I posted looking for a company to install a washer and dryer on Friday afternoon. Got a response from this company hours later. The person, Nick gave me a quote and times available on Saturday 1/2, I chose 10-12am, he told me to call the office in the morning to confirm. Website says they open at 9am, called over and over and over, I one answered and voice mail full. The recording have a 2nd number, I called and left a message. No one called me back. Nick left message through Yelp to call a mobile number after I left a message complaining no one answered, to call the "mobile" number, same number I called earlier and left a message at 9am. A woman answered, I explained the situation, she said office is closed and to text my number and address and they could set me up for Monday. This company is so far below satisfactory it's not funny. Below is the pic of the appointment I made that Nick knew about but no one called. Woman said Yelp! Appointments won't show up u til Monday, that's BS as Help! Shows their office open today. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY, ITS OBVIOUS THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF BS. read more

We had a unique situation because we needed a crane to remove the old fridge and lift up the new fridge into our bouse. Minh and Jonas of Precision were very helpful in working with the crane operator, handling all of the installation work and the cleanup. They were thorough, efficient and friendly. Lani with scheduling also accommodating and Nick remains on top of things and remains available to make sure all goes well, to meet needs, and provide outside referrals (such as microwave trims). First of all. We had this company send three guys to install a microwave on Tuesday 1/13/2022. I was in my kitchen watching them work, one them ask me twice to step out of the kitchen ( a little rude ). My wife and I went outside to inspect an new oven it was damaged. One of the installers had me sign the completion form and they went on there way. These three guys were sloppy, they left foam pieces in the driveway went the house foam on the kitchen floor dust all over the stove dust kn the cabinet. They removed a cabinet door to make it easier to install microwave they put door back on and I opened it and the lower came out of cabinet where it screws in. These three guys I wouldn't send to ANYBODY,S house to install anything before they are retrained in manners and cleaning up. Fast forward to today 1/14 Friday the company sent out to other installers to fix the cabinet door. I have nothing but HIGH PRAISE for Allen and JOHN they were polite nice and they didn't kick me out of my kitchen. These two guys are the real deal. Thank you Precision thank you. read more

Prior to arrival Jimmy called me letting me know the time window he would be coming to deliver and gave me updates. Jimmy is professional, efficient and courteous. Jimmy made sure my microwave was properly reinforced in the cabinet. He checked the vent and made sure it was air tight. He also tested the microwave while his partner cleaned up the kitchen with a wet/dry vacuum prior to leaving. $350 to move my subzero refrigerator about 6 feet straight out from the cabinet. I guess I should have asked for the price first, but I never thought it would be THAT much! I had a plumbing leak in the cabinet over my refrigerator, so I needed someone to move it away from the wall about 6 feet. It took 2 men about 35 minutes to do this. I thought $350 was very expensive to do this small job. read more

The absoute worse appliance installers ever. They had to order the part FOUR times - each time sending a different repair guy who kept getting it wrong. They kept wanting to charge me for each visit and I kept saying, "No, you guys have gotten it wrong each time." The first part was ordered in November of 2021 and it wasn't until March of 2022 that I finally got the part and it was FINALLY installed. Unreliable, uninformed and incompetent. read more

I had ordered a dishwasher and garbage disposal to be delivered together. The first delivery was missing the disposal. They called the warehouse and were able to get Tech to deliver it the same day. Tech called me three times that afternoon to update his arrival time. He arrived at the end of his delivery schedule and after picking up the disposal in L a. He arrived with a great attitude and I could tell he was all about customer satisfaction. Next time I buy an appliance I am going to ask him to deliver it. Overall great company with well trained employees that really know what they are doing and a prompt receptionist who makes appointments and keeps you in the loop with follow ups. We were EXTRA SURPRISED at Tuan & his coworker who came to our house, installed our Thermador dawndraft following all the manufacturer's directions, and brought our attention to errors made by ABC Installation when they installed our cooktop all wrong! We had Tuan at Precision to return who sealed and corrected all the mistakes. We also had Precision to install our wall oven. This is a company you can trust to do the job right. We used Precision to replace an old existing 24" double electric oven with a new one. Home Depot doesn't offer installation because even though the new oven was supposed to be the same size (and same manufacturer) it still might not fit the space. That turned out to be true as Precision as had to cut wood framing for a slightly taller oven. The price was also slightly higher than the estimated quote via messaging, but Vince and Andrew were on-time, professional, and kept the area extremely clean, even with cutting the wood. Our double ovens failed 7 minutes into roasting the Thanksgiving bird this year. While the timing was bad it also had a good side. Black Fridays sales. We purchased new double ovens at Best Buy/Pacific Sales. The store set up the delivery and installation with Precision Appliance Installation. They arrived when they said they would and first thing they did was put down something to protect my floors. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Luan took great care to get all the fingerprints off the stainless steel and gave some tips on how to keep it clean. An is obviously a very hard worker and just followed Luan's lead. Crew of 3 came in and installed my dishwasher in 40 minutes. Extremely efficient, clean, and courteous. They vacuumed area first, did measurements and explained that my cabinets and counter top were not exactly level (1/8in differential). They installed the dishwasher to best minimize the un-level area. They adjusted twice to make sure I was happy. During the install, they noticed a semi-clogged drainage line into my garbage disposal and cleared it out for me. Also, after the install they hauled out the trash and wiped the dishwasher down with stainless steel polish. Price was very competitive ($100 all in) and they take credit card without any surcharge. He was even going to provide the power cord without any additional charge (some places charge $10-$15), but I had a new one available. I wasn't planning on replacing my vent hood, but have now decided to since I have a trusted installer now. read more

Called this company to install an older Thermador Oven bought used from a friend. they quoted me a very reasonable price to pick up the oven from the friends home, bring it over, install it and take away the old one.
