Today we checked out Plomo Quesadilla Bar and I'm giving it an 8/10! We tried: The Rick Ross (Brisket Quesadilla) The Vasquez (Jerk Chicken Quesadilla) The Escobar (Steak Quesadilla) And of course, we made them all Dirty for an extra $2! Now, the only thing I wasn't a fan of was the Elote Corn. It tasted a little too much like mayo for me and was kind of watery. But those churros definitely saved the day and ended the meal on a sweet note! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's kind of small in the inside but additional seating outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, great flavors, good portions, and I'll definitely be back again. Oh, and they even stay open late!

I like the concept of this place! Your quesadilla comes with chips, a side and a drink. I got the steak quesadilla without the Doritos that come in it. I added elote instead. The quesadilla was okay. I think the steak lacked seasoning and char. But the sauces used were great. I dipped mine in chipotle sauce and queso and it helped with the flavor. The churros were great as well! Though we asked for no chocolate on them, we still had chocolate on ours. However we ate around the chocolate and enjoyed the pieces that weren't covered! We'd be back to try something else. Curious if they'd ever offer a larger variety of quesadillas like shrimp or bringing back the BBQ quesadilla. I'd bee interested in trying!

Black magaic quesadilla with a side of tostadas, elote, and guacamole. Vegetarian friendly option.

Holy guacamole, literally the most perfect quesadillas you can ever have. Portions are plentiful, and absolutely delicious. Customer service is friendly. Food takes a little longer than one would think for a quesadilla- but it's SO worth it. This is not really fast food, more of a typical sit-down restaurant wait time. But your cheesy heaven is on the other end! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating is pretty much high stools on rows or against the wall, they use the space very efficiently.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Television screens are showing games (FIFA happened to be showing when I went.)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They make their own tostadas, so tasty. Come hungry! Also a good to-go option as well after a night of bar-crawling with your buddies.

Great late night spot. amazing quesadillas. Loaded with flavor. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes are cool.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Bonus is they are open late. They have margaritas so that's awesome. Definitely be back soon.

I heard about Plomo on lnstagram and couldn't help trying it. Went on a weekday around 2. There is a side parking lot so parking was easy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once inside it's not very big but it's clean with a large menu on the wall in order to see everything they have to offer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have lots of different quesadilla to choose from they also have margaritas. Ordering was easy and we were given a number to take to the table. I ordered my quesadillas as a combo. Me and my husband both agree that they have some of the best quesadillas from a restaurant. We also like the fact that they are open late so on the weekend if we want a late night snack we can come there.

Best quesadillas around. Always reliable. Hours are great. Sauces great. Staff really fast and good. Parking is weird. Mostly street and couple spots in front. But traffic comes in and out pretty fast.

I kept hearing how I needed to come here. So I did! [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was very crowded with an interesting decor[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], so I got a few things to try and bring them home. Customer service was not a strong point and it seemed assistance from them was too much effort. I grabbed a steak, and elotes for me. Excellent flavor for both!

Came here before the crowd and was not disappointed. Chill vibe, and loved the ambiance and outdoor seating. Rick Ross 7.5/10: the quesadilla itself was ok. I liked the flavors together but would have liked the meat to have some flavor - it was a little bland to me. My sides were the chorizo Mac and Mexican corn. I didn't have any noodles in what should've been my Mac - think they just gave me queso. But it worked out because those chips were delicious. The f*&king margarita was pretty good too. Overall though I'd definitely come back and try something else.

After our shift ended, my new coworkers wanted to grab food and suggested this place. I was hesitant about it at first because I'm not really into Tex Mex. I ordered the Black Magic which was really good! I enjoyed it as well as the elote and chips. I got to try my coworker's foods too, the El Padrino and Jesse James, which was both good too! Overall, I was surprised and fulfilled. Very solid and good food especially for a late night bite.

Look, if your name's rocking Quesadillas, you better bring the cheesy thunder. Sadly... it was more of a light drizzle. We even got it "dirty" and still--meh. Guac tasted like it moonlights in a lunchable. Freshness? Missing, presumed dip-sappeared. BUT hold onto your forks, because the Chorizo Mac & Cheese? Mic drop. Rich, spicy, cheesy perfection that stole the show like it was auditioning for its own Netflix special. Sure, it wasn't piping hot--but those flavors still came in loud and proud. Moral of the story: skip the quesadilla, marry the mac.

The best quesadilla I've ever had!!! So delicious and great portion size for the price. For how busy it was, we got served fairly quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is minimal seating inside/ outside but otherwise this place is amazing, definitely recommend![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Good food but the cashier was had a super lame attitude. Usually I try and focus on food but this girl clearly hates her job. I get it was late but she also forgot all the sauces for 3 different quesadillas! Lameeee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She through the ambiance way off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Got 3 quesadillas. The only one that really missed was La Mardrina. It was too much carb between rice, tamale, tortilla, and Doritos. No balance. The Escobar and chips were great. The chocolate covered churros were incredible!!

Stopped by while in the area for a quick dinner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute place and great concept for quesadillas![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did try the veggie/black bean option which was good, wish i could've tried a different sauce with it. Overall food was great, quantity was nice and service was very quick!

I have been coming here for a few years now and have always had a very good experience every time. Parking is always good and available, even when they are busy. The restaurant itself is always clean and orderly. And the staff is always friendly and efficient. My favorite go-tos are the Queso Blanco and the Chicken Fajitas. The Queso is second to none. The Chicken Fajitas always have a nice wood grilled flavor to them that is sure to please you! A few times I have made it to dessert, but not very often. My favorite dessert herebis the churros. They are delicious in their own right, but they also give you different dipping sauces like chocolate, caramel, or even a vanilla cream. They are served hot and fresh!

I really wanted to try something different and fun, so we ended up getting the elegante experience for $99 per person. I was not disappointed at all with this experience and it offered a ton of great food options. I was so full at the end of this experience, however, every single food item I tried was great and kept me wanting more. To highlight a couple of the items given on that "secret" experience was the tamales, the wagyu steak and the green sauce that came with it, and the sponge cake at the end was a great finisher. I really did enjoy the entire experience of the restaurant and the food. The entire staff was on top of their game and made sure that we had a great time. For me this restaurant was a 9 out a 10. There's no doubt in my mind that I will be back and probably take people here too.

We ordered our drinks and when the drinks were delivered, we said we were ready to order, and the waitress, hesitated and then said she would be back. Kinda strange, but eventually we had our order taken. I ordered a mango agua fresca which was pretty good. The complementary chips and salsas were also really good.
