I've been a customer for a few years on and off. Initially their service was good, but the work was ok. The last couple times I've come for a gel manicure, the nail tech has done too many base coats, this last time it was about 6 coats of the base and 4 clear coats. It was beyond me why they did that. Now I understand why... the gel was chipping within 2 days. I'm really disappointed to pay $50 for a gel manicure that is promoted to last two weeks to two days. They did this twice to me and the first time, I thought the lady just didn't know or made a mistake. That but the fact that it happened again... it seems like a practice they do for you to return. This is not ok. So if you go, and you notice a 4 base coat, you know you are getting scammed here. read more

Loved getting my nails done here. June did a great job. I get powder dipped and usually gel paint on top but the color options were so great I didn't need gel. It took about 1hr 20mins to do but they sat me right away. I did get a little cut on my finger when getting them done but that tends to happen everywhere. My nails and toes are sheer perfection (even my husband commented when I get home and he never notices anything). This review is for an experience I had a few months ago when I came in for a basic pedicure. I can't remember the woman's name who was working on my feet, but I think she made a mistake because she sliced deeply through about a 1/4 of the nail on my big toe. The piece of the nail that she sliced was still connected to the bed below the nail. It didn't hurt that much yet, and I was just starting to wonder how she was going to fix it when she suddenly grabbed a pair of tweezers and just yanked the thing right off. It hurt like hell, and bled like crazy. She tried to tell me that this was perfectly normal, but I've had plenty of pedicures, and nobody ever made me bleed before! I should have asked for a Band-Aid and left immediately, but for some reason I gritted my teeth, let her finish, and they actually still charged me! It hurt pretty bad for about a week after that, and took at least a couple of months to grow out and look normal again. I'm never going back to this place, and I might never get another pedicure again. read more
