I really wanted to order from here, I had once before when it first opened. I liked it then, but the erratic hours kept me from being able to go. I had also heard that the owner and people working were very rude, but I hadn't experienced it then until now. When I called to order some subs and apps, the guy immediately said they were an hour and a half behind. Did not even say hi or anything remotely welcoming. This should have been my sign. I said perfect bc I would not be able to pick up for over an hour anyways. When I told him that he said he couldn't do that and that it would take much longer if i wanted to order pick up. I took that as he didn't want my business. So now that means I will move along and let everyone else know how rude this establishment is to possible customers. I can get over mediocre food, but rudeness and attitude will forever be a put off. There are several pizza places nearby, but until now none that sell it by the slice. Pick what you want from the display case, then watch them hand-toss the crusts as your order reheats in the pizza oven. Counter service was quick and friendly, and good quality pizza. Came in Saturday 01/04/2020 during the day. Walked back to check out pizza. No one had gloves on. All young guys. Looking right at me i spoke and said hello. No one said a word. Just had this weird look like and what. Can't buy Pizza from people who are not even friendly. can't trust that. Also should be wearing gloves if you are touching other people food. Disappointed. Will not be back. Now i have been there one other time and there was and adult male there who was polite. I wanted a slice and he stated they stop making slices after a certain time. I love the pizza here at Primos but I was very disappointed in the way they made us feel for asking to sit down in their restaurant. They claim that they get too busy to have anyone use their tables on Friday and Saturday. We arrived at 4:00 and they said they don't allow anyone to dine in. Although they only offer counter service they said it would create a problem for others that might want to dine in. They have only 4 tables and no one was sitting at that time. After allowing us to order and sit this time they told us it would not be permitted again. It was very rude in my opinion and if I hadn't already paid I would have said forget it and walked out. My friend and I like to meet in this area because it's about halfway for both of us to meet up for a short visit after work. We ordered a couple of slices to eat there plus a large pizza for carry out. We served ourselves from the soda fountain and ate quietly. We then cleaned our own table and headed out the door. We heard them turn away another customer who also wanted to eat in their restaurant. What's wrong with having a few tables for first come first serve seating? We will gladly find another place to meet in the future. read more

This place is great. They don't deliver to our area (Durbin), but we'll drive to eat in because the pizza is absolutely amazing. My husband is from NY and says this is the best pizza in the area. The owner is always very present and attentive and always has special treats for the kids (after asking the parents). My girls love coming here as much as we do! read more

Overall: Good pizza joint! Native NY-er here. My only gripe is the crust is a little too thin around the edges of the pizza, so eating the crust almost feels like eating a pizza cracker. I still think Brooklyn Pizza makes a better pie, but this is definitely a solid alternative for those who live closer to Primo. The facility is very clean and their prices are reasonable. The one star is not for the quality of the food, but rather for the atmosphere that was created by the owner of the restaurant, when we had dinner there last week. Not that he yelled at one employee how to put a new trash bag in the trash can, he also yelled very loud at a female employee at the pizza oven and at his delivery driver about not giving him a part of the delivery fee that he charges to his customers. Very unprofessional person, tables were dirty, his approach to us when he bought over the salad was rude and absolutely did not care about anyone in his restaurant. This is the worst pizza I've eaten since I stopped eating frozen pizza when I was a teen. We tried the straight up cheese pizza and also one with eggplant. The sauce has no flavor, the cheese is okay, and the crust is flavorless and a sad, defeated texture. Can't wait to try this place out but already aggravated at the hours! Closed Sundays and Mondays? Watching football and having great pizza is what Sundays are for. Must be a theme because our other local Nocatee pizza place, Napoli's, is also closed on Sunday. I'm doing 4 stars for now until we get in there to try the food! This place is now the best pizza in the Nocatee area. They are still learning to deal with the demand and at times, have insane times for both pickup and delivery. They are closed on Sunday and Mondays and they should reconsider that. read more

Walked in on Saturday at 6:00 to find out the phone orders were being told a 1 hr wait. When I said I wanted a small Primo Special pizza , they said they could slide it in. I normally don't write reviews but felt strongly about this . This pizza isn't very good and the place is really small inside . We went in there was no where to sit down . It would be nice if there was more seating and the pizza was better. Our pies were cold and the ingredients tasted like they had been frozen, then thawed out and soggy. read more
