UPDATE: after the lack of customer service that I received over the phone pro Pacific reached out and was quick to resolve my problem. I've never had a problem with the technicians or the work performed. The technicians are amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm going to chalk this experience up to an uneducated customer service agent who simply was not aware how to treat a paying customer. I really want to to be clear that the technicians and work is not the issue!!! Thank you Megan and Ben for reaching out, that goes along way in my book. So we hired pro Pacific to come take care of a rodent issue. After many weeks they finally were able to figure out what the problem was and corrected it. They said at anytime if you have an issue call us and will get somebody out right away. WELL we have an emergency situation and the only thing the woman on the phone said was sorry have no technicians available. We can get somebody out to you in 4 days. I'm sorry to say but don't advise your customers if they have an emergency situation to contact you and then give them an appointment time for 4 days later!! You took our money which was very expensive and once you have that money in hand you could care less about us as a customer. She really didn't care!! Shame on her... she was NOT willing to even LOOK at the schedule to see if it was possible... She didn't careless!! NOT 1 BIT!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! First time they came in to spray he did a good job. He did have to come back (after we asked) the next day to wipe up the cloudy residue left all over our baseboards and floors. Looked like spilled milk. He also sprayed my $1000 subwoofer behind my couch instead of spraying around it. Not happy about that. The real complaint is this... They totally DROPPED the ball BIG TIME! We started getting tons of new bugs and spiders about 1 month later. We also noticed a lot of new spider webs. We called them and told them all of this. They claimed they already sent someone to spray and break up the new webs. A few days later still nothing from them. The next month same thing. So we called and they said someone came by that same day already. They put us in touch with the person who claimed to have came to our home. He said he spoke to an Asian man. Only my wife was home and she is not an Asian man? Turns out they had been servicing someone else's home for free and ignoring ours while we were still being charged? We cancelled because of all this stress and headaches. Worst part... They actually charged us an extra $100 for canceling! Seriously? They messed up this many times and had the nerve to charge us for canceling? Stay away from these people unless you want to deal with headaches. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! read more

Within a matter of an hour, Jordan had completely covered the exterior and interior perimeter of our home. We contacted them to help us with a bee infestation we had in our warehouse. The customer service representative who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. She advised us that the inspection was free and explained the process to me. Of course, my initial thought was that these people would come in and claim that they have to do major removal service and that it would cost me plenty of money. But we had a bee problem, and we needed it taken care of asap. The inspector arrived right on time and was very professional. He inspected the site and explained that the bees had in fact not built a nest yet. He advised us to close the door and let the bees die naturally. He gave me a brief education on bee behavior and told me that we didn't need to pay to have them exterminated. It would be a waste of our money to do that, when the problem would solve itself naturally. It's been a few days and all of the bees are gone! I suddenly discovered a VERY large bee swarm in our side yard this afternoon. I quickly got the dog indoors, and kept our child in too. This is the first time I've ever encountered a swarm. I first called vector control, in case they were Africanized. But it was Saturday and of course they were closed. I next went to Yelp. The first pest control place I called forwarded me to voicemail. Then I called Pro Pacific. They immediately answered the phone, told me how to tell if the bees might be dangerous, and put me on hold briefly while the dispatcher found out if one of their techs could swing by after his current job. He came by about 20 minutes later, took less than a 1/2 hour to kill the bees, and reminded me I had a 30-day warranty in case the bees came back. Very professional organization - especially for a Saturday afternoon. read more

I do find it amusing that they can answer yelp reviews, but could never answer my emails. Apparently they don't like to put things in writing. That is why they would only talk on the phone. I've been a Pro Pacific customer for about 3 years now and I have been highly satisfied with the service they provide. We started off with extermination of bugs when we first moved into our new home they have maintained Superior service. Due to unclean Neighbors we came across a rodent problem and they handle it in a timely manner no more rodents for us. OMG, they're great!!! You remember Tony the Tiger from frosted flakes saying that? Without a doubt, I would use them for anything pest related. They do everything except termites! My tenant had an ant problem and I thought it was just due to the weather. Turned out to be much worse so I asked a friend to refer me to the company they just used. I swear irvine is on an ant hill!! Anyhow, tenant called and easily made an appt and problem solved!!! No more ants and no more calls from the tenant. That is the best when there is no communication from a tenant but rent checks on time. :) Highly recommend and will be calling them with any pest problems as they are quick and not creepy!! read more

