I will begin with my first point of contact, who was Ashley. She was very kind, very helpful and always eager to help when needed. Moving can be a very very stressful ordeal and it's difficult to find a company that you want to commit to being in charge of all your belongings. I definitely did my research and came to the conclusion that Presto logistics is the company I wanted to work with. They had many more good reviews than negative and that was the reason for my choice. I spoke with Daniel who went over how the company works, what to expect and set me up with Henry who was to give me an estimate on my move. Henry was kind enough to come to my home location as well as my storage unit that was approximately 13 miles away to give me an estimate on the cost for the move. When it came time for the movers to come pick up my belongings, everything went very smoothly, the men were very professional and very quiet which was great because it was at 6 o'clock in the morning and we had a houseful of people that were sleeping. I had forgotten to include a piece of furniture and was upset at the fact that it wouldn't be taken since the truck and man power was already gone. I spoke to Henry about it and he was so kind... He was willing to personally drive to my home to pick up that piece of furniture to take it back to the moving truck and include it in the move. Although I opted out of that idea, simply because it wasn't THAT important, I was grateful to Henry for even offering such a thing. Unfortunately the entire process was not completely smooth sailing. Although there is no guarantee of the delivery date of my belongings, based on the company that Henry chose to move my things, he was anticipating delivery of Dec 18th as being the latest delivery date. (Most likely) My things were picked up from my home on Dec 6th and only going from California to Oregon. I contacted Presto Logistics on several occasions trying to find out when my things would be arriving and each time I tried to get this information Ashley had difficulty getting a hold of dispatch and/or the driver of my things. The biggest problem with this transaction was that my belongings did not reach my home until Christmas morning. This was very inconvenient as it was a very important holiday and I was to spend it with family. My things arrived safely and undamaged (to the best of my knowledge) at this point as I have not unboxed all my items, but so far so good! I had spoke with Henry on the phone about this horrible inconvenience of a Christmas delivery... And Henry was really concerned, apologetic and very kind. This part of the delivery is really out of their hands as it was not Henry or Presto Logistics that was not communicating with me it was dispatch and the driver of the truck. Bottom line is... Other than the date of delivery... Henry, Daniel, Ashley and all of the movers who physically handled my items were very professional and very kind. Due to the delivery inconvenience, Henry went above and beyond what he needed to do and he surprised me with a gift, thanking me for my business. I am grateful that I was led to a company who not only did everything they said they were going to do for me but more. I'm just a person who was wanting an honest company that I could trust with my belongings, that would actually stay in contact with me and would do what they promised to do. Hello all. I want to write a letter to talk about how happy we were with the choice to go with Presto Logistics for our move. I just signed up for Yelp so that I may talk about this experience. So had to move across the country and started to look for movers. Had some major concerns. 1st, every moving company I looked into didn't have great reviews. 2nd, I was very concerned about being told one thing for price and then charged another later. 3rd, moved with 2 kids, so wanted our stuff fast. Couldn't wait weeks. 4th, didn't realize how expensive moving was. So I went looking into 5 companies and ended up picking Presto. Let me explained how it happened. (And I swear this entire story is true.) I called Presto and Henry shows up to our house for an in home estimate. This was very important to me because I had others asking me to face time, send them a list, etc... and I knew that this was leaving the door wide open for a company to charge more money later down the line. Henry came in and my wife and I liked him immediately. We looked through everything in the house and I said to quote me on a price that he would stick to, to pack and ship everything inside. So Henry gives me an estimate. Immediately, I'm floored at the price because I didn't know how much it really cost to move. (I had always done it myself.) So I looked a several others and there were 3 very close estimates I chose between so I realized that they had great pricing for this business. Now I start reading reviews, and though I've never written reviews on yelp, I've looked before. So I read a lot of bad reviews on this company (which is why I wanted to clear that up here.) I called Henry and leveled with him. I said I can't wait 14 days for my stuff to be delivered, I'm not willing to pay a dollar more then quoted, and I had a very expensive Smith Machine (home gym) which needed to go as well and this was going to be difficult. So mainly because of Henry and the fact he was one of 3 to come into my home for an estimate I called him and said I'm really concerned about the time to deliver, some of the reviews, etc...Well Henry