Our waitress was wonderful, super attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. The walk up area is not very distinct, although there was a sign that read wait here to be seated, there is no counter to pay/to pick up...I tried there cheese and spinach and cheese and shrimp pupusas. So the pupusas are a nice size, a lil thick and generously filled. The flavor is lacking though, I'm not sure what it is, I do have a hunch though that it may be the cheese. This was our first visit to this quaint local joint. Ambiance was better than I expected considering it urban Long Beach locale. Kiosco isn't a new establishment but is now in a better location with lots of uodated elements. Pupuserias here are world class, just take it easy with the cabbage topping if you're sensitive to that sort of thing. Service is very attentive and friendly. We usually luck out being able to park on the street right in front of the restaurant. The service is always great. Very attentive and helpful. All the food I've tried from here has been amazing. I've tried some of their breakfast plates, their dinner plates, pupusas, a few of the soups and all have been very delicious. This is definitely my favorite go to spot. First off we ordered way in advance and when my husband arrived they said the pup is as were not ready because they hd a big order and did not have time.
