The pizza was good but the service, cleanliness, and attitude was terrible. We ordered a pizza to go and ordered 2 beers while we waited. One of the staff members left the kitchen with gloves on, went to the back, touched all the doors, and returned to the kitchen....NOT ONCE CHANGING HER GLOVES! We were still finishing our beer when they told us our pizza was ready so we had to walk outside to grab it from the pickup window....who does that??? When I questioned why, they brought the box. We asked for crushed peppers and were told we had to go outside and get from the pickup window. NEVER AGAIN! I lived in Hawthorne for 10 years and am just now giving this place a chance. I should've kept driving. They don't deserve an A rating....CHANGE YOUR GLOVES! read more

We had an amazing meal at Pizza Show today! Our server Araceli was friendly and attentive! The lasagna was one of the best we have had in a long time! If you need help reading between the lines, I will help you out- the pizza is soooo good and cheesy, everything is made fresh and consistently delicious - the food, the service- everything. The prices are affordable and also consistent with proportion. Don't let the neighborhood outside fool you with what's waiting on the inside- old school Italian mafia vibes and decor. Once you're inside, you'll forget about outside and what has happened to what used to be a great city. This reviews hurts to write. I've been coming here since I was boy. Decades I have been a patron of this place. But ever since COVID, they haven't been the same. The prices keep going up while the quality of the food keeps going down. The taste is inconsistent at best. You now have to pay for each soda even though they have a fountain machine. The staff is friendly at least. Ambiance is generic dimly lit. Nothing bad but nothing great. Such a shame. read more

I grew up in Hawthorne so I know this place is an institution going back to my Moms time. But this is only the second time I've eaten here and the last time was in high school LOL. Well, it was great! We got a medium "Pizza Show Special" which came with everything (Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Meatballs, Mushroom, Bell Pepper, Black Olives & Cheese) and it was great! Really nice crust and lite on the sauce, which I really like! We also had an order of Buffalo Wings which were some of the best I've ever had, super flavorful without being hot just to burn. It was a spur of the moment choice so we couldn't order ahead but they made the food quickly. Brought it home and everything was nice and hot, can't wait to have it again! Delicious pizza! Located right on Hawthorne Blvd, you can't miss this place and the huge sign on the building. We got the giant pizza show special and it literally lasted us four meals. I love how chewy and doughy the crust was. The pizza comes packed with toppings and I always appreciate a pizza holding it shape with each bite. It was my first time trying this place out and I'd say don't even bother coming here. Just outside seating, about 2 to 3 small tables set up. They won't let you use the restroom. I ordered a large box half pizza, half pepperoni and it costs me about $23. Food quality was below average. A little disappointing. It was almost eating a cardboard. Pepperoni was chewy and dry. Had a stomach ache after eating 2 slices :( The lady in the cashier area had an attitude as well!
