This is by far the best pizza at this price point. The Easy Breezy is great if you substitute the tomatoes for olives. It has balsamic vinaigrette and mushrooms on it... man it's good. They've gotten a lot better since the location opened too. Occasionally you'll get really light toppings, like some pieces on a sausage won't have any sausage on it, especially with the $5 pizzas... but most of the time it's pretty good. And like I said they keep improving and getting more generous. The jalapeño bread sticks or cheesy bread stuff is good too. It can be pretty greasy but sometimes that's what hits the spot. read more

We love their pizza, it's our favorite pizza in Salem. It's actually the only place we order from and we order 2-3 times a month. Tonight we ordered for delivery, one of our pizzas was missing balsamic glaze on half, I called them and they had a fresh pizza out to us within 20 minutes. For us, customer service goes along way and because of their incredible customer service, we will continue to only order from them. Stopped in for the first time about 45 minutes before close for the $5 one-topping carry out special. The employees were super positive, restaurant was very clean and tidy, and service was great. The pizza was ready in under 10 minutes from when I ordered and all of the ingredients were fresh and well prepared. Pizza was great tasting and good sized for the price. I will definitely be back. My husband and I have ordered from the Salem Pizza Now on three separate occasions. The first pizza we received from there, I ordered online and requested" normal" amount of sauce. It had so little sauce on it, there was barely Any red on the dough and it was extremely dry !! we ate one piece each and threw the rest away. The second time I ordered from pizza now, which I had to talk my husband into it trying their pizza again, I called and placed the order. I mentioned the first pizza and the sauce issue. This pizza had a tiny bit more sauce on it, still very dry. We ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple, there was maybe three small chunks of pineapple on each piece. Once again we ate one piece each and threw the rest away. We ordered again today, a taco pizza, figuring there wasn't much that could be done to ruin it. We were wrong! I ordered online, light salsa and I don't believe there was any on the pizza. I paid for stuffed crust, the crust had a hole all the way through it with nothing in it! I paid extra $1.00 for sour cream on HALF of it. each piece had 2 to 3 pencil point size dots!! I paid for olives and peppers on HALF. There was not enough on it to warrant a charge of $1.50 each!! The bottom of the pizza was burnt!!!Because we both just got off work and were very hungry we choked down one piece each and the rest is untouched. I'm not one to complain, but this is flat ridiculous!!! We live approximately three blocks from your Salem store. If you would like to come by, you can pick up the rest of the taco pizza to verify my claims, It is sitting on my garbage can!!! The order tonight has been the most upsetting, as we paid over $20 for this horrible burnt pizza! So many pizza options, with reasonable prices! Salads are excellent and big! Cheese bread with pepperoni is one of my favorites. The bread sticks are soft and have marinara. Most importantly they are FAST. My orders are always ready in about 15 minutes. Good customer service is EXTREMELY important to me, and I have experienced great customer service repeatedly at the South Salem location. For the price, the quality is awesome, they deliver and have the crazy topping pizzas for a good price, d-moes would charge much higher for the same pizza and not as good. Looked for a place with good taco pizza and other types of pizza because traditional pizza is amazing when it is neapolitan, but otherwise I don't like the American version of it anymore, got burnt out I guess. So if you are gonna Americanize it go all in, which is what these guys do best. read more