said he and the staff would stick to everything they promised and convinced me to go in his direction. And I'm so glad I did. Bottom line, these guys came in, about 6 of them. (Eric, Cruz, Pablo, Ismael, Ricardo, Bill, and Deon were the crew going out and Bill, Rich, and Deon on the way back in. Hopefully I didn't leave anyone out.) Somehow they packed the whole house in about 7 hours. I actually couldn't believe it. Delivered all of our stuff (Including my Smith Machine) across the country and had in back into our new place in 4-5 days. They communicated the entire time, were easy to get a hold of, were professional, understanding, packed well, and honestly we just couldn't have been happier. They got everything here but 2 objects which they brought pack by hand 2 days later. It was exactly as Henry promised and the crew was great. This experience ended up being better than I ever thought it could be. So much so that I'm writing a review and told Henry that if anyone wants to talk to someone who was very concerned moving out with two kids and many dead lines, to contact me directly for a recommendation if needed. This was simply a matter of one man promising the other he would take care of him and sticking true to his word. Well done all of you at Presto. We will be using you all again the next time! I was offered a great opportunity that required me to move from LA to Dallas within a month's time frame. Needless to say, my month was full of stress! However, I am so glad I found Presto Logistics. What most people moving cross country will notice is that while searching for a moving service company, you go through the VERY annoying process of multiple (I mean dozens) of companies calling/emailing/sending texts to compete for your business. I was contacted by Presto Logistics with an inventory sheet to fill out online, and then the opportunity to have an in-home estimate by Henry. The lovely Henry arrived and was thorough, yet prompt in describing what the charges would be to transport all of the belongings I pointed out in my home. I had a ton of questions, and he answered every single one. He explains ANY possible charge for every scenario. If you are ever charged more than agreed in the beginning-it's probably because you didn't communicate your special circumstances at the pick up or delivery location. Be clear and For one reason or another, another company had visited my home and given an estimate as well, and finally I put a deposit down on my move. Henry followed up a few days after my estimate, heard of my choice and convinced me to get my deposit back from the original company I hired, and switch over to Presto. His honesty and dedication to proving Presto deserves my business were what made me change my mind. After all, the other company started delaying in answering my questions after getting my deposit, and the whole situation started to feel very sketchy. Henry even adjusted his pricing slightly lower to match the shadesters-BONUS! The moving crew arrived promptly on the agreed pick-up date and carefully crated a variety of large items (mirrored furniture included) while I stood by watching my apartment clear. Ismael and his boys were so quick and a pleasure to work with. I payed half of my move, and would pay the remaining balance upon arrival in Texas. During my first week here in Dallas, I got an email saying my move was on the way. I even got a phone call saying it would arrive on the first available date-JOY! Here I was thinking I would have to wait a least one more week for my things, and they arrived sooner than expected! The moving crew arrived to drop off my belongings. This time it was Jose and another crew member- equally as awesome as the pick up crew! In the end, I got exactly what I was looking for- safe transition of my belongings cross-country and most importantly, PIECE OF MIND. I just finished opening the last box, and NOT ONE item broken. I'll start my review by saying I was very skeptical. After reading a slew of negative reviews, I actually went so far as to cancel my moving reservation with Presto. However, I ended up going through with the move through Presto and it was a positive experience for me. I moved from California to Texas. I've never done a cross-country move like that before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I made the mistake of filling out an online form with my moving date and information to find mover options. I ended up getting constant calls, texts, and emails from 20+ moving companies. The whole process just felt like one big scam and like I was being taken advantage of. Everyone I talked to tried to convince me that all the other companies were frauds for one reason or another and I didn't know what to believe. Ultimately, Presto is the company that made me feel the most at ease, though I still had my reservations. Henry Vogel was my primary contact throughout the entire process. He texted me and scheduled a time to examine my inventory in person. This is definitely an important step! Be very clear on every item you plan to have moved. If you plan on adding some additional boxes, be clear with how many and what size boxes. Henry was extremely nice and reassuring. I never felt like he was pressuring me or coercing me. I ended up adding a few extra items, and Henry was always very prompt with providing me an updated quote. We had a misunderstanding at one point on the size of the boxes I would be adding, but Henry was able to work with me. I