Puccini's has great tasting food no matter what you get. I've been going here for years and I've tried just about everything. My favorite is the Diablo shrimp with angel hair spaghetti noodles. It's just the best and it comes with a big salad and bread. The bread is amazing too. If you're looking for something spicy ask them to make it "hot", but be prepared because it's HOT ! The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant fills up quickly so come early. Don't worry about finding a parking spot. There's tons of parking. Their prices are very reasonable. So if you love good Italian cuisine at a great price, then this is your new home. read more

Pucchini's was once my favorite pizza place, but my visit this week to this location was disappointing. I stopped for lunch with my husband. The service was less than friendly. The hostess sat us without a word of welcome. Our server was abrupt with us to the point that I couldn't even tell him that the ice tea was undrinkable. The water is awful and the ice tea tasted like old coffee. The food came out ok. My salad was ok except for the wilted tomato on top. I like the mustard vinaigrette dressing. The pepperoni pizza was ok too. It took 20 minutes to get our bill to check out. Attempts to flag down our server failed. I probably won't return to this location. read more

Came with some friends for dinner and had a great time! First so everyone is aware there is a cross fit gym next door and it can be loud at dinner time so request to so to the left when you walk in during the evening. We ordered a pizza and it was the perfect mix of thin but airy and crunch and the sauce and cheese made the toppings taste even better! We also ordered a few of the pasta dishes, which we all really enjoyed! I will mention that the chicken Alfredo was good but the chicken was bland and had no sort of grill marks or pan seared coloring. There was also very little chicken in the serving size. We ordered two gluten free pizzas and a regular pizza. The regular pizza was perfect but both gluten free pizzas were still raw. We put them in the oven for an additional 15 minutes. This place is amazing! The service from all of their staff is top notch. They're friendly and take care of you with a smile on their face. There is a cash register counter for pickup orders, but we sat down to eat. I had a barbecue chicken calzone and my family had a pizza. The pizza are always great. The calzone was so good! We ordered through GrubHub and we were missing 2 orders. Upon calling the restaurant they completely brushed us off and told us to go through GrubHub. They could've said they'd make the 2 orders and have them ready for us to come get them or apologized or checked to see if the food was there, or offered us something. But they just said it wasn't their problem. Good customer service matters. The driver was very good, however Puccini's failed to give him the second bag for our order even after he asked the employee twice to confirm all was together and in the order. When I called Puccini's to report the issue, I was told the item's were there and to either come get it myself or call the delivery service for a refund on the missing items. I had some time to kill at lunchtime on a weekend before my daughter's dance competition and was nearby and craving pizza so i stopped by Puccini's. I love all the combinations and choices of toppings here. Since I was by myself I was able to order a shrimp pizza something I wouldn't be able to convince my family to try. It was excellent but I forgot it doesn't come with red sauce. Pizza was good and it was good to try something different. Crust was light and not dense so I had no problem eating the small pizza. Service was very fast and i had my lunch and ate it in 30 minutes. Definitely worth checking out and note they have very reasonable week day lunch specials. read more

I went for the humble pie / salad with buttermilk herb aka ranch and an iced tea. Glad I called ahead because they said it'd be about 20 minutes to get ready. The pizza quality is excellent and high on my list of favorite pies in town. Craving Italian and of all the places that open at 5 in Carmel and Westfield, Puccini's was the only business open at 1pm. We were seated as soon as we got in. Only 2 guests other than us so really comfortable. We ordered bruschetta for starters, and shrimp santa cruz/fettucine alfredo for main course. This accompanied with salad and garlic bread. Mind you, portions were huge! The bruschetta was a bit too tangy for me, would have preferred less of the tang. The pasta was WOW! Shrimp with butter angel hair hit the spot. Alfredo had the right amount of spice and cream - delish delish! Garlic bread was buttery and divine! 4* cause I so wanted dessert and the server handed me a check in the end. When you start physically craving their buttermilk ranch sauce, you know it's time to update your review to a 5-star. If you haven't tried it before, you should, as it's one of the shining stars of this place. We were pleasantly surprised with the prices on our last trip as well. I got a small cheese pizza for $6 and my husband got a chicken parm for $12. His meal came with an entire full-size salad, as well as garlic bread. Such a good deal for all of that food! My family and I stopped in for a late Saturday dinner. The place was not busy and we got seated immediately. The restaurant is dog friendly with seating available in the patio. We ordered the garlic bread, Cesar salad, ultimate warrior pizza, and rosemary cream chicken pasta. We ordered the pizza without sausage but was served with it. Our waiter offered to remake the pizza for us, but it wasn't a huge deal and we ate it as is. Portion sizes were on the bigger side and the food was good. I've heard good things about Puccini's, but had never eaten there. After some shopping at Ollie's next door on a Saturday night, I decided to give it a try. It was crowded, but we were seated quickly. Dining area is small but has booths lining the walls and tables in the center. We were seated near the counter for pick up orders. Our waiter was upbeat and friendly. We decided to do pepperoni bread as an appetizer. It was very good. Next up was Bar 20 bbq chicken pizza. It was tasty as well with just enough chicken and tang from the sauce. Puchinis always does a great job, but last night the food was fantastic. I guess when you eat in it's always better than pickup because it's super hot... but I was impressed regardless! The only downside is our plates were not bussed and we had to ask for refills... the table next to us went to the server station and refilled his own drinks. It was not that busy... We made it just in time before the dinner rush. Grace was our server and she was accommodating and stayed on top of our drink refills. I order the (simple)side salad originally with the French dressing. Not to much to say it was $4.99 and it was iceberg lettuce in a bowl with black olives, shredded mozzarella, red onions and shredded carrots.. and I just didn't like the French dressing I asked for the Dijon vinaigrette and hmmm that was a excellent choice I highly recommend it! Pizza- the crust on the pizza was very light , airy yet crisp and had a little bit of chewy to it. I've never had a pizza with smoked sausage in it and thought it was different it worked really well in this pizza. I don't waste my pizza calories. I want to get the most bang for my calorie "buck." So if a pizza joint's claim to fame is how cheap their pizza is or how fast it is I am totally not interested. And I just don't get the "go to a pizza place and buy a raw pizza, take it home, preheat your oven, bake it, open the oven ten times to check on it" deal either. If I wanted to bake a pizza I would do it from scratch. And my "take and bake" pizzas seem to go from raw in the middle to burned edges in a heartbeat anyway. So that brings me to Puccini's. The pizzas here are excellent with quality ingredients and interesting combinations. I appreciate that Puccini's offers several vegetarian pizza creations including my favorites: Humble Pie, Zorba the Pizza, Veg Head and Paparazzi. If you prefer to build your own pizza there are OVER 60 ingredients to choose from! Seriously, I counted. And this includes ingredients you won't find at other pizza places. Clams? Smoked Gouda? Chilis? Capocollo? (What is capocollo? I don't know but I have never seen it on a $5 pizza) The appetizers are equally amazing. Munch on some garlic bread or sample the Scamorza while you discuss which pizza you will be ordering. Enjoy a side salad while you are awaiting your pizza. I recommend the buttermilk herb dressing but all are delicious. Puccini's offers a lunch special, a different meat pizza as well as a veggie pizza choice every day. A great value that includes a salad and drink. They also have pasta, chicken and sandwiches, but who cares?? I never get past the pizza (just kidding, I am sure they are excellent like everything else I have tried) One day I will try everything on the menu. read more
