My family is full of picky eaters, vegetarians, and gluten free dietary restrictions and this restaurant rose to the challenge with those needs in a perfect manor. We ordered the lamb burger, winter pizza, Thai bowl, zoodle bowl, blackened salmon, carne asyuda. We also started with the Brussels sprouts and the spring rolls as appetizers. Everything was fantastic and left us speechless. The only items that we weren't necessarily gushing over was the zoodle bowl, and the spring rolls. It had more to do with amount of red cabbage that was in both dishes. My fam is not huge fans of it lol and that is on us. Another side note that was great was the vibe and ambiance of the place. I absolutely adored this place. We stopped by on a Saturday night without reservations but we were seated right away. The staff was very friendly and the decor is very clean and trendy. The menu has lots of options.. making it a bit overwhelming but in a good way. They have vegan options, gluten free options and just all around great food. The mozzarella sticks were a great appetizer recommended by our waitress. We really enjoyed this grownup version of it. I would normally never order mozzarella sticks but she spoke so highly of them that we decided to give them a try! They were honestly delicious. I ordered the poblano vegan Alfredo dish, and my husband ordered a friend chicken dish. His chicken was a little dry... my dish was yummy. We would definitely return. Great food and friendly staff. I ate here twice. Pure Bliss salad was fresh and good for a light lunch. Came back for dinner and had the Thai noodles and my husband had the salmon burger. He looks up and says out of cheese cant do pizza for kids. I was like then how can you do flat bread he says "ohh yes cant do that as well" Round2: me: "Can you do corn dogs?" server: "Sorry out of it..." Just had one of the most delicious lamb burgers I've ever had at this spot! The burger had a hemp seed pesto, crispy potato fries, acai drizzle tossed spinach, local goat cheese, a pickle on the side, and a kale salad. It was amazing! A lot of people on these reviews are complaining about the pricing but I think it was totally worth it for the quality! I also hadd a Mezcal Mule which is a Banhez Mezcal, ginger turmeric chai tea, fresh lime, organic agave, and ginger beer concoction that tasted amazing as well. My cousin ordered the wholesome bowl which is brown rice, black beans, white cheddar, purple cabbage, avocado, microgreens, & pure sauce. He ordered it with the sushi grade tuna add-on. He rated his plate about a 5/10. So two out of three items that we ordered were on point! If you're in the area check this place out for sure! read more

The food is delicious! The service however is horrible. Our experience began with the manager, Kimberly being incredibly rude about seating. After a very long wait a server came to take our order and then disappeared for an amount of time that made us wonder if he had abandoned his shift. Beyond that each item was served randomly and slower than normal. After stumbling through the slowest dinner ever the manager came to ask if all was ok. When we voiced our concerns she basically shrugged and walked off. Really disappointing since the food is always good. We visited once two weeks ago and the entire staff seemed to be in outer space. Several food items were forgotten and the waiter wouldn't stop talking. We tried again because the food was great but after our experience tonight with the manager I've lost hope. read more

While on vacation in the Frisco area, we stumbled across this lovely restaurant. One in our party is vegetarian, and the other is celiac/gluten free. It is good to find a gluten free restaurant in the mountains. We ate at Pure Kitchen a total of three times this past week. Our first two nights were fine: excellent food and service. On night #3, we had the asparagus soup, the spring rolls and the stir fry. Within minutes of eating the soup, my stomach was churning. At the end of the meal, I spent 15 minutes in the bathroom in gastric distress. Later in the evening, both my husband and I spent most of the night in great distress. Even the next day, he is sick as a dog. Was this food poisoning? Who knows. We called the restaurant and they took no responsibility for the possibility of food poisoning. "Our cooks would've sampled the food, and they are all fine". Since we did not eat out anywhere else the night (or day) we got so ill, we can only assume that what we were served at Pure Kitchen caused us to be so sick. I would hope that Pure Kitchen would WANT to know if their customers got ill, and do something to ensure that it doesn't happen again. Sorry but we won't be eating there again any time soon. Had the cauliflower crust butternut squash flatbread and pure thai bowl. The flatbread was perfectly well done and all ingredients tasted fresh! The best part was the pure thai bowl which seemed more filling than it seemed. The coconut peanut sauce was awesome and the veggies were cooked to have great crunchiness. We recently dined out here and it was our second experience at this restaurant: both times have been very similar. The service here is sooooo unfriendly, our waiter could barely be bothered to look at us, he really should not be in the service industry. The manager/owner was friendly but she needs to hire much better staff. My husband and I both got a burger, I enjoyed mine and my husband said his was ok. My side kale salad was mushy and hard to eat. The kids menu is pretty awful, things kids wouldn't eat or the way they prepare them is not good. Last time we got the chicken nuggets and they wouldn't touch them, this time we got pizza and they only ate the cheese. This place really needs some help to be above 3 stars. read more

Asparagus coconut something or other which was fantastic. My son had the chicken and biscuits which I am glad he shared some with me. I would order both those dishes again. Daughter has a noddle bowl and wife had the salmon entree and everyone was happy. Deserts looked great also but we were going to an ice cream place so we held off on those. Fancy drinks there also. Love pure. We have been ordering takeout throughout the pandemic. Can't speak to the service or dining experience but the food is always solid and super consistent. We really like the various salads. Also like the lamb burger and salmon. The asian ahi bowl was a little too salty for us. The southwest style bowl is good. To go ordering and pickup is super easy and quite fast. Only downside is its a little pricey for what it is, especially for takeout purposes, but the ingredients are very high quality so its justifiable. The space is super cool and they have a nice outdoor dining area when the weather is right. We will definitely continue our patronage to Pure. read more

My husband and I had a hard time finding good food until this place. I was creaving healthy food and all of their food were. I ordered tuna with no rice and it was seared but they happly cooked the tuna for me, our server did not made me feel bad for sending it back to the kitchen and I really appreciate that. The food was amazing my husband ordered the Chicken Kari it was also good. Our friends had bowls and they said it was good. I did try the ginger lemonade I like it but be aware its very gingerly (which I like). The decor was also really nice and the view of the mountains are to die for.
