I was surprised to see that the place hasn't changed at all. Everything still made in house. Prices like everything are up. My co-worker and I had split 24 minis, we were surprised to pay $42 for each but bit the bullet and paid up. Now that I look at the menu, we got ripped off LOL. It's cheaper to buy 1 dozen for $72 and you cut it yourself. You save $12 ‍..note to self and everyone else.. The cannolis were heavenly and much enjoyed by my family. It was a once in a while treat, not something I'd do weekly. We had tiramisu, chocolate, and original. It's a toss up for me between tiramisu or original. Everyone loves the cannoli shell. I had a tiramisu shake as well and it was delicious. I just wish they had a bigger straw. The whole experience felt cold and impersonal. What made it even more frustrating was that after we carefully selected our toppings on the kiosk, the employee still asked us what toppings we wanted. If we're expected to do all the ordering ourselves, the staff should at least be looking at the order we just entered. There are often long lines, and I suspect part of the reason is that many first-time customers aren't sure how the ordering process works. Since the employees are busy filling orders, there's really no one available to answer questions or guide people through it. As for the ice cream, it was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't memorable, and we've had much better elsewhere. Overall, the impersonal ordering process, lack of customer interaction, and average ice cream mean we won't be returning.
