This is a late review from last December. But it's all good! Service was excellent and the premises were pristine. I always enjoy the food I order at Pressed. I will however say that the Peppermint Sundae (only available during the holidays) may not be satisfying to most. It's super healthy, don't get me wrong, and it has all the accoutrements like sprinkles of candy cane and tiny marshmallows but the chocolate isn't as creamy as you would expect. Of course! It's made of healthy stuff. But just a gentle warning to those who expect it to taste like a sundae - it won't. It's still a treat though! I love Pressed's other products like their juices. I've been a huge fan of Pressed Juicery since college! This location is right next to The Cheesecake Factory. You can park at the parking lot and walk by or enter through the mall by walking through the food court. I stopped by today since I wanted to redeem my email promo to get a sparkling refresher for $3. I also couldn't resist trying one of their acai bowls. To redeem the $3 promo you have to log into your pressed account and let the staff scan your qr code on your account page. I don't usually go for bubbly beverages but I absolutely loved this. Not only is it an aesthetic drink, but it's also guilt free and perfect for the summer. The bottom layer was juice and the top was sparkling water. The Gut Feeling has strawberry, orange, mango and probiotics, a scoop of fresh strawberries on top and it has agave. The acai bowl was alright. I loved the presentation and how its packed with a variety of fresh fruit. The granola had a coconut taste. I felt that the acai base was a tad watery for my liking. Service was good. It felt like it was only one person preparing and taking orders. While I entered, there was one person waiting to order and it seemed busy so I wasn't greeted. One thing that can improve is asking if the customer would like utensils and/or napkins. It was too hard, I wish the goji berries weren't dried, and the chocolate chip cookie crumble tasted a little stale. The service was quick, although I did come in the evening so there was no line to order. The staff was also really nice and patience. This store is a small shop at the mall, so there's no indoor seating but there's plenty of seating throughout the mall, especially with the fact that this store is located just right outside of the foodcourt. I really like their non-dairy ice cream (freeze). They have multiple flavors: my favorites are chocolate and açaí. This location is located across from the Cheesecake Factory at The Shops at Santa Anita. The non-diary ice cream tastes refreshing, healthy and delicious. You get to choose 3 toppings for the small size. If you join the VIP membership which is $10 per month, you get VIP discounts on juices/ice cream. The VIP discounts vary every month. The $10 you pay is the money you can use towards purchases. You can stop the VIP membership anytime. This has been my new go to place when I want a healthy sweet treat at the mall before all the hard work, I meant shopping begins! The interior is clean and modern. There are counters that face out the window to the outside and bar stools. I have been here twice. The first time I was there service was excellent. Today the service wasn't as good. They ran out the chocolate syrup so the chocolate flavored freeze was not available. The guy seemed a bit annoyed to have to explain that to me. The chocolate flavor was watery and wasn't frozen as well as our other flavor. We went when they ran out of vanilla so we were little disappointed. Pressed is my all time favorite juice place because the quality is always consistent. Even when certain fruits are not in season, the drinks for the most part will be consistently good. A lot of mom and pop juice places make great juices and are fresh (just like Pressed) but sometimes their produce isn't fresh or ripe or taste that good but with Pressed you know what you're getting and its almost always going to taste the same. The service at this location is great too. Every time I go in the staff are super friendly and will always inform me of their specials. I usually go in athleisure wear and I appreciate that they don't judge even though it feels like a high-end juice place. If you download the app it's super convenient to go in an pick up drinks from their fridge. There were a few times that I ordered for pick up and my drinks were wrong but honestly you can't go wrong even if you get the wrong drink. Their VIP program is pretty cool too - you essentially allow automatic monthly deposits into your VIP account and get specials for being a member. The money in your account never expire either and you can select whatever nomination you are comfortable with. Citrus 2 (apple, pineapple, lemon) is me and my girlfriend's favorite drink. The Roots 2 (butternut squash, carrot juice) is another good drink that I've recently discovered. You can't go wrong with any of their lemonades either! My favorite shot is the vitality shot as it is not as spicy as the wellness shot, but it is still a good pick-me-up for all times of the day. I recommend it if you are looking for something healthy and filling. The customer service was great and the place is clean.