also enjoyed being able to communicate with Henry via text, as I don't work a job where I can be taking calls all day. Most other moving companies wanted to talk to me on the phone during business hours. The day before the move, I got a call with the window of time the movers would be arriving. I was also told that the movers would give me a call when they were about 30 minutes away from arriving. On the day of the move, I received a courtesy call (as I was told) and the movers arrived promptly. The team of movers did a great job wrapping up all of my furniture and loading it into the truck. It was very quick and painless. My items took about two weeks to arrive. This time, the people unloading my belongings were local movers from Texas. So, they did not seem as professional as the ones who loaded all of my belongings, but they still got the job done. They unwrapped all of the furniture and placed it where it needed to go. One caveat: I have not had a chance to unload all of my boxes, so I can't speak for the quality of all of my belongings. But as far as my larger furniture items go, everything was in great condition. read more

Where to start......They put on a great front and appeared as a very trustworthy and reputable company. However, I learned the hard way that this was indeed an act. On moving day the crew that showed up was very impolite. In fact, they were down right angry. The office did not inform the crew that they were going to be packing a house. So the crew did not want to pack and started angrily destroying my household goods. Not only were they shoving items into boxes, breaking things before they left the house. But yet demanded that I provide cold bottled water. Yes, I should have had some available but wouldn't you expect a crew that does physical work to bring some water with them? Anyway, after the terrible experience during packing came the most frustrating part of the move....Dealing with the main office and dispatch. You send them a moving date and address several times. After a week or two of debating the address which was easily legible in an email, radio silence begins. After 3-4 weeks you get a phone call saying your items will arrive on a specific date with absolutely no negotiation. Be warned, once in radio silence, do not travel or make plans. You will get 24-48 hours notice that your household goods will arrive. After several hundred extra dollars, an emergency plane ticket to travel back to my house, my household good finally arrived. Now to start the saga of move in day, get ready, this gets good. After several unreturned calls to the corporate office and the driver I was charged over $1000 dollars because my emergency flight (which was an additional $700) would not arrive until the day after the driver arrived. I informed the "office" several times, during radio silence, that I had to travel for work but they didn't seem to care. Once they have your money and your things, you are at their mercy. The driver hired some very out of shape and lazy guys from Craigslist. Yes I said Craigslist.... Not presto movers but random dudes from the area. They broke several pieces of furniture, damaged many walls of my new house and refused to move some furniture to the second floor because it was "heavy". It wasn't heavy, they were lazy. Now that we are unpacking, we are finding several items broken due to angry packing errors. I have moved 4 times in the last 10 years and paid movers every time. This situation is a first. So all in all, if you have made it this far, do yourself a favor and select another moving company and put yourself at ease. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION POSSIBLE!! I can't express enough how happy I am with Presto Logistics and my move. I moved long-distance from Los Angeles to Florida end of July 2020, not a small feat especially during the pandemic. As a first time long-distance mover, it was stressful trying to navigate scammers, companies that sell you on their service then hire 3rd party movers and flat out over-priced movers. First off, if you look up Presto Logistics on the Better Business Bureau, you'll see they have an A+ rating, meaning they are legit and have a great track record. That instantly made me feel safe. From the start, Eddie proactively helped me understand key moving logistics such as cubic feet, moves with mirrors etc - stuff I know nothing about as I work in tech. Presto is the only company I interviewed (out of about five) that offered up and provided an in-person estimate. Henry came by my apartment, took inventory then gave me a real quote based on my real stuff. And they stuck to the price. No hidden fees or last minute additional charges. Henry is easily accessible via cell phone and returns your messages quickly. I felt very protected and felt my stuff was very safe with Presto. So much so that we used them again to move my husbands belongings from New York to Florida. They arrived early on my move date and packed my stuff up quickly but securely. Very professional, courteous and helpful. They were in and out within 3 hours. My stuff then made the trek across country and showed within 2 days of my first delivery date. I got an email update when the truck left the facility on it's way to Florida. And the driver called me the day before arrival to let me know when he would be at my place. With a few text messages the day of letting me know his ETA. When the truck arrived, it was an 18 wheeler semi-truck with Presto Logistics