We recently contacted Premo Electric to install 3 ceiling fans in our new condo. Richard at the main office lined us up with Niall ("Nile") and his able assistant Peter for the work. With Richard's scheduling assistance, Nile and Peter arrived right on time and went to work. We had indicated there should be significant attic space for the installation, but we hadn't personally inpected things. Turns out there really wasn't such space to speak of. Given that fact we did incur a small, reasonable upcharge for additional work on 2 of the fans, and the guys went to work plotting the more challenging installations. Past experience had led to significant wall cuts and rather crude rough patchwork requiring repair to finish the walls. Within 4 hours the team was finishing up all three installations with only 3 small cuts - each no larger than the palm of a hand - and each professionally patched requiring minimal final finishing by our paint contractor! We have already had them back to install power above our fireplace for a TV mounting. This time there was NOT ONE cut in the wall! These are truly electrician magicians, and will be on call for any future electrical work we need. We needed to get a wall charger installed. The first company stated we needed to add a sub-panel as our panel was sort of full. The price for that was crazy, and didn't even cover the cost of the charger installation. Called a few people, left messages, sent emails, etc. I got a response from about 25%, with one company saying (via a person who called me) it would be about 1-2 days before a rep would reach out to discuss it further (I mean, it's a wall charger!). Premo (George) called me back right away, sent an email questionnaire (just a few questions), which I completed that evening. He called back the following morning and we got the job scheduled the next day for 1/3 or what I had been quoted before. No sub-panel required - just a few breakers to rearrange. Niall came out and did the installation of the charger - showed up on time (texted beforehand he was on the way), in and out in 1.5 hours at the agreed upon price. Super clean and professional. Overpriced. I had 30 amp breaker installed requiring 13-15 feet of wire ran inside garage with plug for dryer. Took 30-45 minutes, one 240 outlet, 12-15 feet wire, and 30 amp breaker maybe $100.00 in parts, I was charged $695.00 dollars. Labor required drilling one hole and a dozen or so staples. Also needed remote to ceiling fan installed (connected 3 wires) 20 minutes later $150.00. Did not sweep up after work completed. Never call again. The owner called and left a message. I called him and he rectified the situation immediately. The owner took full responsibility and had no problem refunding $400.00. Sounds like a honest man having to rely on workers. read more

Had to have these guys come out multiple times for the same issue that was not resolved. During the process the tech Christian said what I was asking for was "stupid", his exact words. Unfortunately the issue was still not resolved after we paid them for a second time. I just had a new electrician from a different company out to my property and he was able to resolve my issue in 30 minutes. It was an issue with the connector that for some reason this company could not detect despite coming out multiple times. For that reason coupled with poor customer service and the conflicting information that was provided I would not recommend this company. read more

They gave me an appointment right away just a few days out from the day I contacted them. Niall did my installation. I was doing research on looking for a Tesla charger install, after talking with Frank, he said why spend $550 on a Tesla wall charger when you can spend less for a NEMA 14-50 charger. After sending pics, he was able to show me a plan to get this installed the next day. Fast forward about 18 hours later my man Carlos shows up around the time I was told and knocked out installing the NEMA 14-50 in less than a hour.
