puts priority to customer service, taste and good prices. I was going in for a single slice and a drink only to be greeted and given the option to try their special: an individual pizza with drink. The outcome.... Deliciousness! I messaged work that I'd be a few minutes late to a meeting because I was not going to miss enjoying my meal. I'll be back!

Greek Salad

After trying Pizza Man again I've added another star The service was great I both called and ordered online for pick up. I hadn't noticed a message that my order was ready for pick up and they called me to check that I was on my way. I wish I had gotten to try the food right away but it was still pretty yummy even cold. ( that was likely my fault for not heading right over after I ordered) I do wish the pizza was actually welldone or had some crunch to its crust. The fries are yummy too but just regular fries and nothing special at all probably wouldn't get them again. The greek salad surprised me for the good, on size and amount of toppings for the price and the feta was mild in flavor we really liked it. The flavors are good enough to say if im in the area I would stop back and get some fresh pizza and salad again. We ordered Greek salad with Italian Seasoned French fries with ranch 16" thin crust pizza cooked welldone with regular cheese, regular sauce, Basil, garlic, tomato, mushrooms and pepperoni on half. Thank you pizza man for the yummy meal

My original post was "one star". As a result of my engagement with the owner--I have added additional stars to my overall experience--not the reviewing stars for this location; but specifically, for the owner who addressed my concerns and resolved my issues with respect and courtesy. I'll reserve the remaining "stars" upon another visit at another location. Either way, I wish Pizza Man good business in their efforts to improve all business practices and ensure that their employment communities (within their family businesses) are placing the best interests of hospitable practices and procedures before their own.

The Persian

I liked it. Came in for some pizza and wings with my friend. Simple interior. Only a few small tables for seating. Might be better as a to go option. We got the Persian and the sweet chili garlic buffalo wings. They were good! We got the pan crust, it had a nice light crunch to it. The sweet chili garlic buffalo sauce had a nice flavor with a very mild spice. I would have liked more heat for my own personal taste. Overall a good pizza spot. Would definitely come back to try more. Service was good. Friendly staff. There's a small lot in front that fills up fast but there's also street parking nearby.

Vegetarian Pizza Jumbo 16"

If You are looking for delicious pizza in the area of Eagle Rock, Colorado blvd, LA. It's a must to stop by Pizza Man. It's not only about pizza they also have yummy chicken wings, and salads. In addition, not to forget about the amazing service these people provide. Especially Armen and Suzanna they add the spices on your delicious food. The ambience is quiet and cosy with a light yet groovy music, that's all you can ask for a perfect meal.

Jumbo style 16" deluxe pizza

Placed a phone order for a jumbo style 16" deluxe pizza for $21.99. Parking lot is shared with other businesses in a tiny strip mall so it can get tricky during peak times. I was able to pay and be on my way in under a few minutes. I had zero expectations but did request that the pizza be "well done" because I like a crispy undercarriage. Pizza tasted clean with fresh ingredients, not too saucy, and some pockets of cheese. Each bite had a nice crispiness to it, just like I prefer. The crust had a nice chewy and slightly firm texture. I'm actually really glad it was good because I've been looking for a pizza spot that doesn't make me feel guilty for indulging. Can't wait to try the other specialty pizzas!

the customer service was amazing and Yurik made me feel right at home with his recommendations. This is my new go to spot in the area. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

The café itself is super cute, very clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. There were so many menu options that I honestly wish I had more time and more of an appetite to fully indulge and try more dishes. We were in a bit of a hurry. I tried the chilaquiles, which were quit filling. They were a different style than the traditional version. They used crispy tortilla chips similar to the kind you get in tortilla soup, which actually gave the dish a really good twist. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. The food overall was really good, and I especially enjoyed the latte because it wasn't overly sweet like a lot of places tend to make them. Overall, such a great little breakfast and coffee spot in Eagle Rock. I'll definitely be back when I have more time to explore more of the menu.

Already I'll be back again for a 3rd visit sometime soon. The staff were so friendly. Everyone who we interacted with, from the hostess to our waiter, were all just very friendly and it made us feel extremely welcomed into their restaurant. As for the food, everything was amazing. Probably can't go wrong with anything you order here. So far in my two visits to Yicha I've tried the following: 1. Bossam - ordered this both visits... truly amazing. First time having Bossam and it changed my life lol. The pork was cooked so perfectly.) 2. Bulgogi Burgers - wow. So good. The patty was juicy. The aoli was so tasty. Very filling. 3. Chicken Wings - also super good. Loved the "K-Ranch" sauce! The sauce was so good I even used it with the Bossam haha. 4. K-Town Nachos - I've never had nachos like this before! The crispy rice cakes were a unique take but really enjoying take on nachos. 5. Kongguksul - It's not something I would normally order as I'm not usually a fan of cold noodles, but since I was with a group and we ate family style it ended up on our list and I actually really liked it! First time I've enjoyed cold noodles. 6. Fuji Apple Eggrolls - Amazing. Never had any type of an egg roll dessert before. It was extremely flavorful and a great way to end our dinner.

Since Chef Debbie Lee is famous for her Korean fried chicken wings my friend got the Gochu Buffalo Chicken Wings. The peanut brittle was made with soy & chili. It was slightly sweet with the right amount of savory. It was also addicting AF. The Banchan was marinated cucumbers. It was flavorful and tasty. The fries were perfectly cooked and topped with yummy goodness. They also went well with the K Ranch dressing that came with the wings. My friend said the wings were exceptionally good. We enjoyed our food down to the last bite and even had a chance to meet Chef Debbie.

Service was good, not amazingly fast but appropriate for a leisurely dinner where we weren't in a hurry. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was really good. I had the shrimp and grits. It had too much "broth" or liquid, but otherwise way better than I expected for a restaurant located in Los Angeles. I ate every bit of it. One member of our party is vegetarian (pescatarian?), and she liked her dish. The other two were very happy with theirs, also. Sorry that I don't remember what they ate as I am writing this 3 days after our visit. Suffice it to say that we had 4 different entrees and all were excellent. LATE REVIEW…read more Finding little neighborhood gems when it comes to food has always been an exciting experience for me. Having family alongside makes the journey more special. We chose Holy Saints to announce our baby's gender with our parents and we had an amazing time during our intimate dinner here. The restaurant's ambiance was the perfect combination of homey and inviting. It is a smaller place and the number of tables are limited so I highly suggest making a reservation when dining here. During our dinner, it was a bit difficult to have a full blown conversation as the place was packed with guests when we came plus the loud background music that was playing the whole night. Service and food were nothing but amazing! Their menu is very limited. Maybe not everyone will appreciate that, but I think it is more intentional on what is being served to the table. Our highlight of the night was the Grandpa's Pan Roasted Duck Magret Au Poivre for sure. It was so tender on the inside and crispy on the outer edges! Prosciutto was a supplement here and needs it imo for that oomph, otherwise a fine risotto dish but would pass unless it speaks to you - Barnyard Bolognese - a bit underwhelming to start, just too one-note for me, but it eventually grew on me and would get it again if I wanted a rich pasta - Duck Magret Au Poivre - easily my favorite dish here and what I would come back for and recommend for people, tender duck with the right amount of fat and a great sauce.
