Pour Behavior is my go-to spot for almost every occasion!! I get their $30 filet and lobster every single Wednesday. It's so good. Their food and drinks are delicious and they have really good deals. Right before the coronavirus hit, I checked out Pour Behavior on a Saturday night with a friend. Pour Behavior is located right where midtown and downtown meet. The surrounding area is a little sketch but Pour Behavior is an awesome-looking bar and there's a gate that surrounds the property. I Ubered there but they have a parking lot. I'm not sure if it's valet-only or whether they have self-parking too. Pour Behavior has everything you could want in a bar/lounge. There's a nice patio area along with some IG-worthy photo opps for the ladies who are about that life. Inside is huge too. There's some table-top seating close to a long bar with a bunch of TVs above the bar. That transitions to a large dance floor and VIP seating for bottle service. I chatted with the bartender and he said they have plans to expand the back area to create another patio section for live music. Not sure if they're going to do this post-corona but I hope they do. While I didn't try any, they also have food. Since we were there for quite a while, we saw Pour Behavior go from a sports bar to a lounge/club with a DJ later on in the night. I enjoyed my experience so much that I'm thinking about hosting my birthday party there next year. read more

Bartenders were phenomenal, especially "Houston".....Houston and all the other bartenders were very responsive and attentive......food was solid and the customer service was beyond phenomenal. "Poor Behavior" is right! This bar has a 20% gratuity automatically to your bill, then asks you to add a tip at the bottom. Unfortunately, we missed this overcharge. Bartender made a very disrespectful comment about my age when we were talking and joking around stating "doing drugs in the eighties will do that to you". We will never be back to this bar again. A big loud Boo for Pour Behavior! I wanted to like this place so bad but alas I can't give more than 2 stars. The two stars are for the music and ambiance. Also, the French fries, Brussel sprouts and chicken wings were fine and a good temperature. Actually, the French fries and Brussel sprouts were really good. I didn't have any chicken wings but my sister and date said they were good. Now on to the bad part: my date got two old fashioned that be liked but they were in tiny cups, or at least smaller than your regular old fashioned glass. My sister and I got the Pour Star drink which was supposed to have passionfruit in it and a tiny bottle of Prosecco but they both tasted like water and my sister's was much much lighter than mine They should be ashamed of themselves! What was even in the Prosecco bottle. I get tipsy off a few sips and this didn't do the trick. I definitely didn't need the Uber we used, lol. I had to ask for more passionfruit syrup and even with that it tasted gross. My sister switched out for a lemon drop martini and it was tasteless and uninspired. Pour Behavior............poor drinks. Also staff looked bored and uninterested. They had a $30 lobster and steak special which consisted of basically a children's menu portions. My sister and I were giggling when they came out. The server Avery was phenomenal. She was very patient and friendly which can be hard to do some times. We noticed her extra efforts. I loved the music and the vibes. The whole staff was very friendly from hostess to management. Which made $20 parking seem less expensive. We ordered the breakfast board and shared it. Great value and delicious. Nice place...Did someone say Pouuuuuuur Behavior??? Yep, dont mind if I do... This place is super cute!!! We ordered the brussel sprouts, which were yummy! It had a sauce that had a hint of sweetness to it and it was cooked to perfection... not too soggy. Additionally, it was topped with grated cheese, which gave it a bit of tang! Yummmm!!! We also ordered a pizza and it was great. It was a nice size and shareable. It also tasted great, which is awesome. Some places are great at drinks or food, but not both. So far we are two for two. Decor/Inside: Be ware objects in this establishment are larger than they appear. There are several larger than life sized televisions that are perfect for watching sports games. There is also a private room you can rent out for a function, birthday, etc. There are sections that can be rented as well, of course with a minimum. The decor in Pour Behavior reminds me of Chapman and Kirby. Super swanky and cute!!! Parking: Valet only (or Uber/Lyft) is highly recommended. There is street parking available; however, this bar is located very close to areas that look a bit unsafe. So Valet or Uber/Lyft would be my recommendation. Super Night Life: The tables have wheels on them and we were told that after hours they move them out of the way so the partying can begin!!!! There are two very large bars... One on the center and the other in the back. There seemed to be quite a few Bartenders on duty and our drinks didnt take long to come out. Pour Behavior, great drinks and service!!! My most recent visit was for a birthday brunch! I've been wanting to see what the hype was about around the mimosa tower and experience their brunch. Customer service okay. Mimosa tower - worth trying to say you've tried it but I don't think it's worth the price. Brunch wise- I had the chorizo tacos & the pancakes. They were pretty good but not the best I've had. There was one bartender behind the bar who could not be bothered to do her job or leave her conversation. She literally looked at us walk in and sat down and continued her conversation. Love the inside & outside! The patio is perfect on a sunny day (when we came). Parking is valet only, but depending on the time you come there's quite a bit of street parking available. When we first arrived it was happy hour and we had our taste buds ready for some certain items listed on the Yelp pics (like wings & truffle fries). However, our waitress said some of items weren't for HH. :/ A bit of a bummer. So we opted for one of their pizzas advertised as a HH option - again we were told that "particular" pizza wasn't on the HH menu (come on guys do better with your signs). Double bummer. Considering our disappointments (TWICE), the waitress comped the truffle fries - thus the 4 stars. Overall, once we got our food everything was delightful and fresh. Couldn't have had a better pizza, and the truffle fries were to die for! WILL be coming back with better expectations. ;) read more

The service was great, but it was a little empty. They were playing a game that has screens all over the place where you could see the game from each corner of the restaurant the food came quick. The restroom was clean and open the menu didn't have many options, but it had a few for seafood lovers and burger eaters the drink menu was in a separate little booklet. They had a pretty nice selection of drinks. It's just that they didn't have the selection of frozen daiquiris like they did last time I came. When the food arrived, I tasted the burger was pretty good. It was cooked all the way but the oysters had a little bit too much cheese on it. I'm not a cheese person and it was a little bit too creamy. It didn't taste like it had any salt or pepper on it but I give the oysters three out of five. read more

Once again, Pour Behavior did not disappoint on a Sundae Fundae. With 2 ginormous TV screens, we were able to watch the early Astros game while enjoying their amazing food menu and mimosa towers! Went here on a Friday night around 9pm. We paid for valet parking, fairly easy entrance. Were seated at a booth. We did ask to get moved to one of their high tables. Will say the booth seating on the little couches felt a bit awkward for a date. Overall the place ill give 5 stars. Ambience was great and had a lounge type of feel. Loud music but not to the point where you cant hear the people youre with, they have a VIP area, someone was there having a celebration of some sort and the staff brought out the sparklers & bottle they ordered. Food & drinks were great! We had the Texas Size Nachos (ask for Chicken and Steak) they are HUGE!! They bring this out on a large cutting board but we were hungry and killed it. Also ordered pasta with the shrimp& added chicken. Delicious and creamy had to take this home but it was a perfect portion not huge and not small either.
