I'm so torn about writing a review on Pure Kitchen. Its such a gem of a restaurant & I love that you can walk in at any time & get a table & a superb meal. The food is not like anything else you will get in the mountains, fresh & delicious. But I guess it's time I need to share this amazing place, right off 70, a great stop coming or going from the mountains. We've been about 4 times and each time the service and food has been exceptional. They have recently added outdoor seating, although the restaurant is so bright and airy with exquisite views of the mountains. read more

Pleasantly surprised. Food service environment were all amazing. Unsure of how it would be but it was very tasteful!

I was looking for a place to eat that was relatively affordable and ended up here. My friend and I shared two dishes (Pure Thai and the Margarita Flatbread) both mouth wateringly delicious and we had a really fun night. The restaurant is very accommodating, calm, and appealing. Really great place in the Mountains! I had two meals here in the space of 3 days...that's how much I loved this restaurant! The food is delicious, the service friendly and knowledgeable, the ambiance warm, and the views, stunning! I had the Duck Confit and the meat and cheese platter, which was gigantic! I drank some nice wine by the glass, and also imbibed in a cocktail. The food is all totally fresh and organic. I can't say enough about how much fun I had here! A real find! read more

Found this hidden gem when looking for something different in the area. In an amazing area near Whole Foods. Was pleasantly surprised at how fresh and clean the food was here with lots of organics and vegan options. I got the Thai noodle dish and my spouse got the gnocchi and both of us were super happy with our meals. We will definitely be back here! read more

Walked in after a day of skiing to the most wonderful people. Starting at the host, to our waitress to the person who cleared our table, the service was phenomenal. To my great surprise, the food was even better. The menu was awesome and creative, and as someone who's grown up around some of the best chefs in the country, their food was up to par. We orders soups, salads, sandwiches, flatbread and my favorite, the homemade mozzarella sticks. Absolutely amazing, I would go back everyday if I lived closer. Great food and healthy. Places that focus on fresh and healthy are often missing "taste". Pure Kitchen flatbreads are very good. Try the cauliflower crust. Hopefully the location won't hurt it. Not good for children- food nor atmosphere are kid friendly. read more

These people and the food are amazing! I was able to order dinner for four people and an entire cheesecake for my son's birthday, and they even delivered it on the day and time requested. Best secret in Frisco! Awesome flatbreads, great bartenders...and the venue is so light bright and modern.

Great food. Everything on the menu is awesome. Food is fresh and does not come of the Cisco truck. Awesome selection and if your vegan or veggie, they have great choices. Best options in the Summit County area. The bar and signature cocktails were just as amazing as the food. Not only that, the staff was super friendly professional and genuine. I went three nights in a row and this holds true for every night I was there. I would absolutely eat or drink here again. read more

The good news is the place is cute and the food is pretty good. It was also exciting to see all the gluten free options on their menu. But that is where the positives ended for us. We were just passing through and stopped in for a quick meal and our server was pretty inattentive and apathetic towards us. Maybe it's because we weren't regulars but she definitely paid more attention to the other patrons around us. She confused us about the menu (said a dessert, ice cream sandwich, which was on the menu as GF actually contained cookies with gluten), didn't refill our waters, sent us home with a carryout dessert with no flatware, etc. I can appreciate trendy and hip but not exclusive and pretentious and that was the vibe. Maybe that's what they are going for but not what we expected. Perhaps with a different server, our experience would have been pleasant but it was pretty cringeworthy and disappointing. read more

Pure Kitchen is a sad attempt to be a hip and trendy restaurant. The service is unapologetically slow and disorganized. The food was disappointing (esp. the kid's meals). The music was loud (hard rock!) which was annoying as I couldn't hear the person sitting next to me. We never saw our server after taking our order until she tossed our check down on the table - (I am not making this up.) They got the "look" right though---tattoed staff, cool bar, tempting menu, and clean design. After we paid our bill we went home and cooked dinner. read more

