    Breakfast Buffet as of 6.21.26

Yep!! We are back again!! This time instead of their breakfast buffet, we ordered from menu. It's great to know that even when we were here a few weeks ago, service continues to be great, we had Tanya for our server today. She was kind to also ask if we like to have our coffee to go, so we said "Yes", and she even gave 2 different shades of blue on the to go cups, so we know whose cup belongs to who. To me, it's the little things they do that makes it special. And today's Disney characters that made an appearance are Elsa and Anna. Both are very friendly and making balloon characters for kids and adults if you're interested. Just a fun vibrant place. Oh and for breakfast I ordered their Chilaquiles and my hubby ordered their Big Egg Sando, portions were decent.

They have an amazing brunch buffet, everything so fresh and tastes delicious. The mimosas are even better!!

Pretty good for being hotel food and keeping us full after an all day dance competition. The service was mid and could be better. I called the waiter out for insinuating I was taking a long time (which I was) but didn't enjoy being bothered about it. Then they made up for it by being attentive and kind. Food was decent, some great and some of it can't tell if we were just starving, but we left full. It did its job while at dance all day but wouldn't go out of my way to eat here otherwise, if that makes sense. The potatoes fries were really good tho!

    delicious starter!!

We had such a great experience at K&A Cafe! My daughter ordered the fruit salad with yogurt, and…read morethe yogurt was house-made -- she absolutely loved it. It was fresh and delicious. My husband had the breakfast burrito and said it was amazing. He liked it so much he even went home with a 24 oz container of their house-made red salsa, which was incredible. The customer service was outstanding. Art was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely engaged with us while we were there. You can tell they really care about their customers and the food they serve. We'll definitely be coming back from Bakersfield!

I paid $17.54 for a biscuit with egg, cheese, turkey sausage, and a black iced coffee. The biscuit was decent, but fairly small, and nothing about the sandwich felt premium enough to justify the price. The turkey sausage tasted like a standard pre-made sausage, and if there was a significant upcharge for choosing turkey, it didn't feel warranted. The coffee was fine. It was a basic black iced coffee, good enough, but not something that stood out or justified a premium price. My biggest issue is the value. Nearly $18 for a simple breakfast sandwich and a plain black iced coffee feels excessive for what was served. I've also noticed that the total seems to vary from visit to visit, making it difficult to know what to expect when ordering. I genuinely like the people who work here and wish them success. This review isn't about the staff. For me, it's simply a matter of price versus value, and I can no longer justify spending this much for a basic breakfast and coffee. This Location is in the Center street Anaheim outdoor shopping mall. You can park either on the street or in the adjacent parking garage. As i arrived around 8:30am on a Friday, there was a line out front but it was moving fairly fast. The interior of the bakery is one space divided into 2 sections. The bakery and the coffee shop. Each with their own check out stand. They also have their own separate entrance door. So, if all you wanted was a beverage, you don't have to wait in line for the bakery. The interior is warm and inviting. There is no seating inside. Just high top tables made of barrels with a top for standing. However, there is a patio outside with tables and market umbrellas. Okayama Kobo is an Artisan Japanese Bakery. Everything is made fresh daily using quality ingredients and no preservatives. They use 100% Hokkaido flower from Japan. They are best known for their signature Salt & Butter Rolls, Curry Pan, and adorable character buns like the "Kobo Kuma" I got a "salt and butter roll". It is a light fluffy bread shaped like a croissant with a buttery and light salty flavor. I also got a "Kobo Kuma" which is a soft bear shaped fluffy bread filled with vanilla bean custard. Both were warm out of the oven and melt in your mouth delicious. Okayama Kobo Bakery has locations in OC, San Diego and Hawaii. The prices are really reasonable and the service is great. I can't wait to go back to try some of their other baked goods such as the french toast as well as a signature crafted coffee. I highly recommend Okayama Kobo.

The pastries are delicious and almost too pretty to eat, and the matcha is smooth, flavorful, and one of the best I've had. There's no indoor seating, just a small cozy outdoor area, but it adds to the charm. If you want an Instagram-worthy coffee stop with great treats and matcha, this place is a must. Highly recommend!
