If you have a pizza craving, then you have to try a pizza my heart. Pun intended because it was just that good and it reached my heart strings for sure. The interior is a bit vast and there's plenty of seating and there's a bunch of wooden benches and tables everywhere. This service was good and they were very helpful when we had questions on what to order. Our pizza itself was good and delicious, but I do blame our friend for ordering too much garlic on the pizza. I hit the spot and the price was good for the size of the pizza and I would come back if I was in the area and wanted to get a slice or a whole pie.

Big fan of this pizza chain, the variety differs from time of day and location though. The size of the slices also may differ. They have the fancy soda machine here. I saw all spices except for the parmesan and chili flakes in the condiments area. My favorites: maui (Hawaiian), one of the meat combos.

This location of Pizza My Heart has pretty good service. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming! The have plenty of booth and table seating, and a small shared patio area with the other restaurants in the same nook area. The crust on the pizza is nice, thin, and crisp. Topped with a variety of fresh ingredients.

Ok so this place had hella good pizza!!! Plus the service is way above any regular spot. Do you need an inexpensive meal with cherry service that you could pick out on good food???? Come here.!!!

Big Sur Pizza and sausage with pepperoni

This restaurant gives me sooo much nostalgia. Used to go to the location in Santa Cruz when I was in college. My boyfriend never had it so I had to make sure we grabbed a few slices. The guy helping us at the front was very nice and personable! We picked the Big Sur and a pepperoni with sausage. The slices are still hugeeeee and the ranch is free. I totally forgot about that. It's a thin crust pizza if you're okay with that. I loved the huge pieces of garlic on the Big Sur. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his sausage and pepperoni.

Wednesday night and we were in a pizza mood! I was picking up an online ordered that was placed. When I arrived, I provided the employee my name. He said there was no order under my name. He then proceed to list the names of those who ordered. Unfortunately, I did not have the confirmation number. I found out the credit card used to make the purchase had a pending transaction through the bank. I checked in again with the employee and he found my order. I was going to pay for a can of diet Coke, but the employee said not to worry about it since he inconvienced me. When I arrived home, we opened the pizza carton and are shocked it's the wrong order - or least who ever prepared it wasn't paying attention. There was no meats we ordered - pepperoni and sausage, but they added artichoke hearts. A call was made to the store and they just offered a refund. We really wanted our pizza we ordered but it was 9:30 so they were probbaly finishing up the night cleaning because they didn't offer to make a new one. Highly disappointed :'(

Tasty pizza and friendly service. The cashier guy was funny. I like their manresa pizza (ricotta, tomato and basil yum). Kids like their pineapple pizza. My youngest loves to dip her pizza in their ranch dressing. Our school even had a friend trip at this pizza my heart before the pandemic. It was so much fun to tour the kitchen and make our own pizzas. Tonight we got pizza here to support a local school.

Cheese Pizza slice. $4.50 each. We asked for it to be double cut.

On July 4th, most of the restaurants in the area were closed, but we checked earlier in the day that this place was going to be open past 9 PM. We enjoyed the Santa Clara Independence fireworks and arrived at Pizza My Heart at almost closing time. There were hot pizza's already on display but Ian wanted Cheese only. We inquired and a very polite employee proceeded to prepare a pie fresh for us even though we only wanted 2 slices! We stepped outside, enjoyed the surroundings and within no time our order was ready!!! Ian was a happy camper! He loved his pizza. Very customer service oriented staff member made our son's day on July 4th! Check this restaurant out for service and delicious pizza!

However, after the incident, observation and order of food I received on 6/13/26, I cannot support this location. As mentioned we always had a pleasant experience at this location, with great service and great food. But this day the entire staff was off, and it was mainly due to the negative, micromanaging and rude manager/owner Partika. From the moment I walked in the establishment the vibe seemed completely off than what I was use to from past visits. It was scorching hot inside and the employees looked miserable. I quickly figured out why, as I placed my order with the gentleman upfront who was doing a great job, and here comes Partika hovering over him and reaching over him re-asking my order, although the employee had already entered it in and was simply trying to ask if I wanted to add anything else. Once done and paid, she then moves to the back counter and begins to holler over to the employees in the back about hurrying up with tickets, although they weren't very busy. I stood to the side as I had ordered a slice to grab now for my child, and then a full pizza and wings to go. Upon waiting, Partika approaches and tells me to sit down. I looked at her and told her it was not her discretion and I would await the slice to come right out as I already discussed with the employee. Once I obtain the slice i exit and wait in my vehicle in front of establishment. Out comes Partika harassing two men who had just finished up their pizza when I originally walked in and were still sitting at one of the table now having a refreshment from the adjoining establishment. She told them they could not sit at the tables they were reserved for her customers, and they told her they had just ate there and she begin to argue that now they had to move . Be advised there were many tables outside that any guest could choose from and her establishment was far from busy. Once my order was ready, I went back inside , and again she was arguing with another customer who stated the pizza she attempted to hand her was not hers if she could double check. Her rude comment was yes this is yours and the customer explained no her receipt clearly showed this was not her order. The gentleman apologized for the entire ordeal I had experienced and seen and gave me my order , in which I asked who she was and her name for reference. She then bolted towards me asking what the problem in which I told her the issue is she is very rude to very customer I had seen her interact with in the last 20 minutes. Fast forward to arriving home to now enjoy pizza and wings with my family. Open the box and the cheese is stuck to the top bc they failed to properly package it to avoid this mishap. Furthermore several of the winds were undercooked which could have created severe illness. I blame her presence, bad attitude and rushing her staff for these issues. I love the Tony Gemignani pizza brand but this Slice House in Mountain View has a terrible manager/ owner Partika who needs better customer service skills as well as management skills. I much rather have spent $100 with an establishment who had good customer interaction and treated their staff with respect.

Given they were just in San Jose, I never really got a chance to try them over the last couple of years. Until they opened this pop up cloud kitchen in Sunnyvale! We had a party at our place so we had quite a decent crowd and needed a lot of pizza. Given the crowd had a fair few vegetarians, we decided to stay fully vegetarian, and to get some variety - ordered two of the Detroit Pizza's - the Margherita and the Greek, and one of the Sicilian - the Veggie on Evelyn (not on their original San Jose menu I believe). Friendly person taking the order on the phone - helped out with suggestions! It took around 30-35 minutes and was ready when I arrived. The Detroit Pizza was a HUGE hit, especially the Margherita. People (including me) loved the Detroit style pizza - many knew about Chicago style deep dish but not the Detroit style. So they were pleasantly surprised. The excess sauce/cheese went along just great, and the fact that it was simple in terms of the number of toppings (Margherita) allowed us to enjoy its flavor profile more. The Greek was a little salty because of the feta cheese I personally felt but still good overall. Personally, I wasn't as high on the Sicilian as after having the Detroit style Pizza probably because it was loaded in terms of toppings (lots of veggies). But the group enjoyed that as well and I must say we almost finished up all the Pizza. I'm not sure if the Pizza is cooked in Sunnyvale or in San Jose. But I know for sure I'll be getting more slice of homage soon. I hope they can open up an actual restaurant closer to where I am! I would rate it 4.5, but reducing it to 4 because I didn't enjoy the Sicilian as much, and I felt maybe it was slightly overpriced.

My favorite pre-vegan item was Penne Salsiccia, so I was excited to see a vegan version, Vegan Penne e Salsiccia. Sadly, it didn't quite live up to the non-vegan version. There was an unexpected bitterness, and I wasn't a fan of the vegan sausage they used. I've also tried the Insalata di Cesare and Garlic Bread on the vegan menu. The salad is great, nice and fresh.
