This review is about 4 months overdue but better late then ever. This is probably one of the companies with best customer service, they are super genuine. I was moving across country and decided to ship all my things with UPS since I had no furniture. I shipped about 70 boxes all sizes and would just drop them at entrance, and not only all the boxes made it safe and in great condition to my new home, but Debbie and her team were very helpful to help me with the boxes. Above and beyond, politeness and appreciation straight from the 1950's. Two sisters own the business and all employees I've interacted with have been just as helpful and lovely. An owner was in the middle of helping me when a family emergency arose and, understandably, had to cut it short. A couple hours later, she completely followed up through an employee that was called in to cover her and finished what I needed. Unbelievable. I just want to say that I love coming to this Postal Annex I still laugh each time I go in there. But that's just one of the reasons, not the biggest reason. These ladies are so very helpful with awesome service that they provide, it's also a given that laughter and clear joy is always available without ordering it., lol. I had gone to one place to get business cards; I had waited for over two weeks and there were still no cards. But when I ask Deb, and with no hesitation she said sure no problem, I tell you if not for a minor detail with their machine, she would have had cards in my hand that same day. But I did get them the next day. Totally awesome, so as you may now know this is where I will be getting all my business cards printed up from now on or unless they try to move or something, but they better not. I will hunt them down. You know I can't quit you all. LOL. Ok, I'm going to reach back a bit, I had a few losses in my family, and I had a few plaques made to send to my family back east, and Deb and Heidi were so very helpful and kind to prepare my plaques for shipping out, I have been to places that would not take the time to do that, but they did or take the care they did in packing. Some was made with glass, they insured that they would get there in one piece & they did. My family commented on how well they were wrapped, what great care in packing them, great job very well done always. They treat everyone who walk through there door like family smiling and hugging, you cannot help but come back. Very kind. It was my first time mailing out polymailers myself and I stopped by for the good pricing on the bags they had available. I couldn't find any last minute and didn't have access to a printer to make my own label off paypal. So, I figured why not? The staff seemed very friendly and helpful to everyone who came in. Due to coronavirus, they were trying to get people coming and going, which is great. The issue I mainly had with this place is that I asked for them to make me a label and the lady exaggerated the size of the polymailer bag. 1inch thick for a bamboo cloth?!?! I took her word for the measurements, but as I got home and showed the receipt to the warehouse owner and my husband they said that it should have been around $4 for just the shipping. The owner said she ships all the time for those same items and it always would cost between $3.50 - 4.25. Now, I wouldn't trust this place with creating my labels anymore and I'm learning to just do my own. I put in her measurements into the system and yup, the price was accurate. I put in the actual measurements and it was much cheaper. She even tried to look up different ways to make it cheaper as I told her that it shouldn't be $8 to ship each item. I shipped something heavier and thicker for $11, I told her it doesn't add up or seem right. Now, I understand why everyone just does it themselves. I don't think she intentionally measured incorrectly, but that is a very basic thing to do! read more

I love close by to this location and it's so convenient! The staff are incredibly friendly and call me by name since I drop of many packages. I feel quite terrible that I don't know them personally by name. I believe it's Debbie and Heidi. These two ladies are wonderful and I love the little kid area they have. This review is well overdue because last year Debbie K actually saved me $100 by going above and beyond and calling the Passport Office for me when I thought I had to resubmit everything and pay again for a bad photo printing error.
