This Pret is well managed and clean. However, I would not recommend the sandwich with ham and Brie and thick bread that they pressed to heat up. Did not taste good and it was very bread-y and not worth the cost or the carbs. Also, they used to carry a great morning glory muffin but they ruined it with banana. Eww, do not get the muffin either. All dried out and small. Not worth it.

Love this Pret! Really convenient location, ample seating, and WiFi! I always get the blueberry granola yogurt (better than the muesli in my opinion). The spinach/egg/quinoa/tomato/avocado little pot is nice as well, same for the avocado chicken balsamic sandwich. They're healthy options at an okay price for the location. Just tried the almond croissant today and I know this is just a Pret A Manger but wtf why was it so good?! It was super soft and flaky, perfectly fluffy inside. The almonds added a nice crunch and it wasn't overly sweet, just enough to taste good. Waaay superior to the Starbucks almond croissant (which almost always comes out hard tbh). Will be my breakfast go to now! Their values with healthy food that goes toward feeding the homeless is really great also, definitely makes me want to frequent them more often. Why shouldn't food go to those who need it ?

Super nice staff, very efficient service from the team. In and out in under 5 mins. Had an almond and a plain croissant, was nice and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The coffee was also really good.

I want to bathe in Pret coffee. Oh my gosh I love getting an iced vanilla oat latte here. I am planning on doing the coffee subscription when I don't have to have a meal plan for school. The chocolate croissant is also incredible!! I've gotten it twice. You can genuinely taste the coffee and not just straight sugar and I LOVE it!!!!

Came here to munch on something while waiting for my appointment. I picked something from the hot food counter but didn't like it much. It was spinach macaroni style. It was so cheesy and the cheese tasted like a low quality cheese, pretty cheesy! I should have gotten myself a good salad but salad doesn't always mean healthy. The best salad is always made to order salad, not the one packed well from many hours prior. I liked the water though. The place is quite big. There are sitting at the side and back section. The front section is quite open to give room for people to stay in line to pay.

This is a new location for Pret a Manger, very convenient. This was the first week this location was open but from what I can see so far I'm very impressed. They have a great selection of both hot and cold food. I tried the Five Grain Oatmeal this morning which is made with organic steel cut oats, quinoa, flax seeds, chia seeds, cane sugar and sea salt (vegan friendly). I topped it off with the cranberries and almonds. It was delicious, I loved the flavor. I have a new favorite breakfast spot! The coffee was excellent. I appreciate a strong cup of coffee. I had a cup of the Pret Bold this morning and it jump started my day. I think my productivity just went up by 200%. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place is immaculate. Loved this place, I'll be back! Two thumbs up!

There are vegan options at Prêt.

This is what replaced Stark's Veranda restaurant; I'm not that surprised to see yet another chain restaurant here, and they'll probably do well, considering the thousands of people who are in the area every day--but I can't help feeling disappointed to see yet another chain replacing a longtime neighborhood fixture. Two pluses: they label their items as to whether they're vegetarian or vegan, and their coffee is fresh. Plus, they serve brewed decaf that doesn't taste like ass. Goodbye, Mom and Pop; it was nice knowing you.

There's a new Pret a Manger at 319 Broadway where remnants of Starks Tavern used to be. It's been years and years since anything was done in Starks location and I'm pretty glad something good took over this space. PretaA Manger officially opens next week on March 10, 2014 but I got the jump with a free promotion for lunch. There was a long line of people waiting for the free promotion, but Pret a Manger had it under control. They had staff telling you what sandwiches they were offering, while other staff members were being friendly, greeting the throng of hungry people. You go in one door and exit out the side. Everything was well planned and they didn't waste your time. They allowed a dozen or more people in at a time and you get a goodies bag immediately as you walk in. Then walk over to the sandwich area, and the choices were chicken avocado with balsamic vinaigrette; chicken, bacon and tomato, albacore tuna salad, and one other choice I can't remember. You also get in the goodies bag a brownie, bag of organic popcorn, and Pret's sparkling orange soda. Staffers also handed out coffee sleeves to redeem next week for free coffee and a soup lid to redeem next week for a free small soup. Like all their products I have tried in different branches, food is fresh and tasty. The chicken avocado sandwich is light and the balsamic vinaigrette really made the spring mix lettuce taste good. Multi-grain bread was hearty, but sandwich felt light. I am saving the Sparkling orange soda for another time, as on the can it says "absolutely no nasties" makes me want to drink it out of curiosity. This free luncheon promo was definitely a nice surprise for me and with sandwiches tasting light and fresh; I hope they stick around for a long, long time.Kudos goes to the staff, the lunch promo and fresh and tasty food that is good for you.

Decor/actual restaurant: This particular location is very small and tight with limited in-store seating. The interior is cute, I like the blue color theme they have here. For a restaurant designed for to-go orders, I believe that there could be more waiting room and a couple less chairs. Service: Like many "fast food adjacent" restaurants, the people who work there have good customer service but I imagine deal with the worst. I know they're doing great with the situation they're in. Kudos to them. Food: this is probably my harshest critique. I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich, and it was fine. I don't believe it was worth the $16 I spent though. The chicken was kind of bland, tasted similarly to frozen grilled chicken pieces you buy from a grocery store. I do wish there was more sauce. The pesto tasted good but overall there was too much bread. I fear you would be better off making something like this at home for a comparable price. The bread was good, just too much. I don't want to base the menu on this sandwich alone, a lot of the menu options sounded delicious, but this was just the experience I had!