painted on the side, meaning Presto doesn't outsource to 3rd parties. The driver and his assistant unloaded my stuff, put my furniture back together for me and were on their way within an hour or two. Only my trash can was damaged which I took a few pics of, sent to Henry and it was replaced asap. Super happy, can't sing the praises enough. The whole team led by Henry was phenomenal. We just got our stuff. We move from California to Virginia. I read all the reviews and was well aware of the positives and negatives. We arrived in Virginia in 3 days and our stuff came in 3 days later. Communication was always good. I had prepared and packed everything about 2 months beforehand and was always in communication with my rep Henry. I wanted to make sure he knew exactly how much I was bringing so there weren't any surprises. And he also gave me tips for packing certain things. Very Helpful. When the movers arrived for the pick up they were very polite, fast, and thorough when wrapping up our larger furniture in the moving blankets and tape. I was also relieved when they brought a smaller truck to my apartment complex for the pickup with no extra charge. I was so nervous about their big rig fitting in the narrow driveways. The day they of drop off was also very fast. All the movers and point of contact were very upbeat, polite, careful, and on time. I'm still unpacking and so far so good. I haven't unpacked the more fragile stuff but most of my picture frames are intact except for one that the corner cracked but I knew what I was in for. The only big issue so far with damages was my small white coffee table that had the second layer table surface broken off. I'm not upset about it at all. It was a cheap table from Ikea so I didn't bother and I can still use it. The other I was more concerned with was my dresser. It too was from Ikea, not really expensive but we really needed it. Something heavy must have been sat on top of it that made the wood bar at the bottom snapin half. The movers were able to fix it enough to were it's usable but we really needed it replaced. I reached back out to Henry and he was able to give me a good compromise for the dresser by sending me a $100 gift card to help go towards the majority of the cost of the dresser. I knew there was a chance the Ikea furniture wouldn't survive so well with the move but for only 2 to have some damage I'm okay with it. With this kind of moving company that ships your stuff with many other people's I knew the risk. But for this kind of moving company that does gang runs, it was really a pleasant surprise with how well the service was. I was so nervous but it's been nice! read more

Overall, we are very pleased with our move from California to Washington state by Presto Logistics and recommend them highly. As background, both my wife and I are former business owners, now retired, and have moved many times. Some with good experience, some bad. We researched several companies. Most were anxious to provide quotes, but to get an accurate one they required that we did all the work in defining the inventory to be shipped. That's not our expertise. Presto was unique, in that Henry V. came to our CA home, did a careful assessment, and outlined what options we had and related costs. Most moving contracts appear similar. Henry made the difference for us. He was knowledgeable, professional, responded to our texts promptly, and alerted us to what caused changes in final pricing. He promised he would be our contact throughout, and he kept his word. We needed to delay finalizing the contract until the home was sold and Henry remained in touch with us. We elected to pack many boxes ourselves, and have Presto pack the larger, more critical items. When we asked Henry to do a revised estimate, he did so without hesitation. On moving day, the Presto crew, headed by Cesar, were on time, professional, careful, and communicated with us effectively during the day. We were impressed with how they wrapped and handled our furniture. The option for 30-day storage was perfect for us, so we did not have to race the truck to WA. On delivery day, The Presto driver, Brian S., was exceptional. He expertly backed his long truck onto our dead-end street and actively led his crew during the delivery. At the end of that long day all the furniture Presto packed and wrapped was unwrapped and reassembled with care. When we had trouble locating an item for our Grandfather Clock, Brian promptly contacted Cesar and through the phone we narrowed down the search. In the end, there were no big cost or communication surprises. In moving we expect some damage or loss, but nothing serious for us this time with Presto. In our experience, attitude and customer care starts at the top, and the owners/managers set the standard for their staff. In Presto's case, all the people we dealt with were top notch. read more

