I used to go to this Qdoba after work every other day but their employees are always changing and you dont know whos gonna be good and whos gonna be bad. Terrible employees and Manager. Eaten in here may times. Food is good. but today employee and manager proved me wrong. I went to Qdoba after work it was around 03:45pm on Monday. Ordered my food I started to eat, half way to finished my plate found what looked like a screw in the toppings of my food. I went to the waiter saw it to him what I found in food (he was obviously disgusted with what I just found). But keep quiet, with no apology took it to his manager immediately who was having conversation with one of the worker. The manager look at it, and keep going with his conversation. He didn't bother to come apology or ask about it. How the screw ended up in the ingredients-the toppings....I don't know and I guess I will never find out. I will NOT be returning to this place again. What if I had ingested that screw? read more

Qdoba is consistently good. Though not on the menu, they will still make the Savory Queso if you ask for it. That's where they add their savory soup (I think) to the cheese to make it a little more flavorful and spicy. For fast, convenient, and healthy food, this place has yet to dissapoint. read more

After todays visit at this location, I'm never returning. The staff here are rude and especially the older lady manager. Every other time I have been here every staff member have been nice and always have gave me a smile. Please avoid this restaurant as I have very bad experience in take out second time in a row. I bought 4 soups along with my burritos in takeout and i was wondered the soup bowl was filled only 1/3 merely 2-3 teaspoons. I contacted manager immediately for my issue. In the extreme cold wether I have to go again to prove their mistake & get my replacement .She admitted mistake & offer me extra soup. The problem is not just getting replacement or apologies from manager, but why this people serving less by charging full price. No wonder the business making lots of money by cheating people. It was my 1st time coming in the other week, I think it was a high school night. I came in and the line was long, didn't bother me I wanted to try this new location out, was excited that Qdoba came to this location! I came in and right before I joined the line a lady who was giving out some kind of free coupons gave them to the 5 people in front of me then I joined in a few mins later she came back and gave more to the people behind me. Umm did I miss something? I am not too bothered by that but it was just a little irritating that I can hear her say here is a few free coupons for you. And I turned around thinking I was going to get one and she just stared at me. Did I not get one because I was waiting for my bf to come out of the car and was taking long to get in line?! Well I waited in line and then I assume the manager brought a lady and her young son that were in the middle of the long line, and by this time been waiting for 15 mins and he brought her to the front. I am not the one to judge but she was waiting as long as me and then got moved up for no reason. So , let me begin with this , we had order from Uber eats and our meals were messed up , we called the QDOBA we got our food from and talked to them about what happened, and they were understanding and said come in tomorrow and we will replace all of your meals , they did an excellent job , all the food was fresh as always is , and I would have no problem going here again as I feel it was not their fault for the mess up rather than the system Uber eats allowed us to use to select our food. read more

My partner and I have been to this Qdoba several times and it seems quite inconsistent. Although the workers have resting 'I'm a teenager and really don't want to be working right now' faces on and seem inexperienced with the menu, they are friendly once you get them talking to you. They seem to perform faster and more proficiently when what seems to either be the owner or the manager, but only just a little bit. The most recent visit is what sparked me to finally write a review: when you purchase two drinks, you expect there to be a variety of drink options (e.g., regular soda, diet soda, tea, etc.). However, there was not one mention (from that said manager) that there absolutely no diet options and very limited regular soda options. If I'm paying for a drink, at least tell me about having no options. Don't just take my money so that I'll have to stand in line and receive a refund because that wasn't on my date night plan with my partner and is extremely inconvenient. As we dined in this evening, I heard several other customers complain and alert the staff without any change to the system. read more

Food is generally ok, service is abysmal. I live just up the road from this location, so I have visited numerous times over the last several years. During the past 6-12 months service has gone downhill, and that's saying something because my service expectations for a fast food restaurant are pretty basic. Two previous visits recently I've had my food ruined and needing to be re-made (burnt quesadilla), and another time they were out of iced tea and in no hurry to refill it. However, the most recent visit tonight takes the cake. I ordered a chicken quesadilla to go. I watch the girl prepare it. She asks if I want pico and I say yes, so she puts a bunch of that on there, and then probably 50% more cheese than usual. I didn't say anything because I figured an extra cheesy quesadilla wasn't the end of the world. Anyways, it's in the press for all of about 1 minute when she opens it up and begins cutting it up. I can clearly see from 10 feet away that much of the cheese is completely unmelted and figure she is going to close the press again after cutting, but she proceeds to begin boxing it up. When she came back to the counter I mentioned to her that it didn't look like the cheese was melted on the quesadilla. She proceeds to stare at me for a solid 10 seconds before uttering "Is it not?". I respond that no, it doesn't appear that it's melted. She stares at me like I'm a moron for another 5 seconds and then offers the excuse that because there was "so much stuff" on this particular quesadilla that it was impossible for her to get all the cheese melted (like it was my fault that they overloaded it). She then asked unenthusiastically if I wanted her to put it back in the press, but I told her not to worry about it since I was done dealing with this person and just wanted to leave. Also worth mentioning, no sour cream or guacamole was included with my quesadilla, which I didn't notice until after leaving. I finished cooking my quesadilla once I got home, and it was ok though a bit heavy on the cheese. Anyways, the staff there, and in particular this girl, are completely clueless not only about the food preparation but also about basic customer service. Like, you know, not arguing with a customer when they tell you that something isn't done to their satisfaction. Anyways, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location again until they get new management and staff. This location used to have experienced staff and good service, but now it is consistently terrible. read more

Amazing!!!! I went in to order a really complicated item for someone else and I just handed the guy my phone with the instructions and he made it quickly. He was very friendly and was a fast worker with a lot of humor that made the experience enjoyable. The manager and another employee were also working the counter and they were also very funny and friendly. I came back about ten minutes later to order another item and I got the same experience with a different employee. Overall it was a very good experience and it made my day! Food is good and they have rotating seasonal meats or sauces that are usually pretty good. However, the restaurant itself is filthy. The floor is always covered in spilled food, the tables aren't wiped down, there's food splatter on the walls and the drink machine is covered in food/dirt. I was met with disappointment both times I visited this location. The first time I ordered soft flour tacos. The filling (chicken, salsa, etc.) tasted good, but the tortillas were cold and rubbery. The second time I ordered soft corn tacos. I watched the tortillas get steamed but they tasted cold and tough, like they had been pulled right from the frig. Oh this food is just so bad in so many ways! Greasy, bad flavors! I got two naked burrito bowls. Something tastes like soap. Can't figure out what. I don't normally have a problem with cilantro. So I don't think it's that. The fajita vegetables taste odd. The beans are runny and flavorless and yet something is so spicy that it's burning my tongue.
