When we arrived, we were kept waiting for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. As soon as we got home, the restaurant called to tell us they had given us someone else's order. Since exchanging it would have taken another hour, they offered to deliver our food instead. By the time it arrived, everything was cold. The naan was cold, the meat was dry, and the top layer of the pilau looked like it had been sitting uncovered for quite some time. I understand that mistakes happen, but this wasn't a small error--it completely spoiled a birthday dinner for family and friends. Good food is only part of the experience; reliability and quality matter just as much, especially on a large order. Sadly, after this experience, I won't be ordering from Mai Colachi again.