The owner just accused me of a fake review on Google because I didn't include my job number in a public review. They told me to contact customer service, which I've already done which is also how I filed a claim for the recovery of the damaged property and how I know that it's $.60 a pound. Not the full value because they didn't offer me insurance. Here's my actual review with REAL accounts of my experience with presto. Can you rewrite this for a BBB claim? Presto Moving is the definition of a bait-and-switch operation. They sent an experienced representative to come out for an on-site quote, he saw everything that would be included in the move, and he gave me a price based on that full inventory. On moving day, I actually had LESS stuff than what they originally quoted for. Despite that, once my belongings were already loaded onto their truck, they suddenly told me the cost had DOUBLED. Not a little more, literally double and we're talking thousands of dollars more. At that point, I had no real choice--my entire life was in their possession. I was essentially held hostage and forced to pay the inflated price to get my belongings delivered. To make matters worse, they damaged multiple items, showed little care handling furniture, and took zero accountability afterward. No meaningful follow-up, no resolution, no responsibility. They never offered me insurance, the rep said they were insured insinuating they would cover any damage. Come to find out a claim only covers $.60 per pound. So the $4000 statue they DESTROYED is covered for $240. (They packed this one-of-a-kind statue using rolls of my paper towels... I'm not even kidding). The only attempt to make it right was they offered to take off the credit card processing fee... gee thanks $200 that makes it feel better when your quote ended up being $6000 more. If you value your belongings, your time, and your sanity--do not use Presto Moving. There are far better, more honest companies out there. Presto Logistics was on-time, on-budget, honest, and a pleasure to work with! Henry came to our apartment to create an in-person estimate and he was accurate and thorough. He answered all of our questions and was easily accessible throughout our moving process. Henry also gave us tips and advice regarding our move. He also referred us to a wonderful car transport company who made moving our car a piece of cake. On moving day, Presto arrived 2 hours early to our apartment and sent a crew of 7 workers, when they had only guaranteed a team of 4 movers. Everyone was efficient, professional, and respectful. Eddie and his team of packers went above and beyond making sure that our stuff was taken care of and packed properly. Bryan, the driver for our move, was easy to contact and was respectful and professional. He arrived on-time on delivery day, and made unpacking a breeze. He was excellent at troubleshooting when some parts got misplaced, and he made sure that we were comfortable with the layout of our furniture. The only snag that we had in our move was when some of our bookshelves were poorly packed when our load was consolidated at the Presto warehouse. As a result, they were in pieces when our stuff arrived on delivery day because a ton of boxes were shoved into the shelves. Bryan pointed this out to us and let Henry know immediately. They could have deflected their responsibility by blaming the cheap quality of the units in question, but they owned up to their mistake. Within 15 minutes of my conversation with Henry, the replacement value of our 2 bookshelves was refunded to our Zelle account. We were very impressed with the integrity and customer service of Presto Logistics, and would definitely use them again. They gave us the best price and handled every aspect of the move in-house. Their estimate was transparent, competitive, and their service was reliable and on-time, even though they moved us across the country. We had an absolutely horrendous experience with Presto Logistics Inc of Calabasas,  CA, during our in-state home move, and we cannot stress enough how much we would advise against using their services. Initially, they quoted us $7,500 for our move. After downsizing and updating our inventory, they lowered the estimate to $7,000. However, once they had all our possessions loaded onto their trucks, we were shocked to be forced to pay $12,000. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic is completely unacceptable, but appears to be their business model.  We called our company liason 3 times, but never received a return call, a request for review, or any follow-up whatsoever. Adding insult to injury, they only guaranteed the items they packed themselves. Upon arrival and unpacking, we discovered that approximately one-third of these items were either damaged or completely destroyed. The lack of care and professionalism in handling our belongings was evident, and it resulted in significant loss and frustration. Ironically, everything we packed ourselves arrived in perfect condition. Several boxes were delivered upside-down and placed in the wrong rooms, despite being clearly marked by us. Additionally, a large hand truck we owned simply vanished during the move. To top it off, they arrived to pack at 5:30 AM, despite telling us they would arrive between 6 and 8 AM. This inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day.  