Value, service, and selection were great. Nice decor , upscale diner/coffee shop vibe. There is something for everyone and the quality is good. We went there 2 days in a row. Day 1, biscuit and gravy flatbread was very good (my husband was initially sad about the moderate portion but by the time he finished he said he was full). My avocado toast was healthy and a good portion (2 big slices with lots of avocado) but a little under seasoned. I wanted something healthy and was pleased about the overall quality. I got sausage patties on the side which were really good. Day 2, husband got a HUGE BBQ bacon burger (so freaking delicious). I got the waffles with fresh berries and sausage (didn't specify and got links, not as good as patties). The waffles were good, big portion of fresh berries. From August 4, through the 10th, we visited Las Vegas. The weather was 3 digits but that didn't stop us. We ate EVERYWHERE. We had planned to visit the LUXOR. And thanks to our GPS, we found the Self-Serve parking structure, w/o too much worry. After parking, while walking through an overpass enclosed bridge, to the Luxor, you'll see several advertising posters. One poster was an image of a beautiful stack of griddle cakes. I told Josie, my wife, "Let's go get some later!" We went. We were cordially welcomed and seated. A nice, smiling Waitress came, introduced herself (Jennifer). We needed a little time to look the menu over, so Jennifer brought us coffee. I ordered the griddle cakes I saw on the poster and my wife chose a beautiful charbroiled burger. The waiting time was normal but I was surprised when two Chefs brought the order to us. A nice experience. Needless to tell you, it was FABULOUS and The rest is history now. The Hostesses who greeted us was very friendly. Jennifer, our Waitress, was TOPS- patient, kind, friendly, service minded, and attentive. I can only recommend Breakfast here because that's what we had here on two occasions. The Pharaohs feast is delicious and the pancakes are very filling. The breakfast burrito is very large comes with a spicy dipping sauce and is also very good. I wasn't a fan of the sausage so I might skip that meat choice. You may have a short wait, 10 minutes or so, if you come around 9am. Just scan the QR code on the sign near the entrance and it puts you on the list and texts when your seating is ready. Very good service. Average atmosphere. Flat top and booth seating. Handicap accessible. Competitive strip prices. I would return if I was staying at the Luxor again. read more

Wind of the mill hotel restaurant. Stopped by for some much needed breakfast after a night out. Got the French toast and it was tasty. Syrup was very sweet so don't pour it all on. Ordered coffee and appreciated being given a whole pot. Kinda pricey breakfast but it's Vegas. read more

My over-easy eggs were cooked medium and my bacon over cooked, as well. The food was barely warm. I ordered country potatoes and got hash browns. They did bring me the right potatoes when I let them know the error. For the prices that they charge, I was expecting better. I understand they were busy, but management needs to make the adjustment. Wanted some yummy eggs for breakfast so was happy this cafe was available as an option in the morning. There was no wait at 8:30am but by 9:30 or so there was a long line. My bf ordered 2 boiled eggs with orange juice and i ordered the Western Omelette. The boiled eggs did not look good and he said they weren't fresh. He liked the orange juice and ordered 2. The western omelette wasn't a true omelette. They cook egg mix and put a small layer of the filling in and just on top! :( not fresh egg either. The hashbrowns were too cooked for my taste and hard to eat ( the top hard fried part). At least they had Tabasco. Service was good but wish the food was worth the $16.99 price tag. Waited 15 minutes for a togo order. After the front desk paging someone twice still no service. We let them know all we wanted was a quick soup. Saw another guy get another lady's t go order & walk right past us. I had to ask for a manager (Alexandra) she came over we told her what happened & no apology. We come to Las Vegas every year and always make sure to stop by the Pyramid Cafe and visit Richard, our favorite server in the whole city. This time we stayed at the Linq which is 1.9 miles from Pyramid Cafe in the Luxor. Richard always makes the meal worth it so we walked 1.9 miles each way, two days in a row to come enjoy an amazing breakfast and some top tier service from Richard. I almost always order the bottomless mimosas and Richard keeps the refills coming steady. If you're looking for an excellent brunch, come check out Richard and the Pyramid Cafe. Ok, let's get the good out of the way, shall we? Since the buffet is closed, this is the only show in town, and they're handling the flow pretty well during the Rona. A pretty slick virtual waiting list has you seated in about 15 minutes or so. The food? Good! Better than say an IHOP or Denny's? IDK, it's breakfast... the easiest, and most profitable, by the way, meal for restaurants to prepare. I opted for a sausage gravy on biscuits and eggs type deal (can't remember what they called it), and it was good. As it should be. The bad? Service was a bit lackadaisical, and I was dining alone... I know, sad emoji time. Not horrendous, mind you, but my food arrived before my coffee. What on Grandma's Earth? That's blasphemy, I tell ya. Nah, it wasn't so bad, all good. My main glitch? I think they're taking advantage of the current situation and the isolated audience. Just about every breakfast meal on the menu was approaching 20 bucks. Yup... 20 bucks for a basic grand slam. Come on, Man! The food was good, sure, no complaints, but this is just your average casino cafe that prior to the current global pandemic was home to the late night half drunk crowd. I mean, no one goes out of their way to eat at a casino diner, it's just what you do. Another glitch? And I know, I know, I'm just complaining for the sake of complaining right now, but their coffee cups were those tiny little tea cup type things that you can barely get a finger into the handle. Just cumbersome and awkward, I tell ya. Who on Earth thought this was a good idea? A breakfast joint should provide a regular coffee cup, for goodness sake. Been here a few time and it's always for breakfast. Except this time, it was during covid. There's a kiosk that you put your name down, check in. From there, you could also scan the menu to your phone. The hostess will then come greet you when your table is ready. Along the booth seating, there's plastic glass that separate each booth. Tables along the inside of the restaurant's are spread out for social distancing. Menu it basic. Breakfast and lunch. Your usual, breakfast combo, omelette, pancakes, sandwiches and so on. Went with the chicken and waffles, which was waffles and chicken breast. It's rare now to find places that actually served fried chicken with the waffles versus the chicken breast. Came for breakfast. I had granola yogurt parfait. The berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries) tasted fresh and flavorful. The Greek yogurt was smooth and chilled well. And best of all a hearty portion of granola underneath it all. I'm very disappointed when granola parfaits have a tiny sprinkle of granola on top. This one has lots of crunchy delicious granola covering the bottom of the bowl. Granola for every bite!! My friends had Pharaoh's Pheast and Chicken and waffles. They were both happy with the meal. The server was slow getting the bill to us after we finished but prior to that service was good. We were seated immediately, waters filled often, food arrived quickly after ordering.
