POTBELLY SANDWICH SHOP at CLT AIRPORT!!

First time to a POTBELLY SANDWICH SHOP and it was so great. First off the staff was super friendly and efficient and had smiles on their faces during a busy lunch hour at the CLT AIRPORT. WHOEVER WAS MANAGING this crew at this time on this day, Friday, May 29 at 1 PM is doing an amazing job. Everybody was happy, smiling, friendly, courteous, and did a great job taking orders and making the food. I had a great turkey with some white bread. It tasted so good and I included potato chips and a chocolate cookie. But the best thing ever was the strawberry shake that the cashier woman made. I believe her name was ANGEL HEFFNEY !! the care she took him making this milkshake and doing it while as I watched her making it was right on point. And it was the best strawberry milkshake I have ever had. So I wanna give her a shout out. Plus, she was so nice and friendly with everyone as she managed the cashier role at this potbelly. But the whole line and your management were so great. Next time I'm coming through CLT airport. I am definitely coming back here again. Thank you for making a tough day of travel even easier.

There are six employees two working and the one that took my order walked away and left my milkshake which was the only thing I ordered on the blender and went in the back to talk to another guy and she was back there for five minutes. I asked one of the four other employees standing there if they could get it and they said just a minute she'll come back. This place is atrocious

Potbelly will forever be one of my favorite fast casual sandwich spots. When I'm traveling for work and have to spend some time in the Charlotte airport it's one of my go tos. They are always really quick which is great if you don't have a lot of time and their sandwiches are always consistent. If you've got time to kill they're located near the food court so you can snag a beer from wicked weed to enjoy with your sandwich!

Potbelly is always our go to spot while waiting on flights at the Charlotte airport. The sandwiches are made fresh right in front of you and are always delicious! I haven't tried many different sandwiches here as I always lean towards and Italian but other sandwiches I have seen always look equally as good! If you are ever at the Charlotte airport and need a quick bite to eat make sure to check out Potbelly!

I was craving a delicious sandwhich while on a long layover at the airport this place was hopping but man it was worth it! I got the avocado turkey sandwhich for both myself and my mom. Wow! The bread is so so delicious. It was th3 best airport food I have ever had. We both had the 12 in and we could have definitely split one. They do not skimp on toppings. It was loaded with turkey and avocado. I also added oil and Italian seasoning and peppers to mine. They have a location close to my house and I definitely plan on taking my husband. The prices are also super low for airport food. I was shocked. Such a great find!

This was a pleasant surprise to find located inside of the airport food court while trying to kill some time during a long layover. Potbelly is one of those chains we don't really have in the South, but my wife introduced it to me while traveling and I became a fan of it. The staff, while friendly, did seem to make everyone rush their orders and did not want to answer any questions. They were also out of a few ingredients, which was disappointing. They did get the food out pretty quickly though, which is the most important thing I guess at an airport so you make sure you don't miss the connecting flight while trying to grab some food.

Airport location absolutely does NOT open on time! 2/22/2024

Fresh ingredients, however there was no really flavor to the tuna. Even a little salt would have helped this taste better .

It's right on the way to my yoga studio, so it's perfect for a quick in-and-out lunch, but honestly, it's also the kind of place where you end up lingering longer than planned. My usual order is the ABLT on rye with Boar's Head applewood smoked bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Simple, fresh, and consistently delicious every single time. I almost always pair it with the Spinach Bacon salad loaded with spinach, cranberries, goat cheese, tomatoes, toasted pecans, and brown sugar peppered bacon. The portions are huge and definitely shareable. What makes Rhino special is that it's more than just a deli. It's part neighborhood market, part coffee shop, part beer and wine stop, and part community hangout. They've got local products, grab-and-go snacks, fresh sandwiches, beer on tap, wine, outdoor patio seating, and sometimes even live music. It reminds me of the small independent spots I used to love in the Bay Area around Burlingame, San Mateo, and Palo Alto. Relaxed, local, welcoming, and full of personality. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere feels genuinely Charlotte. Not overly polished. Not trying too hard. Just good food, good people, and a place that locals clearly love. And if you are visiting North Carolina, you absolutely have to try Cheerwine at least once. It's basically a Carolina rite of passage. Cherry soda lovers will probably be obsessed. Me personally? Not exactly my flavor profile, but people here drink it like water, so clearly they are onto something. Rhino Market is one of those places that makes a city feel like home. Life is too short to not eat well, Charlotte. Get out there.

There were at least 15 , maybe 20 people on the line. My wife wanted to split the roast beef , #6. From standing on line to ordering to getting my sandwich, was less than 15 minutes total. Ran like a well oiled machine. Everyone was doing their part to keep the line moving. They were literally knocking out 3 and sandwiches at a time. Roast beef with provolone, tomato and mayo was packed full of meat and absolutely delicious. There were actually some empty tables around, but we ate at our gate. I picked this for a few reasons, the price wasn't insane, it can easily be eaten with your hands, and doesn't need to be warm. We got in the line, and soon realized it wasn't moving, somehow the one only person working the cash register was creating a bottle neck, and the 4 other people "working", were in no rush to get the orders through, they didn't jump on the other register or try to assist him, they were just sitting around waiting for the cashier to get the orders in. Once the orders got in, the others were quick to get them made and sent out, but no one seemed to have any sense to help the struggling cashier. I ordered a ham and provolone sub, which once ordered came out relatively quick. But in the end, I realized I had picked the wrong dinner option. The sub was pretty bad, they seemed to really drench the bread with oil, I think? It was very overpowering, and made everything greasy. All of the toppings were slipping out of the sandwich and I could only eat about half of the sub. One because of the flavor, and two because I didn't want that much oil to destroy my stomach on a cross country flight. This definitely has left a bad impression in my mind for any other future visits to Jersey Mikes, and seeing all the other bad reviews on here for this location, I hope someone will take notice and make some changes.

Title: If it's not in the shape of a wedge, it's not a wedge salad. WTF…read more Charlotte airport. Middle of the day. The restaurant is less than half full--four-tops and booths sitting empty as far as the eye can see. Meanwhile, every single traveler is wedged (ironically) into these tiny little two-tops that are about one-third shorter than a normal table. The very people most likely to need space are the ones being denied it. That's the whole reason solo travelers walk into places like this: space, a real table, somewhere to eat and knock out a little work between flights. So I ask politely if I could have a larger table. I'm told they're "for larger parties." I ask if I could sit in a booth. Same answer, delivered in that polite-but-pointed, bless-your-heart Southern tone. Darl'n. It gets better. The other half of the restaurant is even emptier. I ask again. Same answer. Different server. Same script. A small parade of hospitality lemmings. On my way out, the hostess suddenly notices the obvious: empty tables everywhere. She "finds" me a four-top. Moments later, she does the same for another single diner. Then another. Apparently the rules loosen once customers start walking. So: lousy hospitality, a faint mist of condescension, a smashed "wedge" salad that had clearly never met a wedge, and a $22 "therapeutic" cocktail to dull the experience.
