Our aprox. 20 yr.old GE water heater started dripping water droplets from the plastic drain valve and at first was thinking of replacing the drain valve only. I had come back from vacation to find that I no longer had hot water in the house. After doing some research, I was able to determine what the issue was. My home owners insurance requires all repairs be done professionally. I sent out a number of inquiries through yelp. Amazing! I called Petar early this morning at about 8am and he answered what may have been his cell phone RIGHT away! He already had 3 jobs lined up today but he said he can squeeze in and stop by to check out our water heater leak. Had Gas Co. come out the previous day , appointment time was from 7am-8pm, of course they showed up at 750pm. (That was so annoying). Decided to call PI. They projected 4-5 hours for the install (we were informed on the time frame when we scheduled the appointment) - it ended up taking less than 3 hours.