This was truly a heartbreaking situation so we want to spare others from such anguish. The combination of deceptive pricing practices, poor handling of our possessions, and the overall lack of accountability makes Presto Logistics a nightmare company we would never recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOVER! THAY ARE A SCAM OPERATION. THE GOOD REVIEWS NEED TO BE SCRUTINIZED, AS MOST LIKELY WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY PRESTO, CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER. YOU CAN FILE A CREDIT CARD REVERSAL FOR ANY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS MADE. This complaint I am submitting is founded on an experience that commenced with a broker. We did not engage Presto Logistics directly; rather, we contracted the broker who subsequently hired Presto Logistics. In the screenshot provided by the broker, you will observe a dispute between Henry, the owner, and the owner of the brokerage. Henry expresses his dissatisfaction regarding the brokerage's decision to retain an additional portion of the deposit, which was due to the customer adding extra items just prior to the pickup process. He is clearly informing the broker that he will take necessary actions during the pickup. Indeed, he did, as he inflated the price to $34,000! Prior to the pickup of our belongings, we had four estimates conducted by the broker to ensure the accuracy of our quote. The broker quoted us a price of $14,370. Presto is refusing to provide the shipping documentation. The reason for their refusal is that they cannot justify the excessive charges within that documentation. They more than doubled the price and defrauded us without any justification other than their awareness of their ability to do so. We had no alternative but to proceed on our moving day. We were left with no other options. Currently, we are striving to recover some of the funds that were taken from us. I advise you unequivocally, do not schedule your move with this company. If you have already made a booking, I recommend that you cancel it. Should they deny your request for a deposit refund, initiate a chargeback with your financial institution. This is the complaint I filed with the BBB about them... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM... -Gross misrepresentation of fees and delivery time -Negligence by using non-professional movers resulting in damaging and breaking TV, furniture Absolutely horrible. Their sales people grossly misrepresented, by $750, the estimates even though we did an onsite estimate by their representative. The actual cost was not revealed to us until everything was taken out of the house to the truck so we had no choice. They used non-professional movers, day laborers, which resulted in breaking and damaging our TV as well as many other furniture pieces. The sales person told us that the move route was a 5 day route and that they had trucks leaving a few times a week, and that they will do their best. That was said in bad faith and to get our business. The manager and the driver informed us later that the truck didn't leave until 8 days later, delivering our furniture 8 days after the agreed upon date. inside their truck on the day of the move, then they'll give you the good news. and once they have your stuff its impossible to know when they actually deliver them. In our case took them 8 days longer than originally promised. When I reached out for help afterwards, they offered a $100 refund if we agree to sign a release, or they can give us the 60 cents per pound coverage. That's absurd. Per our attorney, an agreement is only valid and enforceable if it's set and executed in good faith. There were none on their part. We have been advised to file a formal complaint and to ask for a $950 remedy ($700 to pay for the broken TV and furniture and $250 to cover our attorney consult fee that we already paid) and we will consider this matter closed. read more

I did not hire this company because Henry Vogel, could not provide precise answers to simple questions. Like are your workers employees of your company? Do you provide workers compensation in case someone gets hurt on my property? No answers. There is no real staff. Their workers are anyone whom are hired off the street. I asked about background checks. They don't do that, and how could they as they hire people off the street for a specific move for that day. I have no trust in such a company, and would not let people like this inside my home, and further more would never trust such a company with my possessions. I am amazed at how irresponsible Henry Vogel is. BUT, once you let him inside your home, as he would only give an estimate after he comes to your home, you have to get him out, and he is very pushy for you to sign a contract with him. To me, he seemed liked a drugged out pushy salesperson. Benjamin Vogel is going to lose his company with this kind of stuff going on. My Reply: This is absolutely not a fake review. More like a fake company. This is my experience with you and your company, regarding what I endured, and I did not hire your company to complete the move. You could not produce proof of liability insurance and workers comp. insurance. I tried to discuss this with you, when you called me to sign your contract, and you cut the conversation short, and said you would call back. You never did. I had a fabulous experience with Presto Logistics on my move from Los Angeles to Dallas! I highly recommend this company. I reviewed ~50 moving companies and got quotes from Presto Logistics, Golan's Moving & Storage, and Ben Hur Moving and Storage. All three gave me roughly the same quote. The final cost was a bit higher than the initial quote because I did have more boxes than I initially thought, but it was reasonable. The cost is based on cubic feet occupied in the truck. The process: A representative from Presto Logistics came to my house to review my items and walk me through the process. Once I accepted their bid, I paid a security deposit that went towards the final cost. Anytime I had a question or needed to get in touch, they would get back to me within 24 hrs. All staff including office and movers were friendly, respectful and great to work with! On moving day they were on time and had 6 guys load the truck quickly and efficiently within 1.5hr. They took good care of my boxes and furniture, and my furniture was wrapped securely with blankets and plastic. You pay 1/2 of the balance by cash, cashiers check, or money order on moving day. They arrived in Texas within 7 days of move out day. The truck driver arrived when he said he would. Two guys unloaded the truck efficiently and took good care of my items. Nothing was broken or damaged. The remaining balance is due before they unload the truck with cash or money order. I happily recommend Presto Logisitics! read more

