WOW!!! Let me just say that I haven't returned to this location since my last review. Today I decided to give it another try. The moment I walked it I looked, and felt different. The lobby was clean and organized. The staff was so friendly! Ashley was so sweet. She took my order and kept a smile on her face and truly looked like she enjoyed working there. My order was PERFECT. Tasted amazing, and everyone ordered was there. Management has done a really great job at getting this place back up and working in good order. I made sure I let the 2 managers know that we're in the lobby having a brief meeting how amazing they have done and I was so impressed with the Improvements they've made! We had an order ready by 8:25 for curbside . I park in the curbside take out. I call no longer doing take out . I came inside , order is not ready. At 8:35pm a female worker locks the door. Two males playing around in the kitchen area,doing push ups against the counter- young kids playing around like the they were 5 years old with no gloves on. How is this food safety? By 8:48 I see my order sitting in the back count. I finally had to say something. I check - missing my 2 sides, sauces. They had no sauces to give snd just dumped a handful in the bag. We were missing two sides I said forget it- as two teenagers argued if they needed to add more chicken to the grill. Never again! No management or supervision. Waste of $28. I love this location every time I go in the place is clean and the staff are friendly. If you like Spanish food there's no doubt you'll love them! Even if this type of food isn't your thing I'd still say give them a try. They have a good size menu ranging from chicken sandwiches to salads chicken and yellow/white rice etc... If I had to pick my favorite thing about this place would be the amount of food you get for the price. Something else really nice about this location is its right next to a target and a Walmart along with lots of other stores to get some of your shopping in as well. The parking lot is real easy to get in and out of witch is nice to. The only thing negative I will say is the ordering process. My food was ready for like five minutes sitting there getting cold and no one said anything. I love the food but the service isn't the best. The young gentleman in the window is always nice but the young girl was extremely rude... I pulled up to the window and the manager read my order and I told him there was 2 items not one. The girl who took my order proceeds to roll her eyes and puts the second order in. So if you want to get extremely particular, some of the food here lacks a little flavor, but it isn't anything some salt, pepper and their own sauces don't help correct. We stopped in one night when we didn't feel like making dinner, and it turned out to be a great choice. As a vegetarian, it's a little hard to know for sure if you can really find something to eat and certain places, but they offered a bunch of vegetarian sides which turned out great. Awful! I should've walked out as soon as I went up to the register and saw the miserable look on the cashier's face. She had a horrible attitude and the couple behind us actually addressed her attitude with the manager who used the excuse "she's here from another store". I told the manager that I didn't want her touching my food for fear of what she'd do to it. I also told her that she's miserable and she replied with "no I'm not". Shame on me for continuing with this experience because our food was as awful as her miserable expression. It was over cooked and bland and we threw it in the garbage. $20 wasted. The food is great... my toddler loves the plantains and chicken. It is the ONLY reason we get it. This location is horrendous. The customer service is terrible, the employees in the drive thru are short and rude. They do not listen and can never repeat your order back correctly, no matter how many times you tell them. This leads to my next part, the lack of accuracy. 3 times out of 4 the order is wrong or missing items. Today's order for example... missing an entire meal. An entire meal. I have to check the accuracy ever single time. If im in a rush and don't, I can bet it will be wrong. Mostly my kids meals are missing cookies, missing sauces, sides, or in this case an entire meal. Please fix your people, train them to pay attention to details. read more

Employee had attitude possible because all customers were upset for the wait time and lack of customer services. Why is your food so good but your service is so poor? Why is your drive thru service so ridiculously bad? Love the food so I've given this location a chance. However, five out of five visits the drive thru microphone does not work and you have to scream your order and they get it wrong. Then even when they do repeat it they have it wrong then when you get to the window. Your food is missing, or has incorrect items. During my visit tonight I asked why the drive thru service is so consistently poor. She responded "we are a restaurant were not built for drive-thru." Very clean place with a mellow background music. Arrive around 11am and you will beat the crowds and there is always plenty of parking. They have very tasty food! Lots of choices. Ordered grilled chicken breast with yellow rice, black beans, yuca and a chicken soup. Everything was delicious. The only problem was that I had to exchange the yellow rice for white rice because I didnt realize that the yellow rice has broccoli. They should probably mention that to people because it's not a normal thing to find in latin food, especially rice. But exchanging it was no fuss at all, very simple and they were all apologetic. They add the weirdest things to food so the best advice I can offer you if you eat here, just ASK before ordering. Ask what comes with what. For example, if you order chicken, know that it comes loaded with onions. So if you hate onions, dont worry, its easy to order without onions. If you order yellow rice, it comes with broccoli. If you order Yucca it comes with garlic sauce. Nothing is what it seems so please ask. Just know ahead of time, ASK and avoid having to get up from the table or drive back. Especially if you are starving, the last thing you want is to have get up from the table. Oh hell no. Other than that, no complaints. They are a great place to go eat!! Highly recommend!! read more

So happy to have them in the neighborhood. They've just opened their doors, but food and service is still top notch. The drive thru line backs up traffic in the parking lot, but that will be my only complaint. The chicken is moist and flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. The option to substitute brown rice for white is one of the many things that keep me coming back. Now they have green beans as another healthy side offering in addition to my favorite balsamic tomatoes. Fried yuca is my favorite indulgence here. This place has pretty good food. It is usually very tasty and fresh. The portions are usually pretty good too; although, the other day, they gave me a really skimpy piece of chicken. I particularly love their chicken Caesar wrap, the sweet corn casserole, and the chicken plate. They are very reasonably priced and they give you a good amount of food for your dollar. Also, their free condiment bar is a nice addition. I particularly love their guava barbecue sauce. Incompetent staff and serious communication problems. Have gotten my card double charged on 2 separate occasions. I also have dietary restrictions that prevent me from eating things such as eggs, and when i went and asked if they had any Mojo garlic sauce (a eggless garlic condiment that the website says that they have) they said yes and proceeded to give me the wrong garlic sauce. I used to eat here often before taking a year and a half off to try being vegetarian. Am off the vegetarian diet now and decided to stop by here and get some lunch. Wow. The quality has really gone down in a year and a half. They no longer carry the waffle fries that they used to and that were pretty tasty. Today, I ordered a 1/4 Chicken with Balsamic Tomatoes on the side. The chicken was extremely dry. The balsamic tomatoes used to come chopped up and immersed in balsamic dressing. Today I got 4 halves of a Roma tomato. Yes, HALVES. As in someone took two tomatoes, cut off the ends, cut it in half, and then put them in the dressing. I guess I don't mind having to deal with that and cutting it into smaller bits myself but it would be easier if my plate wasn't a flimsy styrofoam one. Dining in used to mean you'd get your food on an actual plate and with silverware. Now it's just styrofoam and plastic forks, etc. Sides come in little plastic cups and seem to be in smaller portions, too. Pollo is making me feel like I should have stayed vegetarian lol read more
