Cute store, actual samples to choose from. Highly organized. Friendly. Moderate prices. Delivered everything they said they would do. Answered the phone! Answered every email. Outstanding in every single way. I would never go anywhere else and I can say more professional than any other printer I visited in person. They even put my small order in this tidy box. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.

I then called and spoke to Thea that confirmed she got the order but what i ordered wasn't the loom but an extension of some sort. she told me they sell those separately which is fine but then why didn't she respond to my email and refund me? She said she would refund me but never did and never responded to my emails and when I called again a very rude person said she was just too busy and it would be another week. I had to contact my bank and get them involved. I don't think this is the way to operate a business but just know I will never order from them again and let the buyer beware with their terrible customer service.

But after remembering how it wasn't very easy to put together a chair from a box, I remembered this place. As a design nerd, this chair is going to give me a dopamine hit every time I see the name Knoll on the back. :) At first, I went straight for the Herman Miller, but the Mirra seat was too hard on the edges for me--which I never would have know had I not tried it out. They had rows of this Knoll Regeneration chair (choose your color!) and sitting in a couple, I realized how many adjustments it has. I got it dialed in, fell in love, and rolled it to the checkout. Mark Montoya took the poor little thing apart and uncovered more of the mess - starting with back - not acid-Free, the glare-free glass that mutes the colors, and the actual mounting of the picture directly on the nasty glass- original little house of horrible things. But we got right down to the fun stuff- choosing a mat, frame and appropriate glass. It's going to be so nice. And if your jam is frames they have a huge stock. After a very knowledgeable conversation about the quality and capacity types of cartridges, he stated that he had a deal for me...2 original manufacturer cartridges (TN433-BK) in damaged boxes (cosmetic only) for $68.95, I stated I would pick them up this week, Griffin said he would make a note so that others would know about the offer in the event he was not present. When I arrived at the store on February 13th with my notes, Griffin stated that he would not honor the price he quoted last week, the price would be higher but still less expensive than I could find elsewhere. If there was an honest pricing error made, he could have contacted me to let me know or at the very least apologized for the error, neither occurred. Bait and Switch comes to mind....... Be careful dealing with this store.

After numerous failed attempts at teaching myself, I booked a private lesson with Colleen. Over the course of two hours, she taught me all about operating my machine, basic stitches, entry-level sewing tools, and I even made a drawstring bag! She was kind, patient, encouraging, and a FANTASTIC instructor. I can't wait to take some of her group classes!! The store itself is great. Lots of sewing supplies that are of higher quality and will last you a while. The people who work here couldn't be nicer or more helpful. If you feel intimidated by learning to sew, this is a perfect spot to start learning. Even if you're already a great sewer, you'll find everything you need here. They have a spacious section in the back where they teach group and individual classes; you can also rent a desk/machine if you need some higher end equipment to work with.
