I had a problem with my Toto toilet not working properly so I contacted Kody of Prolific Plumbing as I had hired him once before, and he did an awesome job. He was scheduled to come out between 12:00 and 2:00. A few minutes before noon, he called to let me know that he was still on a job and probably wouldn't be over until 2:00. Who does that? That gave me an extra 2 hours to sleep rather than waiting and watching. He then called again to let me know he would be here in 30 minutes. Well, it took him no time at all to figure what the problem was and explained it to me so I would know what to do in the future. When I asked what I owed him, he refused to take a fee for his service. Who does that? Anyway, I noticed that the review I left for Prolific Plumbing for service on 12/30/21 was no longer online. At that time, my Toto toilet was clogged with what seemed like tons of toilet paper. Kody and his helper worked tirelessly to finally unclog the toilet.
