We have been using PostalAnnex since we moved to Agoura years ago. Robert and his staff have always been professional, courteous and excellent with customer service. I don't know how he does it, but Robert knows you by name when you walk in, and everyone else too! We have used their services for: overseas shipping (they keep addresses in the computer and print it out for your parcel) notarizing documents for the US and overseas passports keys original gift ideas huge selection of cards for every occasion I would definitely recommend Robert and his dedicated staff to anyone requiring postal assistance. 10/10! read more

I've used this place once before and never had an issue. I don't know if Robert the was having an off day or what but... He wasn't very nice. He said he could fax my paperwork. I wrote down the number and turned around, he was gone. I stood and waited by his station. I looked up and saw he was waiting on store customers! They had other staff for that!. The really sweet sales lady looked up and said "Robert did you finish helping her?" He said,"She said she was going to give me a fax number and she never did." I looked at him and said "I've been standing here with it in my hand waiting for you." "Well you never gave it to me so...." Then why wouldn't you say to me to have that number for me? Instead you acted like I was an annoyance from the moment I walked in and I didn't say anything to you?! I gave him the number he faxed the paper then he sent me to the end of the counter and then made me go back over to the register it was ridiculous it was like he was getting off on being rude. I have been coming here for 17yrs. I love giving Robert my business and he is the only notary I will use. He and his staff are friendly and greet customers with a smile and a Hello. Robert is gracious, professional and always remembers me when I walk in the door, even if it has been several years since I have required his notary services. I am in and out quickly each time. Charging me $5 to print a label? $5!?!?!? Are you serious? I could do that for free at the automated machine at the USPS office down the street. Or on-line. staggering how people rip people off! It costs $13.65 to ship a priority medium flat rate box by USPS and these guys want $18.65 and I have the box (free at post office), address label and everything already done. Didn't ever expect to have such a positive experience at a Postal Annex+, but this location is consistently great. I only stopped by initially because they were so close to where I live, but I've returned multiple times because of the great service they provide. I've used them on three separate occasions for passport business, notarizing a document, and shipping a large package. All three times I received service that was expedient, professional, and courteous. Robert is THE BEST! Yesterday, a Saturday during the COVID pandemic, I went in at about 4:30 to have a package shipped. Of course, Robert's service and store are fantastic, but there's more. As I left, he closed the store and headed to the post office to ship my, and other's, package. When I got home, I realized I left my phone there. We have no home phone and I knew he was closed on Sunday. I reluctantly accepted that it would be Monday until I got it back. I called the store anyway and left a phone message. At about 7:30 that night, our doorbell rang -- THERE WAS ROBERT BRINGING ME MY PHONE!!! Can you believe it? We hardly could. i don't all the names at this Postal Annex, as i've only been going too them until recently as i'm grown extremely tired of the long lines and wait at the Agoura Hills USPS, doesn't matter what day it is, as i've tried to negotiate when or time to go there, doesn't matter, it's SLOW, so i decided to take my business to Postal Annex in Agoura Hills, true it's a bit more pricier but it's worth the angst and weariness of going to USPS,....as so many perps have mentioned everyone at this Postal Annex, have been friendly and service is AWsuM, needless to say, i'm exceedingly happy now and will continue to take my business here, cheers and thanks to all the peeps who work at the Agoura Hills - Postal Annex !!!!! read more

Better off going to the post office or staples. Even though I don't recommend those places either. Your better off getting supplies cheap off of eBay and doing everything online yourself. If your just dropping stuff off for mail pick up don't expect a smile or anything more from this place. read more

After reading the other reviews I had to double check and make sure this was the same place I've been to lol. Maybe I'm just unlucky, but every time I've gone in here I've had an odd experience. The last three times I've come here to ship packages the ladies at the front have literally met me with blank stares and seemed very disinterested in answering my questions. The last time I went in (a couple weeks ago) the two women behind the counter must've just finished an argument with one another or something because when I approached them and asked a question they both just looked at one another silently.. several moments pass.. and one says tersely to the other, "are you going to answer her question?" I could cut the tension with a knife! Neither was at all pleasant, nor especially helpful regarding the questions I had about the different rates for different postal carriers. Very uncomfortable encounter. I walked out and decided to drive across the street to UPS, who also gave me a much better price for shipping. I will not return here again unfortunately! read more

I recently moved to the area after living in the small town of Ojai for 10 years. The second time I went in to access my personal mailbox, I was greeted by name. I had so many new keys I hadn't brought the correct one for my box. Robert and Carole not only knew my name, they knew my box number and didn't hesitate to assist me. We have all our packages shipped there for pickup. You can get into your box at night if they're closed. They send emails when you have a new package with the tracking number.