We wanted so bad to love this restaurant because it doesn't take much to be a good restaurant in Summit Co. Acoustics: aweful; our table of four could hardly hear our conversation. Beatles Helter Skelter blaring from the bar did not help that or the Ambience: loud and crowded; tables way to packed in and we had to apologize even for our small butts when seating and leaving. Food: overpriced and missing the mark on good flavor profiles. The Duck was pretty good though. Water: we had to ask for new water! There was a solvent or cleaning fluid in our first carafe! What a conceited condescending place. They do not accept reservations. We walked in with two large tables clearly open and the manager would not give us (my 70 year old sister taking the lead) one because he was clearly waiting for a better offer. I am DEATHLY allergic to coconut.got the eggplant roll-up and asked for NO coconut-Carrot reduction. Food came out and there's a sauce on the plate, I assumed that they had just swapped it with another sauce, WRONG. It was the coconut. One bite and my throat immediately reacted. When o confronted the waiter about it and explained AGAIN that it was an allergy that would kill me, he said "well that's why we put it on the side." All this time I was unaware that's how allergies work. So trying to give the food another chance, given it's price tags, I asked for a substitute sauce; waiter offers a miso-mushroom, perfect. Except, he returns with a sweet chili. On top of this they gave my mother a completely different burger(she asked for the lamb and they gave the chicken) because she also has an nut allergy and asked for no pesto, the waiter was unaware that the lamb came with pesto. Isn't it their job to know the menu?! The what I presume to be manager also held a menu tasting in the middle of our food being made, be arrived a little after 5pm, prime dinner time. Wow! Everything from the food, the drink selection, the service to the ambience. As someone who has Celiac, there were tons of amazing options for me. My significant other has no dietary restrictions and was blown away by his meal as well. Lots of healthy, fresh choices and some things to indulge in (i.e. gf cheesecake). Host wasn't happy that we didn't want to sit next to the door, even though there were plenty of open tables further back. Waitress was friendly but uninformed. Vegan in our group asked for avocado salad with olive oil. It came out with yogurt dressing and the avocados were already starting to turn brown. Great spot to stop for a healthy lunch. Little overpriced in my opinion but the atmosphere and the fresh ingredients make it worth it.

Food was WAY overpriced. The waitress me and my boyfriend had was rude and barely checked up on us. Next time we will be going to whole foods and cooking something at home instead of going there. People who got there after us got their food before us so it was a little frustrating to say the very least. Don`t go there unless your willing to spend almost $100 on food (before the tip!). We read most of these ratings before coming -- we are always up for a new food adventure so gave it try regardless of negative review. Our experience was quite good. Service was solid -- friendly, attentive and spot on regarding food selections. Wine was good (not great) -- but nicely paired with our food choices. We had the hummus -- which was superb (sorry to the folks that rated poorly). We had the open face ravioli which we loved. We would have loved more pasta (because we are hungry eaters) but the flavor rocked. And we ordered the forbidden bowl. So much food we took a bowl home for lunch tomorrow. We truly enjoyed this new spot -- but we are super healthy, farm to table vegetarians that long for flavorful veggie options. Will be back!!! read more

First time we have tried this place since it opened and loved everything we had. The Blistered Heirloom salad was delish and plenty to share. We got the grass fed burger and the pure Thai bowl and both were delicious. Huge portions with plenty to take home. Everything was fresh, healthy, and tasty. I took off one star because we waited quite a while for our entrees. But our server proactively took 10% off our bill which we appreciated. Will definitely be back. read more

Beautiful space and a hopping scene. Unfortunately the food just didn't connect with us. Service was a bit off as well as it appeared they had 2 people total working the front end on a ski season Wednesday (including the bartender). Had hoped more out of the deconstructed pork belly. Give it a try though, hopefully it improves with age. read more

I love the ambition of this restaurant. There are not many restaurants dedicated to serving homemade and organic ingredients. The cocktails (I like the spicy margarita) and fruit and veggie juices are amazing. The hummus is non traditional and amazing, and the cauliflower pizza crust tastes like flatbread and has a nice texture. They have a great happy hour where you can get 2 pretty fat tacos for $4, which I'm sure doesn't even cover the food costs. I also like the lamb burger, and kale salad... the pork belly was not my favorite, but I look forward to trying more of the salads and bowls. read more

As locals, we've been here a few times. Unfortunately, the service is terrible. Not once have I received another drink without having to get the bartender/servers attention and asking for one. Staff, and what appears to be management are far more interested in chatting at the end of the bar than taking care of customers. Table next to us was having same experience. read more

Some of the past reviews are totally off base. We walked in were greeted, seated, ordered and served in 20 mins on a Friday night. Our waiter Cole was great and the food was incredible. Cauliflower hummus was delicious and came with spectacular flax seed crackers. Open faced ravioli with homemade mozzarella was very rich and satisfying for a vegetarian dish. Tandoori chicken was also delicious and unique with perfectly moist cooked chicken over tandoori vegetables. I would highly recommend Eating here. Special fresh flavorful!! read more

Very nice selection of healthy fare, but fairly expensive. Also, one of my pet peeves is single-occupancy rest rooms with no indication as to whether they are occupied or open, without banging on the door or potentially barging in on someone. And that's what they have here. Please add an "occupied" indicator to your bathroom doors! read more

Okay, I didn't actually eat here. Why not? We drove in last Saturday after seeing on their website that they have happy hour 7 days a week. When we walked in, we said we were excited for their happy hour and the host told us they no longer do happy hour on Saturday and Sunday. Well, your website says you do. Host says, "They haven't fixed it yet." Who the hell is 'they' and why haven't 'they' fixed it? So we went to two other restaurant/bars over the weekend, both who had 7 day a week happy hours.
