    Moist Charred Chicken

If you're looking for a delicious affordable chicken dinner, reach out to Poulette. I've been getting pickup and delivery orders from them for years now, and have never been disappointed. It's a modest storefront without much seating, so best for grab and go. According to Poulette their chickens are free range. Not sure about that (I would need proof:), but their poultry is certainly tender with well crisped skin. The set chicken meals come with two sides (or four if ordering a whole chicken). I would recommend the rotisserie chicken over fried preparation (which I found to be dry and bland). Personal side faves are their mac and cheese (sooo good!), ratatouille veggies and ceasar salad. Dipping sauces are free, I usually get BBQ and/or dijon mustard. They'll cut half or whole chicken orders into quarters, eighths etc. for convenient dining as well. I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

My 1/2 dark meat rotisserie chicken

I love a well cooked chicken. I especially love rotisserie and I've been eyeing Poulette during my per diem rounds in the area. Today was the day I would feast! I was not disappointed. I ordered their decently priced lunch special, consisting of a 1/2 chicken, one side and choice of sauce. I opted for mac & cheese, and it was very good. I requested all dark meat and they obliged. The side dishes intrigued me so I ordered an extra 3 sides for $12. Everything was very good and very French. It's simple and done well. Getting three sides and the 1/2 lunch option actually comes out as a better deal than their 1/2 chicken with two sides meal, so keep that in mind. It's only a dollar more. The food came hot and ready to eat, and they don't skimp with the portions. Their chickens are not pumped full of hormones so they're normal sized, meaning you might want to get a 1/2 chicken for one person and not a quarter, because they're small chickens. I tried their sautéed brussel sprouts, which were really nice. Their string beans and mushrooms were ok but definitely needed a final sprinkle of salt. The corn with parmesan side is really good, and definitely add that squeeze of lemon juice. Even their sauces are good. I got the chipotle mayo included and it is probably one of the best chipotle mayo I've ever had. I also got an extra herb mayo and that was really good as well. You can tell they really incorporate herbs into the mayonnaise, by the look and taste. I will definitely be ordering again on my next rotation downtown.

Food/Drink: Actually so good!! Makes me miss El pollo Loco on the west coast. Chicken was moist and well seasoned - Loved the sides including ratatouille and quinoa salad Service: catered so unsure about service Atmosphere: catered Other: perfect for business or general catering!!

I was just walking by & saw a bunch of people eating at Poulette. The food looked pretty good so I decided to try the rotisserie chicken, a side of potatoes & 2 sauces. Everything was delicious, especially the herbed Mayo sauce. The only thing - I wish the portions were a little larger. I didn't really want to dine in - even though there was seating available. There seemed to be a constant stream of people coming & going for delivery/takeout orders. So I took mine to go & enjoyed it at home.

Delicious lunch special! I ordered online - it was ready fast. Pickup was easy and the staff was very friendly. I had the quarter chicken lunch special, which comes with two sides (for me, Caesar salad and Mac and cheese). Chicken skin was perfectly crisp, white meat was incredibly tender and came right off the bone. Max and cheese had good flavor, and was creamy without being overwhelming (almost a mac salad texture). Caesar dressing struck a great balance -not too thick not too thin, though I could have dealt with less Parmesan.

Fairly new French Roasted Chicken spot, I found this on my Meal Pal lunch plan and was very excited to try. First, I love French food, second, who doesn't like roasted chicken?! I'll give it 3.5 stars but with an opportunity to star up. The space is cozy, simply decorated and feels like a good to-go spot or for a brief sit down dining. It's menu is limited - roasted chicken, you choose the portion size and some sides. The flavors are on point, nice char and seasoning. However my 1/4 chicken was a bit on the dry side. The sign says made to order but I think mine was a bit in the oven too long or it was not brined enough when marinating. Still, the place has promise. I'd like to try it again just to see if I had bad luck the first visit, as I said, the flavors were good. I didn't try anything else besides the side of vegetables and rice. Note: the rice contains more chicken! It's slivers of chicken in each spoonful. That was also a pleasant surprise.

Nothing but kind workers here -- and very fast! Excellent service. I ordered the chicken and kale Caesar salad with roasted cauliflower on the side. Delicious rotisserie and the best cauliflower I've ever had. Will definitely be coming back!!

Came here on a cold January Wednesday. The space inside is super cozy and warmed me right up! When I came, the place was empty and there was just 3 folks working. But I loved how clean the space was and the fact you could see the rotisserie chicken was awesome. The Poulette Sandwich was good! I enjoyed the herb Mayo and chicken combo but the sandwich was a bit dry and under sauced. The baguette was also SUPER hard... wish it was warmed a bit. Would have made all the difference. Also got a Caesar salad on the side, which was standard and nothing special. The great service and ambiance / coziness of the place pushed the rating to 4 stars for me. Overall, recommend this place if you're looking to get away from the cold and for a quick bite to eat

So when we were back in town, we decided to stop in--fully expecting to have just one drink and move on. That plan did not happen. We ended up staying a couple of hours, ordering food, and having many drinks. Bin 71 is mostly a wine bar, with a few beers mixed in, and it definitely feels like a locals spot. The bartenders knew a lot of the people coming in, which added to the friendly, laid-back vibe. It's very small, so it can get cramped, but in a cozy, everyone's-in-it-together kind of way. Food-wise, we were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the grilled cheese and my husband got the fish soup (cod, I think?). Both were delicious, but that grilled cheese was spectacular--honestly way better than expected from a wine bar. I'm not much of a wine drinker, so I won't pretend to give a detailed wine review, but everything we had was enjoyable. What really stood out was the atmosphere. We ended up chatting with other people at the bar, and the whole experience was just genuinely fun. If you're looking for good wine, surprisingly great food, and a friendly local vibe, this place is worth checking out. Maybe don't go wildly out of your way for it--but if you're in the area, absolutely stop in.

It's pretty cool that this Turntable location is fully decorated with records, record players, posters, etc. and of course, with jazz playing in the background. We ordered the Medium Drums & Wings Combo which took about 30 minutes to prepare. In the meantime, we enjoyed the Kimchi Fried Rice w Chicken which was pretty solid. It was cooked well, good balance of savory & spicy flavors from the kimchi and the sunnyside egg added more umami and creaminess. I still felt it was a bit dry and could've used like spicy mayo but that's just me. The Medium Drums & Wings Combo was perfect for sharing among 2 people. Both flavors were delicious but the hot spicy just had more depth than the soy garlic. The pieces are large and the crunch is insanely addictive. And no better way to wash it all down than with a Sapparo on draft! Great try!

The cooking method literally takes time to fry it at least twice! As strange as it was to see them do this at every table, apparently it was because some uncultured dum-dums got their KFCs confused. I mean damn, imagine having to work in a place where you have to overexplain the obvious to each customer! "Welcome to Moonbucks! By the way ma'am, our hot beverages comes out very hot. Yes ma'am, that includes the pumpkin spiced latte. Yes ma'am, it is flavored with cinnamon." Derp. The decor around here was pretty cool, all hip and shit.
