After installing new floors, I sent a requests via Yelp to reinstall my toilet. Prolific Plumbing reached out within 10 minutes to discuss and offer solutions & quotes from the photos I sent. Options provided were install toilet on the old flange or replace flange, then seat the toilet. Cody came out the next day and proved how the toilet would seat askew on the old flange (which was doable), but I opted for replacement. He also stabilized my pedestal sink at the same time. The pipe on our sprinkler system burst and we needed immediate assistance. We reached out to Kody in the evening and he responded right away. We sent him a photograph of the burst pipe and he was able to diagnose the issue prior to the visit.
