This is my go to boba shop! Although they don't have the cheapest prices, they have great quality. The herbal teas are strong, especially if you get less sugar, and they have a decent food menu. The lemon pepper wings and the curly fries are amazing! They also have games you can play with but honestly they need to be replaced cuz i'm pretty sure there's mold on the uno cards but if you disregard that, this place is pretty great! read more

Great customer service by a young gentleman that was taking my order. He was very enthusiastic and helped my girlfriend and I with some recommendations. Clean area and a spot I definitely can bring my friends and/or family to just hang out. Very happy to see this place as a tea bar and not that old BBQ it once was. I've been here just once so far and was pleased with my first drink here, so hopefully they're consistent! My office moved from North SJ to South SJ and I needed to find a good boba place to fulfill my milk tea cravings. Thank goodness my work BFF told me about this place. Literally a 5 min drive from my office. They brew their tea fresh (no powder crap). I had the jasmine green tea with lychee bits. I LOVE that they have real lychee bits, not just jelly. This is definitely my new boba place whenever I need to take a break from work. This place is new so they still have a lot to learn, so I won't be so critical. The tea was ok, it wasn't bad but also not spectacular. There's a lot of competition in san jose area, so they need to step up if they want to stand out. They service was really good and people were very friendly. I was going crazy because they were so slow. I waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks. What really pissed me off was the fact they have mangonada on their menu but did not order the proper cup and lid for it. I ordered one of those, and took them like 10 minutes to try to figure out how to close the cup so they put it in another cup so the lid could fit, but the lid did not even fit. I drove off and the damn mangonada spilled all over my car and took 30 minutes to clean up. read more

Third time coming here. The teas are consistently good and the service is great. The place is nice to hang out for a bit. Love the added new food menu. Definitely one of the better ones not only in the area but in San Jose. Oh and they carry Maven's macaroon ice cream sandwiches. read more

Mediocre boba shop. When we came there I wanted the potted plant " milk tea with Oreo crumbs on top" to make it look like a plant hahaha. I guess I had higher expectations of this place. I got the fried calamari and winter romance milk tea. I have to say the drink was okay (I should ask for less sweet next time) but the fried calamari fell short. I wasn't expecting it to look like onion rings but instead, look like calamari from tap ex or something. Anyway, I can barely taste the calamari because the batter was thicker than the calamari cuts. My order cost about $10 and some change. I think it was a bit pricy considering I could have gone to the Thai restaurant next door and get actual food from their lunch menu for the same price. I absolutely LOVE the drinks here. I'm a first timer here and I can say I'll definitely be back! What made this tea experience super amazing was not only the quality of the drinks but the amazing service! One of the workers, I believe her name is Amy(?) Amu (?) Emma (?), was super friendly and sweet! She made sure to bring out the drinks, AND took the time to greet us. While I was ordering, she made sure to clarify any of my questions on the specific drinks with a lot of patience. Happy that this area is getting more boba shops instead of having to haul myself all the way to east SJ , Milpitas , or Cupertino areas. However, I still find myself making the trek because it's hard to find good boba, including Pure. I was excited to come here since they have my beloved potted plant (which is AMAZING at tiger tea in burlingame). I also wanted to try their signature Pure drink. Well ... potted plant was a big fat let down. The milk tea is watery, the boba is soggy, and the potted plant was too crumbly and got lodged in my throat. The pure tea was okay, not very flavorful and not sure what ice cream they use (I am a BIG ice cream snob) but it was not really good. Same thing with the boba, soggy and almost crumbled in your mouth. Boba needs to have a chewy outer layer with a firmer inner layer ... it seems like only a few places really get it right. If I'm desperate for milk tea, I will come here. If not, I can wait til I'm in one of the said areas above to get my boba fix. read more

Thai tea with boba is good. Nice place to chill and play games with the kids. They have a stack of games there. Sometimes the things my kids see on the TV screen aren't so "PG" and I think they need to monitor that a bit closer if they want to foster a family friendly environment. Below average at the best. Asked for the taro milk. Since it comes from a pre packed packet and not fresh, they couldn't make it at 0% sweetness. Then decided to do the rose milk tea, which was yuck!! No hint of rose flavor, and they literally only put like 10 pieces of boba after paying $0.60 extra for toppings such a let down, especially this was my first venture to get milk tea since shelter in place. I started going here because it was the closest place to my work/home but it's honestly my favorite tea place. I'm not much of a milk tea person but I love sweet ice teas and I always get their Prom Date drink. Their teas aren't like TapEx where it tastes like pure sugar, you can actually taste the tea and of course adjust the sweetness to your liking. I also love their food menu!!