Called and spoke with Rita, very pleasant and helpful. Their rates on "routine/scheduled treatments" are fantastic and good coverage. $69 every 2 months $88 every 3 months I have set up my first appointment and plan to go forward with a whole year contract for their quarterly scheduled service. So far the experience is very good and I will update this review after the first service is completed. ----update review----changed from 4 to 5 stars A few days after the treatment I kept noticing bugs coming out of NOWHERE, almost as if MORE were in/around my home....but I did some research and found that this is typical for a few days following a spray as the critters are trying to escape the "treated" area/home. It his been 1 month since Pro Pacific Pest Control serviced my home and I am beyond happy! No spiders, no critters, no roaches, nothing...the inside of the house and the perimeter as well. Great job all around. My next service I scheduled for mid September, I guess we'll see if the Good Job lasts the whole 3 months in between treatments, but so far everything has been GREAT! read more

Not sure anymore. I have used Pro Pacific for several years. I have always been very pleased with the service. Recently, our service man, Jordan E. was promoted to sales. Tech. who showed up today for our monthly service informed me that "he was out of time" when I asked him to spay along our fence in the back. This was after his hit and miss spray along the house. Jordan always sprayed along the fence. Also, I was informed over the week end that I owed for the March service. I sent an e-mail back informing "no name" that I had the cancelled check for the March service giving him/her the check number. Was told I would hear from billing. Today, Monday, I called billing left my number. Male called back and said he would look into it. I asked if billing for Pro Pacific was out sourced and was told, "yes" by this person. No call back yet. Not a happy customer at this point in time. I did receive two phone calls this afternoon from Pro Pacific, same day I wrote the above review. I believe the issues are resolved. Jordan will be coming out in a few weeks to train new tech. who is assigned to our address. That will be helpful. Also, I offered to send Ricky (Pro Pacific) a copy of my cancelled check for March service. He did inform me during the call that I was receiving credit for the March service. Thank you Pro Pacific for getting ridding of our bees! We caught a giant swarm of bees in the early stages of building honeycomb underneath our shed. Considering we have 2 dogs that are in and out of the house during the day we had to get rid of them fast. Pro Pacific answered our call and within a couple hours they were at our house and took care of the situation. Jeremy was very pleasant and personable and didn't pressure us or try to upsell us stuff we didn't need - he simply took care of the bee situation and we were on our way. Pro Pacific's pricing is competitive and they'll also come back within 30 days free of charge if the problem presents itself again. Would definitely call these guys again, but hopefully we won't need to! read more

Recently hired Pro Pacific to perform a inspection of my home and was surprised at the amount of damage that was hidden until after the inspection. These folks are very professional, responsive and do what they say will be done very quickly. My wife and I were busy on the day that the "tent" was to be place over our home and actually removed the last few things from the house as they were placing all of the materials around and inside the house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and appreciate all that they did. No need to look elsewhere. read more

I called Pro Pacific for an ant problem over the summer months. They payment plan was a little confusing to me. They have a one and done problem treatment or a membership that bills every other month. Either way it is $175. I went with the membership believing I could cancel before the next billing cycle. Paid $69 up front. The pest control worked and the ant problem went away. Called them back for a wasp nest problem they got rid of. I am very satisfied with the pest control service I got. Pro Pacific pest control appears to charge industry standard prices which are high in my opinion. read more

I have read some of the other reviews and feel that the service I received was also not explained well enough to me. I sought this service out online. I paid $250 for 4 brief visits. It is just me and my teenage son at home and we are squemish about traps and also have a cat. Pro Pacific assumed the rodents were coming in my cat door and did not look at other places for possible openings in my two story townhouse. I sealed up everything as best I could, including the cat door. In the four weeks of service, only one rat was caught. I would have appreciated having more feedback and a quote for sealing up any openings, because after the first week, the rest of the service seemed to be useless. I was told by several friends that the price quote should have included sealing up any openings. The technicians that came out were always prompt and polite but didn't seem to acknowledge my feedback about the holes and openings I discovered or offer any solution. They averaged about 5 minutes or less each time they came to check the traps. I think the rodents are now building nests under my washer/dryer and couches. I don't feel the service options were explained well enough to me and I cannot afford to pay $75 a week for someone spending 5 minutes checking the traps. I am going to have to buy the snap traps and do my own trapping, which was the reason I paid for the service in the first place. I do not think I got my money's worth out of this service. read more

First of all, they did not show up for two previously scheduled appoitments. Secondly, the billing department gave my different answers to questions regarding my account everytime I tried to call and clarify things. Nicole kept trying to put the responsiblity of the mistakes onto me, though I tried to call and correct it three times. Each time I called to try and correct it they told me it was good and there was not problem. They then charged me the amount anyway and when I tried to call and explian that them, they again, refused to take responsiblity and put the blame back on me and kept the charge in place. read more

These guys are AMAZING! We had a massive gopher problem with a rather large field behind us. Our neighborhood seems to have this reoccurring issues, so we decided to go ahead and hire this company recommended from a family member. Scott was amazing, prompt and very attentive to our needs. Our tech has been consistent, on time and seemed to serve our needs temporarily. They have significantly diminished our gopher problem.
