I really enjoy going to Presto Pasta because they have very tasty food at reasonable prices. It's counter service, so you avoid all the hassle of ordering from a server, waiting for your food and then having to leave a tip. They offer varous different pastas and everything is good and reasonably priced. I often order the "Pasta Combo", which includes spaghetti with meat sauce and a meatball, choice of soup or salad, garlic bread and a fountain drink. This goes for only $14. I love presto, but I think their standards have dropped. Their portions have gone down and prices have gone up. Which is standard for inflation but who wants to eat dry ass food? I always ask for extra sauce and the food is constantly dry and that's not delightful when your eating pasta. I've been to Presto Pasta before and thought their food had good taste and great flavor so I was excited to get it again. I ordered to go and made my own pasta with fettuccine and shrimp while my roommate got the fettuccine and chicken, but his container was larger, but also we took the pasta out to our own bowls and there was a substantial disparity in size. When I tried to call and explain what happened they just chucked it up to oh that's not what happened when I could see the disparity in front of me. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the girl that brought out our food made it a point to tell me that it's a strict policy on ordering off the kids menu. I ordered 3 spaghetti bowls 2 for my granddaughters and one for myself. The reason i order a kids bowl for myself is not because I'm cheap it's because I have stomach issues and can't eat big courses and can barely finish a kids bowl. This particular restaurant has the most fabulous staff. Friendly efficient always gets my order correct even with very specialized requirements. Great ambiance the staff, no matter how busy the restaurant is are friendly and efficient. The dining area is extremely clean and they have so many drinks available including organic certified lemonade you can't miss with this restaurant and the prices are great and super yummy. Her favorite is the pepperoni pizza, she says there is just something about it that tastes so much better than other pizza. This will be my last visit. It's so hit and miss at the specific Presto Pasta. Last time we came it was awful. The time before that was so so. But this last trip on the 23rd of October had to gave been my worst yet. I ordered the Chicken Marsala. It was cold in the middle and tasted like it was spoiled. The fetacinni Alfredo tasted like noodles with no sauce. I've eaten at a few of these establishments. The 1 in Newbury Park over the grade is definitely a 5 star. Consistency is key. Don't know how 1 can be great and another horrible. I guess it comes down to management and training of your employees and not cutting corners. $15 down the drain and times are tuff. read more

This place is great! They do fast casual, amazingly. You order at the counter (or online) and can get your food to-go or you can choose a table and they will bring your food out to you. Every time I've gone I'm always greeted and have the nicest server. My husband and I both ended up with severe food poisoning after our most recent trip here. Pasta outta both ends for days is not OK. I haven't been here before but my experience today was very pleasant. I came with my parents and my infant. The one person that inspired this review is Tyler. He was very kind and attentive. He didn't mind my parents asking multiple questions about the menu since he elaborated on every item. He checked on us multiple times after we found our booth and was respectful to my eldery parents. The food tasted fresh and chicken parmasan really hit the spot. I hope someone gives Tyler a raise because I will definelty be coming back if he is still working there. When I walked in I was skeptical BC it reminded me of a fast food joint. The menu is simplistic- pick your pasta, sauce, size and meat adds if desired. The friendly female server brought my food to my booth. My choice was the Parmesan chicken combo. The meal included 2 pieces of Parmesan chicken, pasta and garlic bread. For a reasonable $7.99 I was taken back with the quality and quantity of food presented. The food was yummy and filling. I went in for lunch today and try to order my lunch I was craving chicken and paste all day. I told the cashier my order and waited for my order at my table the shift manager brought soup and salad and I told her I did not order that. Instead of listening she telling me that's what I order and if I want something else I need to pay more and walked away! Tanner our cashier associate gave the best recommendation, which was to go with the chicken piccata and add the Cajun cream sauce over the pasta-boom the best order combination ever!
