More so if you choose the wrong company.  It's happen to me in the past so I wanted to make sure that it wasn't going to happen to my brother. He was moving with his girl friend to in an area in France called Limoges. He has spent years in the wine industry and found a great job there and was ready for a change. I researched online different companies and got a feel for the business by asking as many detailed questions as possible over the phone. When it came to Sunset they really seemed to know their stuff. What stood out the most is they were willing to come to my brothers loft and look at everything that needed to be moved to give more of an exact price on how much it would be. It was also no - commitment neither. Meaning if they came by to give the estimate and we didn't like it, we didn't need to use their business.  They sent two guys over with clipboards that were very friendly and they looked at absolutely everything. Some one things they recommended that they wrap/pack free of charge. This business seems all about customer service. I got a good feeling from the start. To speed up this review my brother was starting his job their the following week so everything needed to get their fast. I helped him pay for the shipping by air which is the more expensive option but it was very quick. Literally a day after the movers came and took everything it arrived at the exact location in France. It was worth the extra money! Hats off to the team here.

They wrapped and moved everything from an upstairs condo that doesn't have an elevator to the truck that was parked far from our place, making it a very long day. Despite the long walk to the truck and the up and down on the condo's steep stairs, they were still very professional during the whole thing. It made the stress of a move much easier. One think that was upseting when my wife and I discovered a couple of our furnitures were damaged. With a one way entrance and many traffic jams later, these guys worked overtime and stayed super flexible! They figured out how to move everything from their moving truck to our cars + pickup truck.
