We had Neil come out an inspect a new home on 7/26. He was on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We needed some handholding and he was happy to oblige. He pointed out many things that we couldn't see (like the bathroom tile had been applied directly to the drywall in the bathroom) and advised of all the issues that come with water damage. He caught a plethora of items and listed 99% of them under the correct category of defective or safety. Neil did not "go easy" on the house and I feel like he had our best interest as new homeowners in mind. Because of him, we are withdrawing our offer on a house that would have cost us over $20k in repairs to get the siding, bathrooms, kitchen, property drainage, electrical outlets and supporting posts repaired or redone. read more
