We had a horrible experience. We had ordered pizza for a kids birthday party and they forgot to bring the CHEESE pizza. Kids were hungry for 45+ mins when they went back to the cheese pizza. To make the matter worse, the guy who works there wouldn't reply to us or pickup our phone (cut my phone multiple times) -- we didn't even know if they were bringing the pizza or not. There's no shortage of Desi pizza in Sunnyvale but Tandoori Pizza has an offering that the other shops don't. LAMB KEBAB PIZZA! It's flavorful, well-spiced, and pleasantly gamey with creamy garlicky sauce and cooling mint chutney that complements the richness of the lamb. Savory and hella delicious. Also, tried their Butter Chicken Pizza with rich, creamy makhani (tomato-based) sauce and generous amounts of spiced chicken breast. The flavors and toppings were on-point but not feeling the crust. Unfortunately, like many of desi pizza shops, I find the crust has a commercial/industrial quality to it. The "thin" crust was thicker than my preference and a tad on the doughy side. Not sure if there's an "extra thin" crust option available but would return for their lamb kebab pizza! The flavors were all pretty solid, but some of the spices on them were a little too similar so we lacked a little variety. All of it turned out to be $10 each, which isn't awful. We ordered take out and it was ready within 25-30 min on the 4th of July. The staff seemed nice, although we didn't really have much of an interaction being we were there for pick up. When we walked in there was no one inside, but I assume that's because of the holiday. This location is in a plaza so there's plenty of parking, although it can get a little hectic during the busy hours. Overall, the pizza flavors were on point with a good amount of toppings and crispy crust. We were left feeling stuffed and still had some leftover for a late night snack afterwards. This is located in a strip mall/ plaza and has a pretty large parking lot. No issues finding parking ever! We split a small Tandoori Chicken Pizza between the two of us. We loved the flavors and there is a good amount of seating indoors. The pizza came out pretty quickly and was hot and fresh. I got a large pizza half malai and half chilli paneer and it was so good I usually prefer spicy but surprisingly the malai paneer won in my eyes despite it being mild in spice level but the creaminess of the sauce made up for it! The ingredients were really fresh and quality was superb. It arrived relatively fast as we ordered (even with the first day nerves LOL) ‍ Staff was super friendly, they helped us choose the flavors and even checked in when we were waiting for the order. Went on a friday to this newly opened pizza place in Sunnyvale. It seemed very slow for them but the indian taste on a pizza really sounded amazing. I tried the tandoori pizza & i just loved it .The crust was crisp with the cheesey layering . The portion of the chicken on the top was in much quantity. So got more than enough protein . The fresh chillies & spring onions made the taste even better. The service was quick. The guy in the front was very willing to take the feedback and was super customer friendly. They have got a separate space at the back to host small gatherings as well. Seems like a good spot for a game night or to throw a small party. Tried the shahi paneer pizza and curry veggie delight. Loved the flavor of the paneer and the curry sauce, however it felt like more of a loaded flat bread because it was missing sauce. The curry veggie delight had lots of fresh veggies. It would be great to have a sauce on the side for dipping. read more

The pizza's pretty damn good but their customer service is horrrrrrible. There's never anyone at the front counter but you can hear a bunch of them in the kitchen area having a good time. Eventually when they do come out from the curtain they couldn't be any less friendly. read more
