Bob's crew with Stan and Deema helped me and my family move recently, and honestly, I don't have enough good things I can say about them. Not a single complaint!.....They arrived early and ready to WORK! As fast as they were, they went above and beyond to take care of our belongings which included a lot of antique and fragile furniture that all arrived without damage. They took apart and set up our beds, some furniture, all the TVs and checked everything to make sure it was working. What would have taken me 3 whole days minimum, took them 6 hours! read more

I have never had movers take 6 hours to move a 1 bedroom unit to another unit in the same apartment complex. Nicholas was professional, but his helper was not. If I were Nicholas, I'd be taking my time too considering the "help". The other gentleman was close to being asleep the entire move. We are so accustomed to having movers come in, pack things up, and go on to the next location... they even forgot one large closet item of clothes behind but because it was literally 6hrs for just the basics? No thanks. Mind you, we repacked items already to help make the move easier. Never again from this company. At $159 per hour to move? Yeah, not worth the price if you literally only have one guy moving. I wanted to add that the set up leading to the move was great, customer service was on point... the result? I used movers for the first time ever this time and let me tell you I will never move another way again. Firstly, Manu, Aslan and Denis are absolutely amazing! They deserve the biggest shout out for loading and unloading a moving truck in the heat of August with 65% humidity down stairs and all. Each one of them took so much care and caution with my belongings and my furniture I couldn't have asked for better help. They did so without a complaint or scoff which honestly is so refreshing. Plus putting up with my indecisiveness all day is a feat all on its own. Also huge shoutout to the team who answered the phones and got me set up, even were able to last minute push up my move by over a week. The stress of moving and getting it done was completely mitigated by all their help. I hope Manu, Aslan and Denis see this review and know that appreciate them more than I could ever tip. Never received my $35 back the cocky,rude,slow oriental guy that moved me ...$600 for two men three hour limit then after that it another high fee ...At almost the end of the my three hours he had the nerve to say to me it's going g to take another two hours...I said no you have thirty minutes to unload everything in my garage.Guess what he replied it is what it is ...that pissed me off your not going to get me for another $300 more on top of the $600 and my husband myself and my daughter helped ... first of all how do you know I have it !!!! Hired best california movers based on an instagram influencer who used them, and then their amazing reviews on Yelp. I was moving from a 2br/2bath condo in San Diego to a house ~5 miles away. They very kindly walked me through all my pricing options over the phone, I chose a 3 person team. I was originally scheduled to move on a Sunday, but my closing date on my house kept getting pushed back, so I ended up pushing back the moving date by 3 days, which they easily allowed me to do (I did have to tell them by 5 days ahead of time which is in the contract). The team of 3 came on time and were extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I was working from home, so basically just watching them move out, and then back in, and they were hustling! I had packed all my boxes ahead of time, but they took apart a king size bed, a full size bed, and then packed up a bunch of dressers tables chairs etc. They were also super efficient with moving things down the hallway and utilizing the elevator while others were still packing the condo. Same efficiency with the unpacking! I also waited 2 months to write this review until I was completely unpacked, and I can confirm no damages to anything! The whole move cost me $1,029 (plus tip which I tipped in cash). read more

However what made my experience was having Senol and Uluk as our move team. For a one bedroom apartment, we had it stacked to the brim with stuff. And they came in early, with extra materials ready to make everything fit. We needed help to finish packing and they did so expertly and quickly.
