Their customer service was subpar, and the service manager was not very helpful in resolving the situation. Due to this poor experience, I have decided to escalate my complaint to corporate. I believe that employees like Ariel and Anthony should be better equipped to handle issues that arise from owning a Porsche. When the Fletcher Jones took over and started running things, they made promises of staying a family business yet started laying off people with more than twenty years working there. People with families. Also if you are looking to get work down on your car the service writers were encouraged to try and sell you parts that were not necessary to increase their quota or they would face unemployment.
