I've come in plenty times before and everyone's nice every time! Peyton is also great! One time a few weeks ago he made sure to talk USC football with me because I was wearing a Trojans hat and every time I see him he's super nice and helpful! First time trying Presto Pasta. Had a variety of items and honestly, that was better than Olive Garden. Plus, they have Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes. Tried the Sampler (fettuccine alfredo, lasagna, and chicken piccata), Cajun Chicken pasta, and a cheese pizza to share. They give you garlic bread with the Sampler, but we didn't care about that and didn't even try it - the pasta is what you want here. All of the dishes were delicious and family approved. I have had Presto Pasta a few times, but this time I was very dissatisfied. I ordered shrimp picatta. They give you a generous portion, and it was nice and hot, but there was no flavor! I've made multiple large company orders and he's been impeccable and accurate every single time. An example would be specifications made with the type of pasta and/or sub veggies; when an order is placed and is unclear he will follow up w/ emails and phone calls to clarify, and also asks if someone has any type of allergies. This place's is normally pretty decent but the customer service was a bad joke by anyone's standards.The manager Oscar seemed to take pride in knowing he had upset me. I visited Presto Pasta with a free meal coupon as a new resident in the area. I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed my visit. My pasta combo would have been a bargain had I paid, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I found the food to be fine, but a little bland. The men's room also had a nasty smell from a recent visitor, but the damp and yucky scent did migrate its way out of the bathroom to my table a couple of times when others opened the door. Aside from that, it was a perfect visit. Five stars for prices, overall atmosphere, and service. Three stars for food. I enjoyed my lunch and will likely be back for a visit sometime soon. read more

Went in to order dinner... my kids eat only chicken fettuccine alfredo. As we know how to order as chicken fettuccine alfredo, yet this is the second time it was entered incorrectly. My husband didn't notice until he got home and upon calling them, they said they couldn't refund us for the chicken we didn't order. I understand they can't refund for something we didn't get; however, they could have made it right by compensating for the error. They said, "the only way we can refund you is too return the food" Seriously! That would take my gas as expensive as it is and another 45 mins to get to and from! My kids were hungry and now they want me to go all the way back! Really Presto! It was just noodles and under $20.00! Food is decent but the lack of understanding what I have to compensate... gas and not feeding my kids for another 45 mins is not showing your customers are important. Everyone was amazing and welcoming provided vegan options and I'll be back the only thing I noticed was the older gentlemen with glasses that seemed to be the manager asked how everyone was doing but me in the whole place. He walked right past me like I didn't exist. If he's the manager he should be addressed the staff was excellent but being the only person that is not asked if I'm doing well and happy not professional.... FIVE STARS TO THE CREW... No stars for the man with glasses that was only one that wore a collared black shirt. Maybe the crew should be promoted and the other gentleman needs more training. The Parmesan Garlic Knots are my new obsession! Chewy, doughy baked goodness is smothered in a parm/garlic sauce that is perfectly balanced and thoroughly satisfying. 6 for $4 is a shocking bargain. Consistently delicious food and excellent service!! They were really busy and there was a line to the door. The food took a little longer than usual to receive but it was worth the wait. Yuck, Yuck, and triple YUCK. I am not sure if I should call the health department? Skinny chefs and even more emaciated servers. The kid who served us heard us compaining for about 15 minutes and then finally asked if it was ok, then charged extra for some garlic. Then I added salt, and regretted it, because while now edible, both my husband and I (we shared it) were sick afterward. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA FOR GARLIC AND ORDER IT ON THE SIDE BECAUSE THE ALFREDO, CARBONARA, or ANY SAUCE CONTAINS NEITHER GARLIC, SALT, or WINE. This isn't Italian. Dominoes makes their carbonara pale in comparison, and that's saying a lot because they have the 2nd worst carbonara there is. There's a lot of 'mixed' (AKA foster paid) 'families' and old people flanked by handlers in here. Its weird and feels very clinical and I have had better pasta out of a freezer by Banquet or off of my late grandfather's cardiac alfredo at the post coronary unit. You will probably write a 5 star review if you're court ordered a diet of stale bread and water. Obvious that company employees, almost all minors, are online being paid per review to keep this crap open. We got nauseated afterward. Granted, it wasn't projectile vomiting bad, but who wants to be queasy? I wrote another review on the Camarillo location by accident but this is the location we visited only once and won't be returning, ever. If anyone caters this garbage I will go out and eat elsewhere, brown bag it, or whatever. The place has more toddlers and parent groups than chuckie cheeses. Actually Chuckie Cheeses has better pasta than this (ICK!) The staff and cooks look like they have a steady diet of white powdered weight loss mix and workout juices. They certainly don't eat enough to taste the food before it is served. I think they are all on reddit or fat people hate making fun of us foodies even though we keep them employed by patronizing the places they work at. They are good at water cooler gossip and that's about it. Sure the nice service others mention has a lot more to do with the fact that they do something to the food to make you sick if you're not one of their clique patrons. I have a feeling that if you're a fat and happy foodie and dine here their nasty little teen gossips will post you online and defame you for it. They're just that snotty. read more

First time going to presto pasta and i didn't like the food :( its at a semi-busy shopping center with a good parking lot. Clean inside and busy on a wednesday around 6. Lots of families eating inside and people waiting for pick up orders. Staff was friendly and my food was at my table with in 10 minutes. I ordered the shrimp scampi. It was a generous portion and they asked if i wanted parmesan. Came with a thick slice of toasted bread. The pasta was very greasy, not much flavor. I ended up super queasy after i ate it. The times I've been here, the portions have all been small. The lasagna had a little square, the meatball sandwiches are tiny, and the pizza seemed like a tiny frozen one you can get at the market. Unimpressed. I'll only go back if my wife wants to. Too pricey for the portions. Most of the people there are not very friendly. We just finished a delicious meal my husband picked up at Presto Pasta tonight. He had spaghetti with meat sauce and a meat ball , and I had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli ! Both were wonderful, but we both thought the fettuccine Alfredo was the best we've ever had!