First time trying the new Pizza Now. Ordered carry out from their website and it was very easy to navigate and use. They were very quick, my pizza was ready in 15 minutes. I got a large Hawaiian with stuffed crust. It was incredibly good. It was the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. The stuffed crust was really good too. They have great prices and friendly staff. What I like about these guys is the variety of topping combinations. The ingredients are fresh! This pizza does not seem like fast assembly line pizza at all. Just got done finishing our first order. Pizza had great taste and very reasonably priced. We don't like pizza that has to much grease or to much sauce, these guys have just the right balance. Not to much sauce so that's all we tasted and not dripping in grease. Delivery was fast and delivery guy was very friendly. We will be ordering again. Our first order went great! However, our second one a few weeks later did not. We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza that had pineapple on it. No other place on earth has pineapple on their BBQ pizza. The dough was chewy and it had very little BBQ sauce and flavor. We also ordered boneless wings. The spicy BBQ wings were not at all.spicy and they charged us for extra sauce which we did not receive and ranch which they did not charge us for the first time! They had terrible customer service and were not accommodating. The person on through phone did not know what he was talking about and they got my name wrong. Overall a crappy experience. In my opinion, this place is far better than places like the Hut, Little Caesars, Dominos, Papa John's, etc. Don't compare it to expensive pizza places, because they're not charging $25 a pie like those places. What started out as a great friendly place with good pricing and quality food just turned into the worst and rudest customer service I've ever encountered. Our company for the past year since they opened has had at least one to two employees order food from pizza now. This last time we were told that our order of a salad loaded like we have gotten multiple times before wouldn't be taken anymore and that they had fired the employee that had made them in the past. When I called to voice my concerns and when I said that our employees every day for a year have been customers and that we probably wouldn't be back rather than try to make the customer want to come back the lady on the phone said THATS FINE WE WILL BE OK...what a awful way to go about business when MOD PIZZA, PADDINGTONS , DOMINOES, LITTLE CESARS, are all within a stones throw....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS LADY! read more

I originally reviewed these guys awhile back and gave a bit of a harsh review, and then started trying them again, and they did a great job until tonight. Here's my update: Update on 11/30/19 - after my original review we started giving this company a chance. They were super fast, and pretty decent for takeout. Fast forward to tonight. We ordered online, which we've done for the past year, at least. Over an hour later, no response via email or phone. So I call them and they state that they have no more gluten-free crust available. They also say they called to notify me, but there is nothing on my phone. So I start to ask her what the options are, and she says, "nothing" and I ask, "when do you have GF available" and she says "I don't know". And I say, "okay" and she says, "okay" and hangs up. So, I am not sure what to think other than, back to being really poor customer service. So, at this point, we'll go back to Paddington's or making our own GF pizza. There is absolutely no reason for poor cusomer service, especially at a take-out pizza place. They should know better. read more

This place is the best! I think it is the perfect middle ground for quality pizza at a good price. Prices are similar to little caesars but the quality is way better. There is a special for a 5 dollar large one topping pizza and it is a steal! Also, the Taco pizza is the bomb! Pizza Now is now pizza night go to! read more

I would recommend this place, their pizza is definitely a good, quality pizza. We tried the ABC, with yummy artichokes, chicken, bacon, garlic and an alfredo sauce, it was really delicious, With all the pizza places in South Salem, from Paddingtons, to Dominos, to Little Caesars, to Pizza Hut (and many more,,,,Donatellos, Odd Moes, Garlic Jims, that take and bake place, and of course Safeway frozen which are actually quite good) I'm always trying to figure out who has the best deals. Pizza Now has some $5 Pizzas and $8 Pizzas on the menu so definitely a good deal that competes with the other guys (I haven't tried those discount pizzas yet, but I will). Little Caesars and Dominos (current carry out special of 3 topping pizza for $7.99) also have good values so buying a pie will be a tough decision next time now that I have three pizza places within a couple block radius of my house all with value priced pizzas. I didn't find their pizza to be necessarily better than Dominos, I would say it's a tie between the two, but it definitely blows doors over Little Caesars (which we buy pizza from at least once a week due to the value). I can't figure out if their large, at 14 in. is the same size as competitor's large, or if their family size at 16 in is the same size as competitors larges. I'll find out next time I order from one of the other local places. We'll keep these guys in the rotation for consideration for when it's pizza night at the house. It would be cool if they do the occasional 50% off all pizzas like the corporate guys do every couple months. But this appears to be a mom and pop place so my guess is that running a deal like that for more than a day would kill them.
