We had a sudden, unplanned remodel of our pool a few months ago due to various leaking issues. We chose Pool Effects because they provided us with the best information to make an informed decision on how to get the healthy pool we wanted with less traditional chemicals. For example, they advised us that the copper plumbing did not go well with a salt pool (previous estimate made no mention of this). I was happy they added rebar to strengthen the pool structure during the crack repairs and basically gave the pool a new shell underlying the mini pebble--the foundation is strong. The hardest part was choosing the mini pebble---we went with mini pebble in Aqua Cool with blue glass beads that gives the water such a beautiful sparkly look. These pictures are 2.5 weeks out. This was a big job, and any minor issues have been addressed along the way. Overall I am very happy with the sparkly, clean look to the pool and I feel it is solid work that will last a long time. read more

From the moment we met the owner, Eddie, to provide an estimate to have our in-ground spa upgraded, we knew we had made the right decision. We had a really good feeling about him as he answered all of our questions and his estimate was one of the best we received. So the hardest thing about redoing a pool is finding the right person to do the job. After spending a lot of time getting quotes and doing research, I decided to go with Eddie and Pool Effects.
