My only gripe is that there were broken glass shards that were missed in their clean up process. When I told them about it, they were quick to return, open up the door, and vacuum again. J&J Auto replied in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday; had an appointment less than 24 hours of contacting them; and came to us! Only feedback I can give: (1) share available options for payment in advance of appointment - there was no tapper for a credit card, but they accepted Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc; and (2) be more thorough with vacuuming out the glass debris from the car.
