We ate here twice during a short stay on the west side, so we must've liked it. First time we dined in, but it was very busy and we had a small table in the corner. You order your food and pay for it, and then they'll bring it to your table. You need to get your own napkins, silverware, condiments, which are in the middle of the restaurant. I ordered a whole pizza and it was delicious. My mom ordered a slice and it came out cold but yummy. Fries were alright. The dole whip was yummy but also very disappointing because the center was completely hollow. It looks like a full cup but ends up being 1/2 a cup or so. We were on Maui for vacation . This locale was right in the shopping center near our resort and we stopped in to try. We ordered a combo pizza and it was so good. We all enjoyed it. I have been wanting to visit Pizza Paradiso for some time as we are in Maui every two months. I am so glad we took the time to explore a local restaurant that has been such a positive spirit and force for the community struck by the Lahaina fire. The owners have demonstrated continued community outreach and generosity. Bravo! This is a pizzeria that was bustling with business with a combination of tourists and locals. The servers were all friendly and accommodating. You don't often see this in a pizzeria. One can tell that this is a conscious effort. We ordered a tasty Paradiso pizza, that had generous toppings and a nice crisp crust. It was not overloaded with cheese. So if you like a lot of cheese you might ask for more at the time of ordering. The Greek salad served in a takeout plastic container was FRESH and delicious. What a nice surprise. There were several Mediterranean dishes on the menu. Next time I will order a beef and lamb gyros. Very good pizza, very fresh salads and very friendly staff make for very nice pizzeria experience. read more

The GF crust was typical remade and ok, but if you need GF, they have it. The sandwich was decent and filling. I think the marinara sauce is the same as used for the pizza. It's tasty and is on the sweet side. Better than over spiced for sure. The bread seems to be like a thick foccia that is really light in texture. Plenty of cheese and shredded chicken. It's really a nice pleasant surprise place here in Kannapali portion of Maui. I'm it's always nice to have access to variety of food. Here in this shopping plaza adjacent to several villas and resorts, we have very good Persian, Greek, Italian food menu with beer, variety if soft drinks and gelato available all in one place. The staff at the counter was also super nice to all his customers. My wife and I shared a beef tenderloin dish for lunch. It had two screwed of beef koobide kabob with steamed basmati white rice, grilled tomato, and touch of the Greek yogurt. I want to try their chicken kabob or Gyro sandwiches next. Once we got the pizza it wasn't great. The dough is clearly frozen and cooked to be floppy. Not the crisp crust one wants in a good pizza. The toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed.
