Stopped in to Quality after seeing the good reviews. I was lucky enough to meet Karen, the nice lady at the front desk. I told her I scraped up my truck in a parking lot and wanted to see if I could get someone to look at it, maybe buff it out if possible. Really did not know what was needed, just wanted that big black scrape off my beautiful white truck. Larry came out and looked at it, I told him I pulled a bonehead move and he replied "we specalize in bonehead moves". Larry is a cool dude. So in less that 1/2 hour the black mark was gone. Dropped off our VW Passat 2 days ago, and picked it up this afternoon. I'm SO happy with the work that they did. The cost was three times less than two other quotes from nearby competitors. One place said they'd have to replace the trunk and quoted close to $3000. Another place said they couldn't repair it. I paid around $600 and you can't see that there was ever a dent. Someone had backed into the trunk leaving a pretty large dent on the trunk and an edge of the trunk was smashed in which made it more challenging to repair. Also, the car was cleaned up inside and out when we picked it up, and I believe they must have polished it too because it looks like a shiny new car!! I highly recommend this business and if we're unfortunate enough to need more body work (with two teens driving now chances are favorable) then I will take my cars back to them. I had some work done at this shop to the hood and fender of my car. It took forever, four weeks! After receiving the car back I noticed that it had not been painted around the edges of the fender. I should have taken notice to how things were being handled because then I would not have brought my car in this last time and been treated so rudely. Once Ricky decided that he had lost me as a customer he made no attempt to have any customer service at all, in fact told me that I should have done the work myself if I wanted it done faster. What used to be a great shop is now worthless and has lost all integrity and character as well as workmanship. Don't use this shop, you will regret it. read more

I have used Quality several times since the 80s, fortunately only once for collision repair. I am a car guy, and have owned several modern and vintage BMWs and Porsches, and wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. I just had them repair some rust damage on my old 911. Rickie and Larry were both candid in their assessment, and cautioned me against spending more money than I should on the car. I was able to visit and watch as Robert repaired the rust with new metal. My car was also a bit of a patchwork of old and older paint that didn't quite match at some seams, and without painting the whole car, they were able to match the color perfectly and make it beautiful. It might take a little longer than one of the fast-food style collision centers, but for me the results speak for themselves. This place was awesome! I had a few deep scratches from a small wreck that I needed fixed on my 2005 Range Rover and they went above and beyond! When I went in to get the estimate I waited a whole 5 minutes (while playing with the CUTEST little office french bulldog) before they got that done for me. Quick, efficient, and less than I expected! When I was ready to bring my car in I dropped it off next day, no long wait for an appointment. It took them three days to fix everything and she was ready to go! I had some way more minor scratches on the other side of my car that I wasn't ready to fix yet since an insurance company was paying for my main reason for coming to Quality. Without me even asking or bringing them up they cleaned them up for me so they are way less noticeable! They also cleaned out the inside of my car which desperately needed it! I couldn't even been seen to get an estimate...even though I left work early to get there... they told me to come back the next day... so I did...took forever to get the estimate, and when I did, they couldn't even get my car in for repair for a week.... Dear Larry (and all of Q.B.S.) I have become so accustomed to poor customer service in everyday life, that it truly has to be outstanding service for me to take the time to spotlight a company for a job well done. But after the "magic" you performed on my car last week, I just have to praise you once again. I drove into your place at 4 pm on a weds to get a second estimate at the request of the person who caused the damage to my car. The first estimate I got was 1300 dollars to replace my rear bumper. When you looked at the damage, you said it could possibly be more. But forget the cost the cost of repair. Since my car is Australian built, it would be difficult to locate a replacement bumper in the states. Defeated, I remember telling you that I thought it might be possible that the dent in my bumper could be pounded out with a mallet. Out of nowhere, you said you could do it for 50 bucks. It was almost like a Vegas bet. So....I put my 50 bucks down and gave you the keys. I had absolutely no hopes of you even coming CLOSE to like new condition, but had nothing to lose. After spending 20 minutes in the waiting room, I was called to the shop to see my car. I still recall the first words out of my mouth when i saw my car....."YOU are a magician!" It was almost as if nothing ever happened. Oh.....there was a couple of tiny scratches, but you hid them quite nicely with some touch up paint. So, in less time and less cost of a good meal at a fancy restaurant, you made my car look brand new again. I really don't know what to tell you I am the happiest with. The fact that you took me as a walk in customer off the street......or the fact that you repaired in less than an hour......or the fact that you practically repaired it for free in my eyes. The only sad note in this letter is that the lady who hit me never compensated me for the damages she caused. But, the service I received from you more than made up for the damages she caused. Its comforting to know that good, honest, and quality people like you still exist in this day and age. You saved me from a lot of lost time and heartache. Thanks again for fixing "Hogan".
