We have enjoyed all other Postino locations, so we decided to visit this one! We enjoyed trying this new location and the open air feel between indoor and outdoor seating. The mushroom fondue seemed to be a new addition to the menu (at least from our previous experience at Postino Annex) and the bounty board is always so delicious (the yogurt dip, hummus, and Green goddess dressing especially). Postino's is one of my favorite hangout spots in the Valley. It has such a chill vibe and I love their patio. As for the food, everything is delicious. Shoutout to Postino's for having gluten free bread! (And it was so good) The warm artichoke spread and the burrata, bacon, arugula and tomato were my two favorite bruschettas. Loved the ambiance, gorgeous bar decor and fun with moderately loud music in the background. We got 2 burrata boards, wine (4 kinds- 2 reds and 2 whites), an aperol spritz, and gin and tonic. I have been coming to this location for several years and recently I started to drop by at least once to two times a week. I want to quickly mention that I actually used to work for a different Postino location several years ago. So, I really know how service works. I have to say that this current group of servers that work at this location are amazing! Every single one of them is attentive, genuine and just amazingly pleasant! I don't live far and really don't have to frequent this location as much as I do. But the ambiance and great energy created by your staff brings me back every week. This is the cutest date night spot! The parking is limited, but they do offer a complimentary valet, so bring a few bucks to tip them. The menu is perfect for pairing with wine; cheese and meat boards, sandwiches, bruschetta, etc. The wine selection has something for everyone in all price points. We got a cheese board, which had a nice selection on it. We also tried the bruschetta board and the fondue, which was definitely the stand-out. We felt that some of the food lacked flavor, so we added a bit of salt (which I almost never do!) and it was improved. We also left feeling so super full because of all the bread, which is not a normal part of my diet. The service was great for the most part. We did have to wait a bit for the check, but we finished right around 8:00 pm, which is when their Bottle and Board special starts, so the place got pretty busy. read more

I've been a massive Postino fan since the inception of Upward Projects. Which is why I was grossly disappointed this evening when my party of four was denied the vacant couch. My friends and I were waiting for a table but the couch was wide open. All of us have worked in the service industry at one point or another. But we were told they'd prefer to save the couch for a large party. And then my friends and I got to stare at the empty sofa from barstools for our entire stay. If I wanted an old town Scottsdale "we are booked" experience, I'd have gone farther east. Pretty disappointing for someone who's been a loyal customer for six years and counting. Good news though. Had a wonderful solo visit to Postino Arcadia! I heard about their Monday night board and bottle special and wanted to check it out. The ambience of the restaurant is wonderful and it was popping for a Monday night! All of the staff was super attentive and I wanted to give recognition to the amazing servers; Tee, Chelsea, Jacob, and Ericka! They truly have a team atmosphere with the employees as they all checked in on many of the customers, always making sure everyone was taken care of. Ericka is their new AGM, but I would never have guessed that she was new. I watched her run food, chat with guests, and showed me incredible hospitality. It can be nerve-racking being a solo traveler and going to restaurants by yourself, but I felt so welcomed there! Oh and the food was wonderful! Postino Arcadia came up when we were searching for a Sunday lunch spot for my little family of four last October. The restaurant wasn't too busy and we chose to sit inside. These were the yummy things we ordered: * Olives $8 - Who doesn't love olives? * The Bruschetta Board $16.25 - We went with Brie & Apples with Fig Spread; Sweet and Spicy Pepper Jam and Goat Cheese; Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato; and the seasonal Tomato Jam & Goat Cheese. These four choices were flavor explosions with every bite! We loved every bit of it, and appreciated that they were cut into four slices. * The Bounty $16.75 - This beautiful platter of veggies, almonds, and dipping sauces was such a sight to see and even better to enjoy. I would easily order this over and over again and can imagine it would be wonderful to graze on throughout the evening. The colors and variety was such a pleasant surprise and I felt so healthy eating it. * OMG Grilled Cheese $13.50 - My kids fought over this and we ended up ordering another because it was so good. * Maitake Mushroom $15.50 - I never had mushrooms served this way and it was surprisingly delicious and fresh with the yogurt sauce. Overall, the food was just wonderful. The daily specials, wine clubs, etc. were definitely something that would interest me if I lived in the area. This restaurant would be in my regular rotation for sure. It was just so good. When we mentioned that we were in Phoenix for the weekend, someone specifically asked if we ate at Postinio Arcadia. The only issue I had was the service. We couldn't tell who was a staff member or a dining guest, so we didn't know who to ask for assistance with. Our original waitress that took our order didn't bring our food out and wasn't around very much. No one was assigned to us, so we needed to wave someone down when we needed additional items or refills on our beverages. Situated in old restored building, interior resembles old yet eclectic environment. Great selection of wine, and the crowd is pretty happy and trendy. Patio is good size and it is a dog friendly establishment regardless of a dog size. True to its name the building used to be an old brick post office which was converted to a bar. Hence the name. The only downside to this establishment that I can tell is that parking lot is rather small and on a regular day you might have to valet! read more

Check your bill carefully. We were overcharged. My friend and I enjoyed our meal and had great service however we were in a hurry to leave so asked the waitress to split our bill equally. We paid with credit cards and left in a hurry to attend a concert. We ordered a salad and a bruschetta board to share. We were charged for two full salads. Ironically, they divided our salad into small bowls and we didn't think we were given the equivalent of a full size salad between us. read more

Service was amazing and we had the best waitress ever, Ksymena! We ordered all the things and the stand outs were: - Crispy Cauliflower w Romesco. I can't stress how GOOD this was. We should have ordered two of them just for the romesco sauce. It was so goood. - Sweet Potato Fries were heaven and the dipping sauce was excellent.
