Their website says that they do passport photos, so went in today, and was told no, they don't do passport photos because of the pandemic. They couldn't have updated their website in the last YEAR to reflect that? Also doubly frustrating because when I walked in, the clerk wasn't wearing a mask. So, totally ok for him to breathe germs all over the store for customers to walk in, but not to take a 10 second photo without someone's mask on - makes no sense. DO NOT drop your packages off at this place. I came here on a Friday at 11am to drop off my amazon and another UPS package and Richard was helping another customer and he seemed flustered. He asked if I was dropping off my package I said yes and he told me to go and place it in the back bin. I did but a part of me felt uneasy about it and I should have trusted my gut because now it's Monday and I tracked my packages and it just says the label was created. I called today and Richard acted like it was my fault. He said the bin was for USPS not UPS. LIKE I AM SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT?!? he then proceeded to blame me and say there's a sign.. Are you flippin kidding me!!!? I was like I DON'T WORK THERE YOU DO!! YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME!! He said don't worry USPS will drop it off at a UPS location.. both packages were over $100 in returns.. I am crossing my fingers USPS will actually drop it off for me but a word to the wise.. don't trust this place.. Also pretty sure Brockton's review about Richard and Leona are fake.. read more

I was adamant on shipping an item in a box and Richard suggested that using a shipping bag was better for my situation and the item would be just as protected and it was a lot cheaper than the box. Three stars for convenience and accepting drop offs. I don't mind paying a bit more for the convenience of not going to the post office, but do not like being charged an additional 3.5% to use my credit card in top of it. Will probably never go to this place again. Dropped a few prepaid packages here before 11am - all to be picked up via USPS. I understand that it is a waiting game for USPS to come pick up. However, the following day at 7pm - I'm still not seeing these as scanned or picked up by USPS. With items in here needing to be returned to companies, I'm not sure or confident as to when these will actually be delivered now. Should have read reviews first and just taken the time to go to an actual post office. I say that because every other time, I'm able to see that it was scanned in hours later - not days.9 Very upset now and just hoping that these will start tracking soon and I didn't just waste time and lose money. It's even more frustrating because when I walked in, the only person working was nowhere to be found. After looking around for a bit, trying to figure out where to put my boxes, some man from behind a wall told me to just set it on a table towards the back. Only enter in a zombie apocalypse emergency (mainly to liberate supplies). Where to begin? Employees act like they hate their job and are doing you a favor. Store layout is so small and cramped (can we get rid of the greeting card racks?). And prices on supplies and shipping are insanely high, even by retail standards. Don't get me started on dropping off packages here. Just don't do it unless you want your package to be late, and get a stink eye from the employees (even when you put a donation in their little box to help fighting cancer). read more

We've had an easy time of getting documents notarized, mailing packages over the holidays & getting postage here. So glad to have this place in the Scripps neighborhood. Yes, it's small but it's got everything you need. It's easy to get to & you can find parking if you go before the lunch crowd at 11am. For notarizing we walked in at 4pm & had the signatures/stamp done straight away. I just found out they do passport pix & make keys & will be needing both soon. This location should really update their hours of operation on Google. Google shows that they are open until 6pm, however when I arrived they had a sign on the door showing they're only open until 5pm. Very frustrating. This being Covid times, this merchant is trying to make a quick buck out of customers. Merchnt lies about USPS and tries to sell higher priced shipping services. Charged me more than $200 for shipping something that should have cost me $30 or so. Beware of their business practices, they will insist on packaging your item in the largest box available, so that they can charge you more and get a higher markup. They lie blatantly about other cheaper services. Avoid going here, this is a fraudulent business. Go to USPS/Fedex or UPS directly, it will cost you 1/4th the price. Go to USPS / Fedex / UPS directly to save money and not to these liars who overcharge! read more

I went in today to ship 2 boxes. I was about to spend a lot of money shipping these boxes. I was in a rush so didn't have time to tape the boxes up. So I asked the clerk can I please have some tape to tape my boxes. He said no but we do sell tapes here. I walked out and took my business down the street to UPS. I have (2) P.O. Boxes at this location, so I visit a few times a week. The girls here have always been extremely helpful to me. I absolutely love the great customer service I receive every time I do need help from the counter girls. I go there anytime I need to return an online purchase as well as sending packages to my grandson in another state. I always leave there satisfied and pleased with the service. The little postal store by my office just closed so I was in need of a new one. I thought this would be it....but I will not be back. As the other review stated, it's annoying that they take down ALL of your information in the computer AND your recipient's?! They even wanted the recipient's phone number in a different state which I didn't even know! Then to cap it off, a FLAT rate USPS envelope that is $5.60 FLAT actually costs $7.99 there! I tried to add insurance and it went up to $12! Ridiculous! The guy was friendly, but having them take down all your information and over charge, not to mention there is never any parking because of the gym next door...I'll find somewhere else to go! read more

Then says he can't do it because he is too busy. When I pushed a little, he says I need an appointment.