My Husband and I made a HUGE move from California to Texas. In the process we talked to a few moving companies but Presto Logistics stood out to us because of Henry Vogel. He came to our home to do an inventory list he was very thorough, up front and honest with everything right from the start. I was very impressed on Moving day, there was a first group of guys that showed up to just wrap furniture, a little bit later the rest of the crew and the big truck came and man were they on top of it. Working together they really did have an Awesome team working hard and not to mention very nice and polite. Presto also happen to have a Storage Facility in Dallas close to where we would be moving and offered a guarantee same day delivery if we had our things stored there vs the traditional 4-14 days of waiting. Now that was just a Bonus! but it didn't stop there Henry was our contact through out the entire process from beginning to end we didn't have to talk to 20 different people to explain things all over since he was there right from the start he knew exactly what was happening throughout the whole process. Moving is a hassle not to mention moving out of State, now that's a whole other animal let me just tell you. Presto Logistics moved me from California to New York. When I was looking to get quotes I got calls from over 20 companies, they patiently showed me how to check companies out to see who I was dealing with. I narrowed it down to two companies, the only companies that were willing to come out to my house to give me a quote. I landed on Presto for a few reasons, Ross was very nice and not pushy at all when trying to set the estimate up and Henry came to my house, he was very thorough and gave me a price that was right in line with the other company. After a bit of back and forth he worked with me on the price and I signed with them. The movers came at 6 am which was a bit early for me but they insisted that they wanted to get it done as early as possible so that they can finish at a reasonable time and they did. The lead guy Martin was very fast and quick with his crew, we needed some last minute packing done and he worked with us on that too. I got a call four days later letting me know that my stuff was on the way. The driver called me a few days later and let me know when he was arriving. The communication was great throughout, when they arrived they did a checklist of everything, I think I might be missing some small things but I haven't fully unpacked yet. Moving out of state by myself and I can't believe how easy it was get a quote and set up the date to have my things shipped. Henry is amazing and gets back to you very quickly. He was straight forward with the cost which is hard to find with moving companies. My move is scheduled for the 23rd of August and I feel a huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing I have a professional and amazing team taking care of transporting my personal belongings. If only the rest of my move could go as smoothly lol Thanks Henry! UPDATE: pickup went perfect! Cesar called and gave me a 30 minute heads up before they arrived in the time slot they had previously given me. So that means no waiting around all day! They took the time and were extra careful in packaging and transporting my things to the truck. Very efficient. Delivery was also perfect!! They warn you that it may take up to 21 business days for your things to deliver so that had me worried. I was relieved when the driver showed up in only 7 business days. Everything was in the condition I sent it in, and that's a huge relief. I'd definitely recommend Presto for your transporting needs. Where do I start! I hired Presto Logistics for my move from LA to Washington in December 2022, their price was so fair that we abandoned the idea of driving a Uhaul truck ourselves. They helped wrap everything, delivered everything in one piece and set up all the furniture they took apart perfectly. All in all it took a very small time frame for us to be delivered our items. I was very very glad to share their information the next month with a friend of mine who is doing the same long distance move as me. He is also very happy with the fair price and absolutely amazing service. This is just the business side of it. The next part just makes me so emotional as a human being. Henry from Presto Logistics and his team have also graciously put their necks out to help us in our efforts to send aid to the devastating earthquake that happened this week in Turkey and Syria. They so kindly donated the Turkish consulate shipping supplies so we can send emergency care packages to people who survived. I can never write a good enough review for how amazing this company has been but please do your business with people who put care and pride in the service they provide even when nobody is looking.
